Abstract

Pollution has not only occurred in the air, soil, or water, but also include noise pollution in the form of noise. The noise can be defined as unwanted sound or loud noises. Noise can give effect harmful to health that can lead to deafness, nervous disorders, mental disorders, heart problems, high blood pressure, dizziness and even insomnia. Research on the measurement of the noise level is done around the Mosque Fathul Khair Samarinda, Elementary School 004 Samarinda, and the Islamic Prayer Room Raudhatul Jannah Samarinda. The purpose of this research is to determine the noise level of the environment and compare it with the raw quality of the conducted noise levels around the Mosque Fathul Khair Samarinda, Elementary School 004 Samarinda, and the Islamic Prayer Room Raudhatul Jannah Samarinda with a simple method, i.e. the noise level measurements use the tool in the form of a Sound Level Meter (SLM) carried out for 10 minutes and time reading every 5 seconds. The measurement results show that the level of noise every 5 seconds obtained at each research site that is at the Mosqua Fathul Jannah of 69,51 dBA, elementary School of 70,38 dBA and at the Islamic Prayer Room Raudhatul Jannah of 70,38 dBA. These values exceed the quality standard based on the decision of the Minister of State for the environment no. 48 in 1996 about the Raw noise levels, and according to the regulation of the Minister of health no. 718, 1987 about the noise, the location of this measurement is supposed to enter a zone B, among other School, and Worship Place, with noise around 45 – 55 dB. So in this condition required treatment can lower noise levels, one of them by making the green line or tree planting

Abstract

Currently the building are urgently needed in many major cities as spaces for residences , offices , place of businesses , and so forth . With the development of technology is also emerging innovations in the construction of tall buildings , especially in terms of the floor slab system . A flat slab reinforced concrete slab structures that do not use direct beam and using drop panels around the head of the column that serves as an additional buffer on the plate in bearing forces on the shear plate especially around the head of the column . In this final slab system to be discussed is the floor plate system using a flat slab with drop panels. The structure analysis step is divided into three stages, namely structural modeling, structural loading and structural analysis. The structure modeling stage is the process of entering structural planning data such as geometry, material and structural elements. At the loading stage of the structure, working loads are grouped into static and dynamic loads. Static load consists of dead load and live load while dynamic load is earthquake load which is analyzed by spectrum and time history response methods. The results of the structural analysis data are used as data in the modification of building structure element planning in accordance with the provisions of SNI 03-2847-2013. The results of the design obtained by slab thickness of 200 mm, 50 mm thick drop panel with a width of 240 cm either towards the x-axis and towards the y-axis, and with the use of a column with dimensions of 700 mm x 700 mm from 1st floor until 7th floor and column with dimensions of 500 mm x 500 mm for 8th floor. Shear wall is designed with a thickness of 400 mm

Abstract

Kota tenggarong saat ini dalam masa pembangunan sehingga permasalahan banjir harus segera di atasi. Untuk mengatasi banjir perlu adanya kerja sama dari semua pihak yaitu pemerintah dan masyarakat sekitar dalam menanggulangi permasalahan banjir. Serta perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab-penyebab lain saluran drainase ini tidak berfungsi secara optimal agar bisa segera di cari solusi permasalahannya. Untuk menangani permasalahan banjir di jalan Tambak Rel Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara ini perlu ditinjau kondisi eksisting saluran dengan menghitung hujan rancangan dengan metode log person type III, kemudian menghitung debit banjir rancangan dengan metode manning.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya pembangunan yang terjadi di kota Samarinda mengakibatkan semakin berkurangnya lahan kosong yang bisa digunakan untuk meresapkan air kedalam tanah. Hal ini menyebabkan penurunan kemampuan tanah untuk meresapkan air sebagai akibat adanya perubahan tata guna lahan di kawasan Perumahan Mulawarman Residence yang berlokasi di Jl. Ringroad Selatan, Samarinda Ulu. Analisa hidrologi dilakukan berdasarkan curah hujan, topografi daerah, karakteristik daerah pengaliran serta frekuensi banjir rencana dengan menggunakan analisa hidrologi diperoleh besarnya debit air yang harus ditampung saluran drainase. Kemudian atas dasar debit yang diperoleh, dimensi drainase dapat direncanakan berdasarkan perhitungan hidrolika.

