Abstract

Istiqamah is an attitude of consistency fo doing religious (Islamic) teaching. It’s a behavior of Faithful in obeying God’s commends from the beginning he or she declared to be a muslim until the end of their life. Based on that, this article tried to explain what is the essentilal meaning of istiqamah ? what is the epistemology of istiqamah? And what is axiology of istiqamah? For dealing with those problems, the article uses theological approach and Qur’anic exegesis in order tp get a comprehensive describing of istiqamah in the Qor’an. The article discovered that the man who strongly occupied the istiqamah, whether in understanding, saying or actiting, would have a God’s blessing. According to Hadis (Prophet’s saying), a muslim who implemented istiqamah consistently would bring him  to have a happiness in his life and hereafter.

Abstract

Hukum ekonomi Islam bertujuan untuk menciptakan kehidupan manusia yang sejahtera dalam arti dapat mengatasi problema sosial ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Hukum ekonomi Islam juga mendorong kehidupan manusia yang mampu dan kaya, selama usaha tersebut diperoleh dalam garis-garis yang diridhai oleh Allah Swt. Sebab hukum ekonomi Islam dibangun atas prinsip-prinsip dan akhlak yang menekankan pada konsep ta’ awun.

Abstract

This article covers about a judge in the view of Remembrance and its relevance to the existence of judges in the present. The method used is a library research that is by examining a number of literature directly related to the focus problem. The results showed that the profession of judges which also is a matter of proud achievement. In neighboring countries like Malaysia and Singapore, a district judge is said to be more respected and authoritative than a regent, or mayor. Charisma is remarkable, because there the judge regarded as a semigod.

Abstract

This article investigates Ibnu Rushd’s attempt in reconciliation the dichotomy of religion and philosophy, revelation and reason. At least, there are three ways to deal with it: Firstly, providing a different task area for revelation and reason. Revelation is associated with metaphysical issues, and information of life in the hereafter, whereas ratio is related to the physical problems and nowdays life. Secondly, reconciling the methods used to, according to Ibn Rushd, the rational method of burhani (demonstrative) used in the philosophical sciences can also be used to analyze the religious sciences. Likewise, the primary premises can be generated not only by rational analysis but also by the texts of revelation, so that the results of religious analysis are as valid as philosophical rational analysis. Thirdly, integrating the goals of achievement; revelation and reason, religion and philosophy are both invited and want to reach the truth, if religion and philosophy have the same goal that is the truth. The truth one can not be in contradiction with the other truth.
