ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris apakah terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia Wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Jumlah sampel penelitian mengggunakan 65 orang pegawai. Penelitian ini yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik analisi correlation product momen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara Motivasi Kerja (X) dengan Kinerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikan (p < 0,05). Menunjukan hubungan nilai korelasi yang kuat. Adapun nilai r = 0,491 termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dalam hal ini 49,1% motivasi kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja. Pada Pegawai Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia Wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur memiliki tingkat motivasi kerja dengan presentase 53,85% dan kinerja dengan persentase 52,31%. Maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kinerja yang ada pada instansi tergolong sedang dengan kata lain cukup mempunyai hubungan antara Motivasi Kerja dengan Kinerja. Semakin Tinggi Motivasi Kerja makan Kinerja akan semakin tinggi.

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between the workload of the working stress on hospital emergency room nurse. A. Wahab Sjahranie. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between workload against work stress. Subjects in this study were hospital emergency room nurse. A. Wahab Sjahranie totaling 50 subjects. The scale used in this study is the job stress scale refers to those aspects of psychological, physiological and behavioral proposed by Handoko and the scale of the workload with aspects such as mental workload and physical workload. The results showed there was a positive influence between workload against work stress, which in point of product moment correlation analysis is r = 0.458 (p <0.05), which means that the variable job stress and workload has a high correlation. If the stress of work and the workload are correlated, then the chances of factors can affect between them with a chance 0% (p = 0.000). The hypothesis of this study is stated in the receipt.

INTISARIPenyebab terbesar dari perceraian adalah pertengkaran yang berkepanjangan, masalah ekonomi dan perselingkuhan. Perselingkuhan adalah pengkhianatan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan menikah yang sangat berdampak fatal dalam sebuah perkawinan dan tidak jarang perkawinan berakhir dengan perceraian karena perselingkuhan.Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan 2 orang wanita yang mengalami pengkhianatan kepercayaan oleh suaminya. Subyek 1 yang ditinggal suami selama 3 bulan, dan subyek 2 ditinggal suami selama 13 tahun.Fokus dan rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah gambaran komitmen perkawinan wanita pasca perselingkuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui pendekatan fenomenologi serta teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan guide wawancara, dibuat verbatim lalu dianalisa. Hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa kedua subyek memiliki komitmen struktural dalam mempertahankan perkawinannya. Dimana subyek 1 memikirkan dampak perceraian terhadap anak-anaknya, dan subyek 2 sangat berpegang pada ajaran agama yang tidak memperbolehkan perceraian terjadi dalam perkawinan yang sah. Oleh karena itu mereka tetap mempertahankan perkawinannya.Penelitian ini sangat jauh dari sempurna. untuk itu sangat disarankan bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar memiliki guide wawancara yang jelas, observasi yang intens dan menggali jauh kedalam setiap permasalahan subyek agar didapati lebih detail bagaimana komitmen perkawinan yang dimiliki wanita pasca perselingkukan. ABSTRACT Overview Commitment to Women Post-Marital Infidelity.The biggest cause of divorce is prolonged bickering, economic problems and infidelity. Infidelity is a betrayal committed by a married couple who are very fatal in a marriage and not infrequently the marriage ended in divorce due to infidelity.In this study, using the 2 women who experienced betrayal of trust by her husband. 1st Subjects who left her husband for 3 months, and 2nd subjects left her husband for 13 years.The focus of this research and the formulation of the problem is the image of women after infidelity marital commitment. This study used qualitative methods, through a phenomenological approach and data collection techniques performed with semi-structured interviews and observation. Data analysis technique using an interview guide, made verbatim and analyzed. The results of this study found that two subjects had a structural commitment to his marriage. Where the subject of one thinking about the impact of divorce on children, and the subject of two strongly held religious teachings do not allow divorce occurs in a valid marriage. Therefore, they maintain marriage.This research is very far from perfect. for it is highly recommended for further research in order to have a clear guide interviews, observation intense and dig deep into any subject matter that is found in more detail how the commitment of marriage women-owned post-marital infidelity.

