value to customer satisfaction, which in turn are as the determinants of repurchase intention at Solaria restaurant Surabaya. Service quality refers to perception of the extent to which the services are provided with customer expectation. Customer perceived value is based on the difference between what the customer got and what customer provided for the possibility of different options. Customer satisfaction is very important to the success of the company as it is assumed to be a major driver of post purchase phenomena, such as repurchase intention. This study used non random sampling with judgemental sampling. Respondents which were selected using the consideration of an individuals ability to provide a specific type of the information needed by the research. Data were collected from 150 respondents who had visited solaria restaurant in Surabaya more than once. The method analysis used in this research was Maximum Likelihood test using the program of AMOS version 18.0. It showed some of findings namely the service quality of positively and significantly affected the customer satisfaction while perceive value did not significantly affect the customer satisfaction and, finally, customersatisfaction positively and significantly affected the repurchase intention at Solaria restaurant.

The Welfare of Grabbike Online Drivers in Surabaya Perspective is studied in Maqashid Al-Shariah. This study examined the level of welfare of the Grabbike driver and was linked to the analysis of maqashid al-shariah. The data were colected by interviewing, observin, and documenting with the seven people as informants. The data were analyzed using phenomenology and the truth was tested. The result shows the level of welfare of the Grabbike driver is quite prosperous because the income they have earned from being a driver for Grabbike is sufficient for daily needs. However, there were still informants who thought that the income from being a Grabbike driver was insufficient for daily needs. Most of the informants considered that his dharuriyat needs were fulfilled by working as a Grabbike driver. Although there are still informants who consider that their dharuriyat needs are not sufficient in terms of income earned by being a Grabbike driver, they are still mediocre.

This research aims to reveal how Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices of Islamic banks in Indonesia are. It also examines the ability of Good Corporate Governance practices in increasing profitability performance and in decreasing financing risk. A purposive sampling as a sampling technique was used with sample consisting of 10 Islamic banks for the research period of 2010 through 2012. Secondary data were also used in which they were obtained from the financial statement, Good Corporate Governance reports and annual reports of Islamic Banks. It used composite score of Good Corporate Governance based on Peraturan Bank Indonesia 11/33/PBI/2009. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regressions analysis. It shows that Good Corporate Governance of Islamic banks in Indonesia have obeyed the regulation from Bank of Indonesia. Even so, sometimes some the banks have not been assessed in accordance with reality. Thus, sometimes there is no match between the self assessment score with practices. It also shows that Good CorporateGovernance practices of Islamic banks in Indonesia are not able to improve profitabilityperformances but can reduce financing risk.

This study examined the effect of earnings management on reputation in family firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE). The data were collected from audited financial reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2019. The data were slected by using a purposive sampling towards 264 companies. The data of company reputation comes from the corporate image reward website, and they were analyzed using logistic regression. The results showed there is no effect of accrual earnings management (AEM) on the family firms’ reputation. On the contrary, real earnings management (REM) has a significant negative effect on family firms. This result implies that earnings manipulation by adjusting the company’s operations will result in a bad reputation.

The aim of this study is to test the effect of Discounted Price, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Advertising on Purchase Intention of Levi’s Pants Jeans in Surabaya. This study used the independent variables such as discount price, product quality, brand image and advertising while the dependent variable is Purchase Intention. It took 82 respondents that were selected by using Judgment Sampling Technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions and using analysis tools of SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that Discounted Price, Product Quality, Brand Image and Advertising have positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. The implication was that jeans product with good quality and good image, while need to be advertised need to be leveraged with pricing strategy leading to reducing price.

Retirement is the when someone have entered their old age, physically beginning to weaken and skills that they owned will decline. Individuals want the welfare on retirement. This is about how individuals managing and financial planned. Good behavior planning can begin with apply financial knowledge in the form of activities like to saving or allocated fund. This study aim is to determine the influence of future orientation, financial knowledge and intelligence spiritual on behavior retirement family planning. There are 272 people becomes respondents of this study with criteria they are 25 – 55 years old, they are married or unmarried, they are live in Gresik, Surabaya and Sidoarjo, and have minimum income of four million rupiah per month. The technique to analyze the data use t-test and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The result showed that future orientation, financial knowledge, and intelligence spiritual have a positive significant to conduct behavior retirement family planning.

So far, brand or trademark has become the crucial factor in any business. There fore, a good brand may provide some beneficial for the consumers. This research aims to find out why ADIDAS, at the moment, is considered the second place under the NIKE and as well as why the users are persistently to use ADIDAS shoes although many competitors are viewed through a variable association of brand extension of the brand recommendation and price premium. This study employs SEM with the help of AMOS analysis tool. Questioniaires were distributed to the consumers of ADIDAS shoes in Surabaya, and a scale Likert with scale of 1 to 5 was also done for analysis. The study shows that the influence that was not significant between the brand associations and the extension of the brand. Another finding is that there is significant effect between brand association and recommendations and the last of the influence of being not significant between association brands and price premium. To advance we suggested that the company of ADIDAS is more intensively to conduct a longer promotion for the products with the brand of its shoes such as: a jacket, a bag, t-shirt and others and make improvement quality and innovation on these products other than shoes. Second, ADIDAS Company should adjust to the prices in each of their products espsecially in shoes product. This is due to the condition that the users think that ADIDAS shoes price for the company is set very expensive.

Financial management behavior become a very important nowadays. This is related to the consumptive behavior in Indonesian and especially in Sidoarjo. The purpose of this reasearch was to determine The Impact Of Financial Knowledge, Lifestyle Pattern Of Career Woman Financial Management Behaviour With Locus Of Control As Moderating Variable.The sample consists of 180 respondents who have the characteristics as career woman that domiciled in Sidoarjo, has a income, as a manager of personal finances, productive age on 20-55 years, and at least junior high school as the latest education. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this reasearch is represent that Financial Knowledge have a positive signficant impact on financial management behaviour, Locus of Control have a positive signficant impact on financial management behaviour and Locus of Control partially mediates on the impact of financial knowledge on financial management behaviour.

This study analyses the effect of the dimensions of service quality toward the satisfaction and its implication of the customers loyalty at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Surabaya branch. It is a causal research using primary data gathered from the questionnaire filled by BTPNs 125 customers. The respondents were chosen using systematic random samplings due to the data of the customers have already been in the database of Personal Banking Officer (PBO). The result of this research indicates that the reliability, responsiveness, tangible are positively significant toward satisfaction, but assurance and empathy are not positively significant toward satisfaction, beside satisfaction is positively significant toward loyalty. Referring to the research result focusing on the weakness score of mean and the test result of hypotheses, some implications to BPTN are considerations in order to be able to provide better service quality such as in reliability and responsiveness in which there should be more strictly-time based service; in assurance and satisfaction there should better analysis to refer in controlling the service process; in empathy there should be on time in starting the counter; and in tangible there should be renew policy in the facilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect ( and to analyze) the understanding variable and tax penalties on tax compliance with risk preference as a moderating variable in taxpayers registered at KPP North Malang regenc. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to taxpayers selected based on a purposive sampling approach. They were analyzed by means of multiple linear regression analysis and moderating analysis using absolute difference value test approach. It was found that understanding and sanctions affect taxpayer compliance. Risk preference is also able to moderate understanding and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance.
