Abstract

Institute for Research and Empowerment (IRE) Yogyakarta is a survey institution established in 1994. It has purpose to ease the respondent for completing the dynamic data interactively. E-voting mobile application is used to perform the survey study in society focused on government policy or social conditions that examined by IRE.There are three steps in doing the poll process. Firstly, the users register in the application, and then do the poll for some survey. After that, the user can get the result of the survey in form of the data and recapitulation of the data.The process of completing the survey is easy and interactive. The application is supported by dynamic data utilizes My SQL data base system. The system was divided into applications. They are mobile application and administrator web. The administrator web is used to process the data. Almost all of types of android version are able to run this application so the respondents will be easy to install and run the application.

Abstract

The information systemis aninformationtechnologythat is currentlygrowingso rapidly. The information can help easily, quickly, safely and effectively, clearly it is helpful to anyone who use it. Including Geographic Information Systems(GIS), which became one of theinformation storagemedia, primarilyforinformation related tospatial data. Google Maps API is one of the popular GIS technologies. With this technology can be made a map with a specific purpose such as making rice field area map. This technology will be applied in the system, so it can help Agriculture Department of Belitung Timur Regencyin monitoring the utilization of agricultural landsas well as agricultural potential in Gantung village of Belitung Timur Regency presented in map. The success of this systemsis to facilitate the implementation of Agriculture Department to monitor the utilization of agricultural land, asses and manage spatial data and attributes such as farmers' groups, member of farmer groups, plants and harvestas well as the agricultural potential.

Abstract

The determination of student's concentration is one of activities need to be conducted every year at Madrasah Aliyah Wathoniyah Islamiyah Karang duwur. The final output of the determination process is each student will be recommended to take whether science or social class. The existing system of the determination process, so far, has not been computerized yet.One of the system that could be applied in this case is decision support system with a certain method and a supporting tool. The method applied in this case is Tsukamoto fuzzy logic method. This method was chosen due to its simplicity, more tolerant with inappropriate data, and compatible to be applied in the case. Whereas, the tool used in this case is PHP programming language.The system would help the teachers to determine the students' major concentration. It will offer an output in sort of quality value for the students to join whether science or social class. Furthermore, the quality value can be used in the process of decision making. With the existence of the sytem, it is highly expected that the decision making process will be easier and quicker to be done.

Abstract

Twitter is a social networking that is booming today because it can interact with other users via computer or mobile devices. Twitter users consists of various background. Based on the field survey results at the Institute of Science and Technology AKPRIND, to perform guidance, students should look for lecturers and sometimes the student is difficult to meet with the supervisor due to the schedule of teaching and outside learning activities, so that the guidance is not reach expectations and student guidance schedule. According to survey results, how to connect between social media twitter and information systems, where twitter as an interface for the student to send the data, while the system information as a receiver, collecting and managing the data sent from twitter. This research was conducted by combining the technology of mobile phones, social networking twitter and information system based on PHP, MySQL, and Web Service with implemented Crontab technology and API (Application Programming Interface). By using mobile phones and social networking twitter as an interface, while the information system as a receiver, collector and organize the data can be easily understood by its user, implementation of crontab application on this system can help providing quick response to any incoming mention.Tests carried out using a desktop browser and mobile browser that aims to test and observe the performance of applications on crontab, and observed the responses sent from the system back to twitter. After testing, a response back using crontab with a minimum of 1 minute run in accordance with the specified time, so that the guidance schedule data retrieval process faster, but do not overload the system functional.

Abstract

Pacitan is one of the areas favorite by tourists because it has many locations tourism very interesting . Many tourism into consideration to do the development of facilities in tourism undeveloped . With the support system decisions can give solution to tourism selection needs to be developed. This system designed by using the method simple additive weighting ( saw ) which is one of a method of fuzzy multiple attribute decission making ( fmadm ) .A method of saw chosen because it produces accurate results , and in the calculation of the weighting criteria is not too complicated. System is expected to help work the department of cultural tourism of youth and sports kabupaten pacitan , especially in the plane of development tourism in doing selection tourism improved and needs to be developed.

Abstract

Travel ticket booking process is still done traditionally which come to the counter or branch office of a travel. Apart from that the most common problem is the drivers difficult to find the location where pick-up passengers. Therefore, this study aims to facilitate the travel of passengers in making reservations or booking tickets for Travel in Yogyakarta. Apart from that provide location information to the travel fleet drivers to pick up passengers at certain locations by using Google Map and Global Positioning System (GPS). Applications built based on Android and the web client server model. The mobile application is used for the passengers and driver. While the web application used by administrators. Mobile application consists of ticket information, customer registration, reservation, payment, and navigation to direct the driver to the passenger pick-up point. While the web application consists of the payment confirmation, processing and reporting of data. Data communication in mobile applications both storage and retrieval of data using an external database system MySQL with support for PHP Programming Language and JSON protocol.

Abstract

The economic system in Indonesia is conducting economic transaction whether pay by cash or by credit. Most of Indonesian citizen understand both methods, especially the credit model which proved by high interest of Indonesian society to this model which this model is used in all economic sector, including car. It would be more beneficial if computer technology is able to support credit analysis in making a decision that is capable of assessing the appropriateness of car credit. This Decision Support System is able to support the problem solving efficiently and effectively. This application is designed by using diagram context and data flow diagram, whereas it is programmed by using PHP programming language, MySQL database and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This research is concerned on knowledge and feasibility problems of providing car credit; in this case it will be used by the company of CV. Angkasa Mobil Finance into a computer application which is capable of performing calculations in a short time. So this application could support the credit analysis in providing car credit to right prospective creditor in the short future.

Abstract

The development of education had been developing along with the advance of technology and information. One of technology that widely used today is website. The existence of website has proven capable to give easiness and can deliver information accurately, effective, and efficient accessible everywhere, anytime, and by everyone. Based on the result of the old system analysis is know that the payment administrator information system at Integrated Islamic Elementary School Al – Khairaat still using manual way, via Microsoft Office Excel. This situation makes administrator having problems, and the condition were not efficient if using manual system. Abstract

Website is a promotional and information media at this time. Because the internet service are familiar to the people. SD IT Al-Khairaat is a school that does not have a website but eager to have it in order to easier in providing information and promotion to the people. So there needs to be an development of SD IT Al-Khairaat’s website which can be accessed online and can be an effective information and promotional media. With the purpose of facilitating the people to access and find out information from SD IT Al-Khairaat. This research building web-based information system and integrated with PHP in order to website’s page can display content dinamically. Data content displayed is taken from the MySQL database which can be updated by admin. In making of this information system has several stages,namely data collection, designing the look of the website according to the data, designing database according to the data, implementation of the system design and testing the system. This research resulted SD IT Al-Khairaat’s Web Based Information System that can be used by the school as an effective information and promotional media and can be accessed online by the public.

Abstract

The management information system architecture for academic forms for filing permits live and study for foreign students in Indonesia case study at Institute of science and Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta is used to replace the old system which is still manual. So the purpose of this information system is expected to simplify and speed up in making the papers relating to the foreign students. The method that used for the research is a waterfall method with model analysis of OOADM (Object Oriented Analysis and Design Method) and the architecture of model design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Design of manufacturing system using Yii Framework language, Postgre SQL and Apache Web Server. The results of this research are expected to form the academic management information system to permit the filing of a live and study for foreign students in Indonesia case study at Institute of science and Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta can provide much convenience in the process of making the letters associated with foreign students so that more quickly and efficiently.