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bullying dengan kecerdasan emosi di SMPN 2 Samarinda.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 70 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampling. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah bullying dan kecerdasan emosi yang diadopsi dan disusun peneliti sendiri.Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan programSPSS 13 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Pada umumnya siswa memiliki bullying cendrung tinggi. 2) Pada umumnya siswa kecerdasan emosinya cendrung rendah. 3) Ada pengaruh negative bullying terhadapa kecerdasan emosi (p=0.00, p<0.05), dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 56.7 %, p = 0.000, R² = 0.321. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semangkin tinggi tingkat bullying maka kecerdasan emosi semangkin rendah.  ABSTRAK  This research goal is to acknowledge if there is any significant result between The methoduse in this research is quantitative with the in junior highschool 2 samarinda.                           ABSTRACT  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kebahagiaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap pelayanan perawat di RSUD Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong. Sehingga terdapat 3 pengaruh yang akan diselidiki dalam penelitian ini, yaitu : Kebahagiaan dan dan budaya organisasi terhadap pelayanan perawat di RSUD Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong.Penelitian dikenakan kepada perawat di RSUD Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 perawat di RSUD Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong yang merawat pasien di rawat inap. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampling dimana setiap populasi memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kebahagiaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap pelayanan perawat di RSUD Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong dengan nilai probabilitas p=0,000 (p< 0,05) maka terdapat pengaruh kebahagiaan (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap pelayanan perawat (Y) dengan nilai R Square 0,426. Artinya ada sumbangan efektif kebahagiaan dan budaya organisasi sebesar 42,6% terhadap pelayanan perawat. Jadi dapat disimpulkan semakin tinggi kebahagiaan dan budaya organisasi maka pelayanan perawat akan semakin baik. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether there is happiness and influence of organizational culture on nursing care in hospitals Aji Muhammad Parikshit Tenggarong. So there are three influences that will be investigated in this study, namely: Happiness and culture of the organization and the service of nurses in hospitals Aji Muhammad Parikshit Tenggarong. Research subjected to nurses in hospitals Aji Muhammad Parikshit Tenggarong. Subjects in this study were 80 nurses in hospitals Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong caring for the patient in hospitalization. Sampling in this study uses probability sampling technique in which each population give equal opportunity for each element to be elected as members of the sample. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant influence between happiness and organizational culture on nursing care in hospitals Aji Muhammad Parikshit Tenggarong with a probability value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), then there is the effect of happiness (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to services nurse (Y) with a value of R Square of 0.426. That is no effective contribution happiness and organizational culture of 42.6% of the nursing service. So it can be concluded the higher happiness and culture of the organization, the better nursing services.

ABSTRACT           Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling, in the form of uncertainty about something that has not happened, followed by the presense of body sensations. Working as women workers at the night clubs whom often called as the woman entertainers is a work that has a lot of risks for the onset of anxiety. The purpose of this research is to get a sense of anxiety felt by women entertainers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which using techniques of data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. As a result of this research found that the main factor of the Subject who work as an entertainer is as a form of escape, then the factor of economy and the convenience to get money is the motivation factors to stay afloat at their work. There are four factors discovered in the emergence of anxiety on women workers at the night clubs just as follows: anxiety of health declining with low level of anxiety, moral anxiety with low level of anxiety, the anxiety about the raid with high level of anxiety, and anxiety of violence and sexual abuse with medium level of anxiety going to panic.Intisari                 Kecemasanadalahperasaansangattidaknyaman,berupaketidakpastiantentangsesuatuyangbelum terjadi,diikutiolehadanyasensasitubuh. Wanita pekerja tempat hiburan malam yang biasa disebut dengan wanita penghiburmerupakanpekerjaanyangbanyak memilikirisikountuktimbulnyakecemasan.Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran kecemasan yang dirasakan oleh wanita pekerja tempat hiburan malam (wanita penghibur).Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptifkualitatifdenganteknik pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa penyebab Subjek bekerja sebagai wanita penghibur adalah sebagai bentuk pelarian, kemudian faktor ekonomi dan mudahnya mendapatkan uang menjadi pendorong untuk tetap bertahan pada pekerjaan itu. Didapatkan 4 faktor timbulnya kecemasan pada wanita pekerja tempat hiburan malam yaitu sebagai berikut: kecemasan terhadap menurunnya kesehatan dengan tingkat kecemasan ringan, kecemasan moral dengan tingkat kecemasan ringan, kecemasan terhadap razia dengan tingkat kecemasan berat, dan kecemasan terhadap kekerasan dan pelecehan seksual dengan tingkat kecemasan sedang hingga panik.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to knowns that is there an impact between stress conditions with the tendency of coping stress strategy of athletes in quarantine time. Stress conditions divided into three levels : high, medium, and low. While coping stress strategy used are problem focused coping and emotion focused coping. So there are two impacts that would be tested in this research : 1) stress level with problem focused coping and 2) stress level with emotion focused coping.This research applied to East Borneo athletes that would participating in Pekan Olahraga Nasional XIX 2016. The number of subject in this research are 26 athletes from eight sports that would be compete in Pekan Olahraga Nasional XIX 2016. This research used purposive sampling method because there are several categories determined by the researcher.The analysis technique used in this research is One Way ANOVA. The research result shows that there is no impact toward stress level with the tendency in choosing coping stress strategy. In the impact of stress levwl toward problem focused coping there is 0,055 F value and significant value 0,946 while the impact of stress level toward emotion focused coping there is 0,299 F value and significant value 0,745.

