Abstract

AbstractProsocial behavior is a concern which is described by the willingness to help others, empathy and generosity. To develop this attitude, it needsguidance and counseling service with a strong social values and culture. This study aims to know the effectiveness of group guidance based on Lampung cultural values to increase the prosocial behavior. These samples included 15 that randomized from 76 students. The research method that writer used is the pre-experimental designs. Based on the data analysis of prosocial behavior scores before of the students following group guidance based on Lampung value cultural services in 1929, then after following the service the scores increased to 2631. So this means that Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be included that the group guidance model based on Lampung cultural values is effective to improve the student prosocial behavior.  Keyword : group guidance, prosocial behavior, cultural values

AbstractThe change of new era means that each individual always evolves.Developments marked with the demands of improving the quality of human resources in its different aspects.Nation character very much dependent on the quality of human resources are.The character of quality need to fostered since an early age.There are two factors that influence character, which is innate from within yourselves sons of and views the children of the world it does possess, such as knowledge, experience, moral principles accepted, guidance, parent-child interaction and briefing.A positive environment will form the positive character also on child.The process begins with the conditions develop the character of the private tua as an influential figure to be a bust children. Keywords: character, parent, high-quality human resources

Abstract

Abstract The goal this research is to find the effectiveness of model guidance and counseling comprehensive program to develop the personality/ social competency of secondary high school students.This research uses method one group pretest and posttest design. In data collecting technique, this research was directly done through interview, documentation and assessment scale.The conclusions of the research are, The model of guidance and counseling comprehensive program that developed is effective to evolving the personality/ social competency of secondary high school students. Abstract

Abstract The research is motivated by the indiscipline of students in attendance in class, working and collecting duties. That is the behavior of student academic procrastination. Therefore, efforts were made to solve the problem, one of them using a technique token economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of techniques token economy in reducing students academic procrastination. The research methodusing aquasi-experimentalanddata analysis techniquesusing the t test.The results showed that the use of techniques token economy proved to effectively reduce students academic procrastination. Keywords: Academic Procrastination, Reinforcement, Token Economy

Abstract

Abstract Guidance and counseling undergo development which is quite rapid.There has been a shift in the paradigm guidance from traditional approach leads on the approach of the development and comprehensive. In line for the implementation of the guidance and counseling comprehensive a string of has done research that the results show effective for implemented.Along with that some policies the government affirmed a notch evident during the implementation guidance and counseling comprehensive. Required the follow-up to that planned in a comprehensive manner so that this approach can diimplementasi effectively. The implementation guidance and counseling comprehensive should be supported by understanding whole about the concept of development for the school counselor at. Now some way to strengthen the competence of a counselor with various activities as the seminar, workshop and training on the application of the guidance and counseling comprehensive. In the effectiveness of the implementation of the guidance and counseling comprehensive one of them supported by collaboration with relevant parties. Abstract This study aims to measure the relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem on student achievement. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis by the method of field research, which is conducted by survey to respondents. To analyze the data using correlational analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques. Abstract

Abstract The research aims to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of the narrative approach in counseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to manage emotions. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental methods. The study design used is one group pretest-posttest design using purposive sampling technique. The samples were 6 students who score low emotion management. The instrument used in the form of guidelines for the interview to express emotion management profile of students in class X. The results showed that: (1) there are 6 students of 14 students interviewed, have a tendency to be difficult to manage emotions appropriately; (2) The narrative approach in counseling REBT apparently quite effective for improving emotional intelligence on aspects of self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills. This recommendation is addressed to the teacher guidance and counseling, further research, and study of Guidance and Counseling Program.  Keywords: counseling REBT, narrative approach, manage emotions.

Abstract

Abstract Self adjusment being a major capital hearts facing the challenges of life are fluctuating. Self adjustment problems in this research will be enhanced through the provision of group counseling services based the value "nengah nyampur" in the philosophy of life Lampung people. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the review the provision of the model of group counseling services based the value "nengah nyampur" in the philosophy of life Lampung people to increases self adjustment students’ in the first grade of the MTs Al Falah Sinar Gunung. The methods of the research is a research and development (R & D). The result of the research shows that the self adjustment students’ in the first grade of Mts Al Falah Sinar Gunung increased significantly. This increase is characterized by the average value of students’ data pre-test and post-test in experimental group, the average value on the pre-test of 94.6 and average value on the post-test of 144.3. So that the average value increased by 49.7. Thus, the model of group counseling services based the value “nengah nyampur” in the philosophy of life Lampung people effective to improve self adjusment students’.  Keywods:group counseling service based the value “nengah nyampur”, philosophy of life, self adjusment
