Abstract

Subjects Information and Communication Technology is prepared to anticipate developments and the impact of technology, especially in information and communication in daily lives. Students who have attended, understand and practice the subjects of ICT by using a tutorial program is expected to have the capacity and confidence to understand the different types of information and communication technologies as well as the negative impacts and limitations, and able to use it to support the learning process and in life . This study is based on the identification of problems and needs of data on the SD Caturtunggal III Depok Sleman. The data collection using the method of observation, interviews and literature studies. The design of tutorial program using AutoPlay Media Studio software and other supporting devices. The studies have produced an interactive tutorial application program that has an attractive appearance and easy to use so that it can help students to not only understand but also guide students to immediately apply the material being studied. This interactive tutorial programs also facilitate teachers in elementary Single Chess III especially for subjects of ICT in presenting and managing the subject matter.

Abstract

This research purpose to design and develop an information system so it becomes an inventory applications in internet, as well as optimizing the use of computers and the Internet as a means of data processing. Packet table jasyui implementation is the design and development of the inventory table of UD.TOKOSA with javascript coding, the draft using php and data storage to Mysql and proponent of web design so builded an inventory web at store building of UD TOKOSA . Jquery EasyUI offers a complete collection of the datagrid component, menu of control panel, and dynamic tabs on the web page. Application packets easyui table is capable to processing data goods from the store building of UD.Tokosa, reports in the form of a pdf file and save time in data processing and have shortcomings in terms of the feasibility of the system login and for the development of the next system can be equipped with a data of goods discount which stored in the inventory, barcode of goods to facilitate the transaction process and be added of forecasting process of goods to be stored and sold.

Abstract

The selection process of determining scholarship recipients candidates in Bagian Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni at Institut Sains dan Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta only be done by calculating the average of all criteria to implement into the form of a Ms.Excel. During this time, there are still lacking proper selectors for selecting applicants because only rely on the manual method, so it’s can’t assess applicants objectively. And so we need a system that is able to assist and support the decision of selectors. This application is designed using diagams context and data flow diagrams, while in programming using PHP programming language with application PHP Data Object as a connection to the MySQL database and using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The results of this design in the form of web-based applications which focused on decision making. The use of the method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in decision support system scholarship recipients Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) and Bantuan Belajar Mahasisswa (BBM) is able to provide the best alternative based on the results of the highest ranking.

Abstract

Handicraft businesses is one of the businesses in Yogyakarta. The presence of GIS-based information system that would be very helpful to present information that is complete, and make the guide / tool to search for reaching these businesses to craft intended to integrate the map route or Jogja as a hint to go to the handicraft businesses. The system is built using web-based programming using CakePHP, with a MySQL database. Features map in this study using the Google Map API. Google map also has support for the manufacture of Yogyakarta which will be integrated with the location of handicrafts. The Geographic Information System has a feature to search information of handicrafts, handicraft businesses, location search, the route to the search of handicrafts using the instructions map, in this system there are also related products on the existing handicraft businesses. Using Geographic Information System handicraft businesses is expected to greatly assist visitors in finding a variety of handicrafts information in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

In the Windows operating system a sound file format is widely used wave format (*, WAV). Wave format is widely used for purposes such as gaming and multimedia. The format of this wave is actually a kind of rough format (raw format) in which the voice signal directly recorded and quantized into digital data. In this program will be made specifically to the compression and decompression of audio files of type wave and have manifold PCM audio formats (Pulse Code Modulation) and supports a maximum of 2 pieces of the channel channel (mono and stereo). The percentage of file compression wave does not depend on the size of the file but rather rely on the frequency of the wave file. The more repetition of data contained in the file data chunk wave then the lower the compression ratio.