                                INTISARI Kecerdasan moral merupakan kemampuan individu untuk memahami mana hal yang benar dan yang salah. Pada usia SMP pada dasarnya anak memasuki usia remaja awal, yaitu antara 10-14 tahun, dengan ciri cenderung emosi labil, ambivalensi, serta sedang mencari tokoh panutan atau idola. Peningkatan kecerdasan moral sendiri merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pendidikan di Indonesia, sehingga perlu dikembangkan  dengan  berbagai  metode  yang  dirasa  efektif  diantaranya adalah dengan metode storytelling. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode storytelling terhadap kecerdasan moral siswa di SMP Al Azhar Shifa Budi Samarinda.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain pre- eksperimental tipe one group Pre-test – post-test atau yang disebut juga before – after design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMP Al Azhar Shifa Budi Samarinda berjumlah 60 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan Uji beda paired sample t-Test, yaitu mencari perbedaan untuk sampel berpasangan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecerdasan moral yang terdiri dari 7 aspek semuanya  mengalami  kenaikan  skor  antara pre-test  dan  post-test.  Kenaikan  skor antara sebelum dengan sesudah storytelling  adalah 896 point atau rata-rata per aspek naik 128 point. Setelah dilakukan storytelling ada peningkatan siswa yang masuk kategori kecerdasan moral tinggi dari 49 siswa menjadi 56 siswa. Artinya ada 7 orang dari kategori sedang menjadi kategori tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh metode Storytelling terhadap kecerdasan moral siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Al Azhar Shifa Budi Samarinda. Hal dibuktikan oleh hasil uji beda yang menyatakan terdapat perbedaan antara  kecerdasan moral pre-test dengan kecerdasan moral post-test dengan nilai t yaitu -10,724 dan nilai signifikansinya (P) sebesar  0.000. Perbedaan tersebut bermakna secara statistik yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata (mean) skor15,200. ABSTRACT Moral intelligence is the ability of individuals to understand where things are right and wrong. At the age of junior high school basically the child enter early adolescence, between 10-14 years, with the characteristics tend to emotional instability, ambivalence, and was looking for a role model or idol. Increased moral intelligence itself is one of the goals of education in Indonesia, so it needs to be developed with a variety of methods were that are considered effective by the method of storytelling. This research aims to know the influence of method of storytelling against moral intelligence in junior high students of Al-Azhar Shifa Budi Samarinda.This research is a quantitative research design using pre-experimental type of one group pre-test - post-test is also known before - after design. Sample research is the junior high school students of Al Azhar Shifa Budi Samarinda amounted to 60 students. Analysis of data using different test paired sample t-Test, which is looking for a difference for paired samples.Results of the study showed moral intelligence consisting of seven aspects are all experienced an increase in scores before and after treatment. The increase in score between pre-test to post-test is 896 points, or an average per aspect up 128 points. After a storytelling there is an increasing student who entered the category of moral intelligence higher than 49 students become 56 students. This means that there are 7 of the moderate category into the high category. There are significant moral intelligence methods Storytelling to students in Junior High School Shifa Al-Azhar Budi Samarinda. It is evidenced by the results of different test stating there is a difference between moral intelligence pre-test to post-test of moral intelligence to the value t is -10.724 and the significance value (P) of 0000. The difference was statistically significant as indicated by the increase in the average (mean) score of15,200.

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan pola asuh permisif dengan perilaku bullying. Sehingga terdapat hubungan yang diselidiki dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pola asuh permisif dengan perilaku bullying          Penelitian dikenakan kepada siswa-siswi SMPN 5 Samarinda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 172 siswa-siswi kelas III SMPN 5 Samarinda. Pengambilan sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana penelitian ini menggunakan karakteristik subjek.           Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment dari pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh permisif dengan perilaku bullying dengan R = 0,1285 dan p = 0,000. ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between permissive parenting with bullying behavior. So that there is a relationship investigated in this study which is, the permissive parenting with bullying behavior.Research charged to students of SMPN 5 Samarinda. Subjects in this study were 172 students of class III SMPN 5 Samarinda. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique based on the characteristics of the subjects.Data analysis techniques used in this study is product moment correlation technique by Pearson. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between permissive parenting with bullying behavior with R = 0.1285 and p = 0.000.

ABSTRAKÂ This research was conducted in order to determine empirically the effect of Emotional Intelligence and School Climate to Adolescent Aggressiveness . Aggressiveness is an act of bad form of hurt , curse deliberate by a person against another person. Research conducted on 180 subjects of research at SMPN 5Â Samarinda using stratified random sampling by distributing a scale of Emotional Intelligence, School Climate and Aggressiveness in SMPN 5 Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Data analyses had been used doubled linear regression analyses technique and used SPSS Statistical 18 for Windows program. Result of the research are shows that there is a significant effect between Emotional Intelligence and School Climate To Aggressiveness in Students of SMPN 5 Samarinda with value of F = 20,344 and p = 0,000. The influence of Emotional Intelligence adn School Climate to Aggressiveness is 18,7% with value of (R2) 0,187. The single influence of Emotional Intelligence to Aggressiveness is 11% while the single influence of School Climate to Aggressiveness is 7,7% . There is a negative relationship between emotional intelligence to the aggressiveness with regression coefficient of -0.359, the lower the emotional intelligence, the higher aggressiveness. Similarly, there is a negative relationship between the School Climate Aggressiveness with regression coefficient of -0.310, the lower (negative) Climate School will be higher as well Aggressiveness.