Abstract

Perumahan mulawarman residence adalah perumahan yang belum di alirin atau didistribusikan air bersih karena belum adanya saluran air bersih yang mamadahi selain itu selain juga jauhnya jangkauan untuk menyalurkan air bersih. Di daerah perkotaan, sistem penyediaan air bersih dilakukan dengan sistem perpipaan dan non perpipaan. Sistem perpipaan dikelola oleh Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) dan sistem non perpipaan dikelola oleh masyarakat baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Analisa sistem distribusi pada perumahan mulawarman residence di samarinda adapun kebutuhan air bersih daerah studi termasuk dalam kebutuhan air domestik dan non domestik memperhitungkan faktor krhilangan air.kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air dalam jangka sampai dengan tahun 2028 serta mengtahui kondisi hidrolis dari sistem jaringan pipa yang ada.perhutungan jaringan pipa menggunakan metode rumus hazann william, untuk menganalisa jaringan pipa distribusi bersih di lakukn dengan cara trial and error dengan menggunakan beberapa jenis ukuran pipa.berdasarkan hasil akhir, dapat di lihat bahwa sistem jaringan pipa dapat berjalan hal ini brdasarkan kondisi tekanan yang sudah ssuai dengan syarat prencanaan dan kondisi resrvoir yang mampu untuk memenuhi kbutuhan air bersih di daerah study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model tarikan perjalanan yang ada di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda, dimana hasil penelitian tarikan kendaraan ini akan dijadikan sebagai gambaran  terhadap pembangunan di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. Serta dengan menganalisa karakteristik parkir di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda ini, maka akan diketahui kapasitas parkir yang ada dan dapat diambil kesimpulan apakah kapasitas parkir yang ada sudah memadai atau belum.            Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pengamatan dan data statistik dari BAAK Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. Data yang dihasilkan dari pengamatan meliputi jumlah kendaraan masuk dan keluar di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda ini. Kemudian data dihasilkan masing-masing dipergunakan untuk perhitungan statistik menggunakan Software SPSS 17 dan karakteristik parkirnya dengan menggunakan rumus dari buku Hobss F.D 1995.            Hasil Penelitin ini adalah : Pertama ditemukan bahawa model regresi linier berganda yang terjadi pada data yang dikelola di SPSS 17 adalah (Y) tarikan kendaraan dengan nilai konstanta 3,619 dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap (X1) yaitu jumlah mahasiswa dengan nilai -0,003 dan berpengaruh negatif pula dengan (X2) yaitu jumlah dosen dan staff sebesar -0,042 dan berpengaruh positif terhadap (X3) dengan nilai 0,001 yaitu luas bangunan dan (X4) Luas parkir berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,006. Kemudian dari hasil perhitungan karakteristik parkir didapat kesimpulan bahwa Karakteristik parkir yang ada sekarang di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda ini belum cukup memadai dengan kebutuhan 18  petak/jam dan 16 petak/jam.

Abstract

Loa Tebu is one of the villages in Tenggarong District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Seen from the geographical area, Loa Tebu has an area of ± 52 Km2 , most of the area is plantations and food self-help. Looking at the plantation sector and food self-sufficiency in the area as supporting the regional economy requires good and easily accessible road access. Plan the geometric path, design the thickness of rigid pavement and detail the cost budget with the aim of getting results in accordance with applicable standards. In planning this road using the Bina Marga method as a basis for geometric planning, pavement thickness and budget plan. The data needed in planning the road, namely the topographic map used in the geometric calculation of the road, the average daily cross (LHR) is used to determine the road class and CBR (California Bearing Ratio) to determine the thickness of the pavement. After the geometric and thick calculation of pavement, the required budget can be detailed. From the LHR data, the class III Local Secondary Road class was obtained. In geometric calculations the road obtained 29 bend types, 33 vertical curvature types and 30610 m3 soil excavation volumes 1056 m3 of landfill volume. From the results of the calculation of rigid pavement thickness obtained 18 cm concrete thickness with the quality of K-250, the thickness of the bottom foundation layer is 12.5 cm aggregate class B. From the results of fatigue analysis and repetition of the obtained permit value of small value (FRT) then alternative things can conducted by temperori using a class B aggregate with a thickness of 12.5 cm obtained from the results of effective soil CBR. Budget plan required costs Rp. 12,005,368,000.00. From the results of the budget plan for the cost of cement concrete which is relatively large cost, by using temperori method using class B aggregate only requires a budget of Rp.3,341,513000.00 as an alternative and cost savings. In geometric planning required valid measurement data to determine bend design and slope in accordance with specifications. Before determining the thickness of the pavement it is necessary to investigate the carrying capacity of the soil which is then processed into CBR as a basis for determining the thickness of the pavement. In the details to determine the cost budget, the things that need to be known, namely where the location of the material obtained and the condition of the field, it affects the making of the budget, because the material and equipment needs must be taken into account with the planned field conditions.