Abstract

Personality is very important to be known by everyone so that every individual is able to develop its advantages. Someone who had difficulty in developing itself the possibility of not knowing at all its weaknesses and shortcomings. Expert System is a system that is built to remove the ability of one or several experts in the computer that is used to solve the problems faced by users in a specific field. To help everyone who wants to know his personality, the authors build A web based expert system for determining human personality based on Florence Littauer personality test that is able to assist the introduction of one's personality. The process of making these applications using object-oriented methodologies with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). In the implementation phase the authors use a web-based programming using Ruby on Rails. This application can help the user to know his personality, so it can help to develop themselves.

Abstract

System information is information technology which is currently growing so pesat.Teknologi that can help more easily, quickly, safely and effectively clear it is helpful to anyone who use it. Including to assist the community in search of the cave. While doing caving cave information need to be visited is very important, considering the tourists who conduct tours of the cave there are some dangerous cave visited in the area. And it makes the problem of how travelers can search for suitable cave, given some constraints such as do not know the area, or do not have a friend who can show cave Goad an appropriate state for the tourists. This information system that will accommodate for tourists caves that are confused in finding the appropriate information and the cave that will help determine the state of a focused Online.sistem cave in cave information, place and circumstances of the cave can be done with this system. The success of the implementation of this system is that it can run well to help the tourists cave within a cave looking for suitable locations. By using geographic information systems make more effective web boarding and search, directions, until the state of the cave online that facilitates the process of selecting the cave to be visited.

Abstract

A system can facilitate the application of a job if done manually would take a long time, then with the system can help you to work more quickly and more efficiently. SKPDs requires management of archival documents in a neat and structured as currently in handling documents, especially incoming and outgoing mail is still handled manually. Each receives incoming mail is recorded in the book of receipt of the entry manually by employees, and archiving using a control card also entered manually so that the employee is very difficult in case of a double writing on the archive. The existence of the application system can be used to help local government officials in carrying out their duties, which manages incoming and outgoing mail and archive incoming mail and outgoing mail archives in local work unit Bantul Yogyakarta. The result of implementation system to facilitate the work of the employees in carrying out the activity SKPDs correspondence. Implementation of the system is done with management system SKPDs document filing services with PHP and using MySQL database. The results of this study is the implementation of a document archive management system to facilitate the employees in processing incoming and outgoing mail. Also to facilitate employees to store data incoming and outgoing mail that is not susceptible to damage the original document. This system will also help in the management of archives, in archiving incoming and outgoing mail, also will assist in filing a letter automatically when data is 10-year-old letter then it is time data is entered into a data archiving mail letter. Document archive service management system also helps in the process of re-discovery of data and data archives letter letter.

Abstract

Notebook is no longer a luxury item anymore but it’s become being demands in the work place and even at school. So many vendors offers their notebook series that fit to their customer needs, and one of them is Hewlett-Packard. With so many customers it should be handled seriously to full fill their needs about their product. As an electronic with thousands or even millions of electrical component inside, the possibility of damage cannot be avoided. Therefore an expert system is need to be made for customer to help them handle some faulty components. This expert system that build based on forward chaining as inference machine and Depth-First Search as searching method is designed as part of vendor concern about their customer and it’s covered from purchasing where customer registered their product until their product become out of warranty. This web based system offers their customer so they can do error troubleshooting and download driver need for their product in this case is notebook. The damage that customer experienced is not always detected properly in this system because some faulty conditions needs an expert technician to handle it. For customer, expert system using is very helpful as damage possibility reference that may happened based on existing symptom.

Abstract

An educational institution requires a good administration to serve the needs of society. Administrative processing of the payment of zakat, infaq, shodaqoh (ZIS) students in SD Isam Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta is still conventional in which the recording of data is done in the book where the process can be time consuming, often mistaken and data storage is still a archives. To overcome these problems need to be made a computerized information system. The research method used by the writer is descriptive method with a case study in SD Isam Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta, collecting data by observation and interview. While the tools are used, among other things, the programming language PHP, MySQL database, the system development tools Use Case, Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams, Activity diagrams, and Relation table. The system built is expected to support the payment of zakat, infaq, shodaqoh (ZIS) including students new input system, input system ZIS payment that facilitate the search for the necessary student data and in terms of making monthly reports to be fast and timely.
