Abstract

This study to determine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on employee turnover intention in JawaPos Radar Malang. The population used by researchers is permanent employees of JawaPos Radar Malang, amounting to 40 people with a sample of 40 people with a sampling technique that is saturated sample. Collecting data in the study using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using SPSS 16 analysis tools. The results of the analysis show and workload, work stress and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention, workload has a positive effect on employee turnover intention, work stress has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention, and compensation has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service convenience to Loyalty by means of customer satisfaction on KA. This type of research is survey using hypothesis testing with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was using accidental sampling with total sample amounted to 110 customers KA. Analysis of the data used ispath analysis. The result of this direct effect of service convenience on loyalty and the indirect effect of service convenience on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of attitudes and subjective norms on the decision to purchase goods online through the Shopee application (a study of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Kanjuruhan Malang). This type of research is quantitative research using an explanatory approach. The population in this study are students who have purchased goods online through the Shopee application at Kanjuruhan University Malang. The sampling technique is to use non probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity or opportunity for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Based on existing sources there are two kinds of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the attitude variable and subjective norms have a significant effect on the decision to purchase goods online through the shopee application. While simultaneously the attitude and subjective norms have a significant effect on the decision to purchase goods online through the Shopee application. Abstract

Human resource management is the development of an integrated process in management consisting of planning, organizing, directing and supervising resources within the organization. The success of an organization is a very important factor that is in an organization or company, in this case human resources have an important role both individuals and groups, and human resources is one of the main movers in the smooth running of an organization's activities, back and forth of a organization is determined by human resources. This study uses quantitative with a sample of 100 employees in the Sugar Factory (PG) KebonAgung Malang, East Java. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with a score scale of 1 to 5. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical techniques. The results of the study together there is a significant influence between the variables of Leadership and Communication on Employee Performance and partially positive and significant leadership support on employee performance. This gives a good picture of leadership which will achieve high levels of performance, while the number of employees with poor leadership will also lower performance. The results showed a positive and significant communication variable on employee performance. This relates to the lack of communication, both horizontal communication and vertical communication will achieve low performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving incentives and employee commitment to job satisfaction in UPT PP Environmental Service Bululawang. The population in this study amounted to all employees in UPT PP Department of the Environment of Bululawang, amounting to 40 people. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. Analysis of the data used is the instrument test through validity and reliability, then the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis through the F test and t test. In accordance with the research and discussion conducted by researchers, several conclusions are obtained that (1) Providing Incentives (X1), and Employee Commitments (X2), simultaneously affect Job Satisfaction (Y) UPT PP DLH Bululawang. The magnitude of this simultaneous influence explains that the Employee Incentive and Commitment Commitment can explain or clarify Job Satisfaction at the UPT Bululawang Environmental Service. of 61.1% while the remainder while the remaining 38.9% is explained by other factors that influence job satisfaction of course beyond research variables; (2) the variable Giving Incentives (X1) partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) indicated by t arithmetic> t table that is 2.338> 2.021 and sig value 0.022 <0.05 and (3) employee commitment (X2) partially as well the most significant effect on Job Satisfaction is indicated by t arithmetic> t table that is 2.722> 2.021 and sig value of 0.000 means that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important part for a company in developing its performance. Because in the world of work, human resources are needed professionally. Then the competition for human resources who have diverse abilities in the world of work is increasing. Factors that also affect employee performance are organizational culture and work commitment. The implementation of an organizational culture in an organization will be able to encourage someone to be able to take ethical actions. Work commitment can be used as an indicator to measure employee turnover in a company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture on work commitments and to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work commitments (Office of Supervision and Service of the Middle and Excise Type of Malang Excise). This type of research is quantitative. Then using a random sampling technique. This study used a sample of 74 respondents taken from the employees of the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Type, Malang Excise. Scales of measurement in this study use a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on work commitment, there is an indirect effect between organizational culture on employee performance through work commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Price, Location, and Facilities affect the Decision to Choose. The independent variables in this study are Price, Location, Facilities, while the dependent variable in this study is the decision to choose. This research was conducted in Bandungrejosari Subdistrict, Sukun Malang District, using a sample of 112 respondents from home contractors. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Price, Location, Facilities influence both partially and simultaneously the Voting Decision.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of service quality, price and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction (studies on consumers of classic chocolate café & Garden Sulfate Malang). This study uses quantitative research with an explanatory research type with consumers population of Classic Chocolate Cafe & Garden, with as many samples 102 consumers, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that service quality, price and store atmosphere simultaneously influence customer satisfaction, service quality partially significantly influences customer satisfaction, price partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere partially has insignificant effect on customer satisfaction.