Abstract

Kota Samarinda saat ini mempunyai fasilitas pendukung kegiatan olahraga air, yaitu di Kolam Renang Gor Segiri, Bumi Sempaja Waterpark, Lipan Hill Swimingpool, dan Stadion Palaran Samarinda. Hal ini menjadi dasar bahwa Kota Samarinda saat ini belum memfasilitasi pusat olahraga air yang menjadi tempat para atlet untuk berlatih. Dan dari semua kolam yang telah disebutkan belum ada kolam yang tertutup, itu mengakibatkan ketika cuaca panas atau sedang hujan para atlet tidak bisa berlatih. Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Metafora yang bisa dijadikan sarana sebagai pusa t pelatihan untuk atlet renang dan loncat indah, serta rekreasi untuk masyarakat umum yaitu jet ski dan flying board. Kolam renang yang bisa digunakan masyarakat umum diluar jam latihan atlet dan gedung olahraga air renang dan loncat indah yang tertutup.

Abstract

Construction activities have a wide range of risks one is the risk of occupational health and safety. Construction of  office Bpjs Bontang is a 2 floor storey construction work, requiring a lot of manpower, involving heavy equipment, so it has the potential risk to the danger of accidents. This research will be examined on   occupational   health   and   safety   risk   identification,   risk   analysis,   risk calculation, risk sequence,   risk  control, and recommendations on risk.  Data collection techniques among other observations, questionnaires, the data contractor and literature.  The method used is the description calculation of the risk level occupational health and safety   in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Public Works 2014 on Guidelines for Occupational Health and Safety Management System Construction Sector Public Works. The final conclusion of the 13 identified risk from 38 risk construction activities, the calculation of risk level 3 variables obtained a high risk. Welding smoke inhalation variable (breathing problem) in the type of plate making activities, the electrocution worker variable on the type of ceramic installation activities and worker variable fell from a height in the type of electrical installation activities.

Abstract

The road to the palm oil plantation and the kendang ayam at the intersection of the BalSam (Balikpapan-Samarinda) STA 65 + 500 toll road, is the only access road that is the route for the delivery of plantation products and the results of chicken livestock from that location to the highway. Therefore, the government has provided a solution by creating an overpass bridge that is designed using a concrete slab construction with a support pole in the middle. The prestressed concrete method is concrete that is emphasized first through the stressing process before being loaded. It turns out that the technique is quite effective, because in addition to concrete it can carry a bigger load than before and can reduce its own weight and size of the cross section. This is clearly very beneficial for the construction world, because the volume of material can be reduced so that the weight of the profile becomes lighter and the load of the upper structure which is borne to the foundation also becomes smaller. Therefore, the authors are interested in modifying the Overpass bridge at the intersection of the Bal-Sam (Balikpapan-Samarinda) STA 65 + 500 toll road, whose initial design used concrete slab construction with one supporting pole in the center, to be a concrete slab construction without a supporting pole replaced by the "I" girder prestressed beam. From the calculation results it can be concluded which is planned bridge with spans of 36,7 m and a width of 9 m, the vehicle floor slab with a thickness of 20 cm, the sidewalk is planned with a thickness of 30 cm and width of 100 cm, the distance between the pole railling 2 m, beam prestressed “I” girder 5 pieces while for steel prestressing using this tipe of strands Uncoated Seven-wire Stress relieved for Prestressed Concrete Highgrade-Low Relaxation ASTM-416 using 3 tendons with 48 strands pertendon.
