This study aims to analyze the importance and performance of educational services. Thequality of service consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics,University of Muhammadiyah Jember with sample 60 respondents selected by purposivesampling. Customer satisfaction index is used to analyze the level of overall student satisfaction.For identifying performance improvement priorities, the Analysis method used consistsof two components: quadrant analysis and gap analysis. The results showed that the overallperformance of students was satisfied with education services to the student satisfaction indexscore was 86.60 percent. Quadrant analysis shows that the dimensions of assurance, reliability,responsiveness, and empathy are considered an important dimension and good performancein accordance with the expectations of the students so that this dimension needs tobe maintained and enhanced performance. The dimension that is considered less good is thatof tangibles.

Identifying financial distress condition is important because it can be an early warning system before bankcruptcy. This condition can be predicted using models that have developed by many researchers. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the effect of the return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and total asset turnover towards condition of financial distress in service sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2009-2014. The data analysis technique is logistic regression. The sample consist of 60 data observed of the firms with positive earning before tax for the two consecutive years and 60 data observed of the firms with negative earning before tax for the two consecutive years. The result of this research shows thatreturn on asset significantly affects to condition of company financial distress. Whereas debt to equity ratio, current ratio and total asset turnover do not significantly influenceto condition of company financial distress.So, companies should pay attention to productivity in the future to maintain the effectiveness of the management.

The purpose of this study is to assess the factors considered by the customers in perceivingthe quality of bank services in Ambon as well as examine the influence of service quality oncustomer satisfaction and loyalty as well as to test the effect of bank customers satisfactionin Ambon. Analysis tool used is the first factor analysis. This is for assessing the quality factorsof bank services. The second is the linear regression used to test whether the effect onservice quality and satisfaction whether satisfaction influences customer loyalty in Ambon.This research was carried out in Ambon in five major banks namely Bank Mandiri, BankRakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Central Asia and Bank CIMB Niaga. Thesample used in this research consists of 147 respondents. The result shows that there are fourfactors considered by the customers in Ambon in perceiving the quality of service. These factorsare the reliability, assurance, tangibles, and empathy. Furthermore, simultaneous servicequality influence customer satisfaction in Ambon and customer satisfaction is partially abanking customer loyalty in Ambon

Capital market have very important macroeconomic’s indicator for a country. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of macroeconomic factors to the stock price index of property and real estate. In this study used purposive sampling method as determining the sample and multiple linear regression analysis. The result is in a whole inflation, interest rate, balance of payments, and Gross Domestic Product have significant effect to Stock Index Property and Real Estate Sector. Partially, inflation has a negative significant effect on the Stock Price Index, while interest rates, Balance of Payments and Gross Domestic Product have no effect.

Information which is transferred by means of words of mouth has become very influential factor especially when the company tries to create the society trust on the company services. This study attempts to find out people experiences of rating the positive disconfirmation (performance more than expectation) and visitors satisfaction after visiting the city parks, as well as to see to what extent the loyalty influences the visitors in city parks which is then subsequently to induce word of mouth implementation. This research uses questionnaires for gathering the data with sampling technique use judgment sampling by considering that the respondents who visited in 5 city parks are Flora Park of Kebun Bibit, Prestasi Park, Sulawesi Park, Bungkul Park, Mundu Park. They came in the last time when visiting the park minimally 3 months before this research was done. They had visited the park minimal > 2 times. The 15 years old is the minimal. Therefore, the sample taken in this research is of 200 samples as city park visitors in Surabaya. This was reduced into 5 city parks in Surabaya. It was proved that there was disconfirmation (performance more than expectation) has a positive and significant influence toward satisfaction. Satisfaction has also a significant effect toward loyalty and, in turn, the loyalty has a significant effect toward word of mouth.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of saving motives, positive experience on insurance purchasing decision with the inclination to purchase as mediation variable. The number of respondents from this study are 295 respondents. Respondents criteria in this study such as having insurance and being a decision maker to buy insurance and live in Surabaya, Gresik and Tuban. The technique to analyze the data use Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using PLS 6.0 program. The results of this study explain that saving motives, and positive experience have a significant positive influence on insurance purchasing decision, while the inclination to purchase can mediate the influence of competency and positive experience on insurance purchasing decision.

This study is aimed to determine the influence of transactional factors toward online brand trust and online brand loyalty. Online transactions factors consist of Information Quality, Perceptions of Risk, Reference from mouth to mouth, Online Shopping Experience and Sites Reputation. This is a survey research using questionnaires by Likert scale to measure all the constructs. Questionnaires distributed to the students of 14 campus locations in Surabaya. Questionnaires were distributed to 120 people and there are 5 people who do not qualify and excluded out from data so there left only 115 persons. The data were analyzed by means of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for testing the hypotheses. It shows that the quality of information has significant effect on online brand trust by 0.301 (p = 0.005); Perceptions of Risk has a direct and significant effect on online brand trust by 0.472 (p = 0.003), and Online Brand Trust has direct and significant effect on Online Brand Loyalty of 0.430 (p = 0.000).

The study aims to identify and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workplace spirituality on work productivity with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. The population of this study consists of all employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. The data were collected by a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of Muamalat Bank Solo Branch. This study uses a saturated sample technique or total sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear testing and path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, while spirituality at work and organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, it shows that job satisfaction, workplace spirituality, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the path analysis test, job satisfaction, workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control, and ethnic on investment decision. This research uses multiple regression analy-sis technique and a sample of 199 investors who put their funds in bank account and real asset in Surabaya and Madura region. The results shows that financial literacy, internal locus of control, external locus of control, and ethnic do not have significant impact si-multaneously on investment decision, while locus control is only variable that has signif-icant partial impact investment decision. This finding implies that goof financial literacy per se will not result in a good investment decision without accompanied by good inter-nal control. Therefore, policy makers should not only focus on financial literacy educa-tion but also increase public awareness about the importance of self-control when making investment decisions.

Nowadays, credit card is not any longer a luxury good because it is not only owned the rich. In addition, to use it wisely, the users should have adequate financial literacy and financial experience. This study aims to examine the impact of financial literacy and financial experience on credit card usage by the workers. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The respondents were taken from 110 workers in Banyuwangi who have got credit cards with them. They were selected based using snowball sampling. The data were analyzed by using Multiple Regression Analysis, this study finds that financial experience positively affects the credit card usage, but financial literacy has no effect on it.
