<![CDATA[This research discusses about the policy taken by the Brazilian President Lula Da Silva through its programs in addressing the foreign debt during his leadership. Past the Brazilian economy which is heavily dependent on foreign debt to international financial institutions. Brazilian foreign debt continues to rise each year. Wrong economic policies undertaken by the early leaders make Brazil stuck in ever-increasing debt. During the Brazilian government controlled by the military regime, the Brazilian economy is getting worse. Foreign debts Brazil is increasing. The number of poor people in the country is increasing. The subsequent years the Brazilian economy and the condition is getting worse due to the pilling up foreign debt following considerable interest.The author analyzes the case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature was collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. Structuralism is rooted in the thought of Karl Marx or Neo-Classical end that many organizations under the shelter at the New Left movement (the New Left). Lula’s leftist leader focused on socialist policies that concentrate on people’s welfare and poverty alleviation by way of paying off all foreign debt of Brazil.Lula Da Silva of Brazil during her leadership very significant progress with its policies towards the pro underclass One of them is the “Fome Zero” (no hunger) to reduce poverty population. This program, among others, such as the creation of reservoirs in arid regions in Brazil. One of the major programs of the fome Zero policy called “Bolsa Familia”, namely the provision of financial assistance for low income families are poor Economic programs to reduce poverty was considered successful by some circles. This research background by the program designedby the Government of Rokan Hulu to realize the vision of the year 2013 " RokanHulu as rice self-sufficiency " . However , it seems this plan can not be realized withgood results . To achieve these targets , the Government of Rokan Hulu through theDepartment of Food Crops and Horticulture initiative to organize the cultivation offood crops of rice ( paddy rice ) . <![CDATA[At this time the service is needed in services once by the community. For the provision of services in the field of services need to be improved so that the community as a customer service users were satisfied with the service provided. PT. Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru is engaged in the business of shipping services or goods.The research was conducted at PT. Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru. The problem formulation is How Quality Service at PT Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru? This study aims to determine the Quality of Service at PT. Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru and to determine the barriers faced by PT. Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru in Service Quality. In line with this research, the quality of service with a number of the respondents were 97 customers. This study uses quantitative analysis method using the theory put forward by some members about the quality of services. In this study researchers using indicators namely Utilization, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty as a measure of the Quality of Service at PT. Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru. Technique used data collection with interviews and kuisioner ie, sampling techniques for Accidental Sampling. Shared data source that is divided into two primary data source is the source of information obtained through kuisioner, interviews with informants and secondary data obtained through the documents available in PT. Indah Logistic cabang Pekanbaru. From the research results obtained can be seen that the Quality of Service of PT. <![CDATA[Implementation of Operational Control Internet Cafes In TembilahanIndragiri Hilir. Internet cafes are businesses engaged in services that provide services to thepublic internet fasilitass. Rapidly growing internet cafes in the city Tembilahan. This is in linewith the growing need for access to technology and information and the current era ofglobalization. Of services offered by the internet cafes are popular , social networking sites andonline gaming. This study aims to determine how the factors inhibiting the implementation andoperational control of internet cafes in the city Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir, to conform to theapplicable regulations Indragiri districts downstream regulation number 21 of 2008 concerningpublic order .This study used qualitative methods of data collection techniques by means ofinterviews, observation and study of literature. Interviews were conducted by researchinformants defined by snowball sampling technique. The results found that the implementationof the operational control of internet cafes in Tembilahan kabapaten downstream Indragiri notrun optimally in accordance with the regulations set by the government. It can be seen from thenumber of internet cafes business owners who commit violations such as violations of theoperating hours of internet cafes, many coming pengunjug school attributes, and there are manyvisitors who come under 17 years of age. It all can not be separated from the presence ofobstacles in the implementation of the curb that is, less their cooperation cyber cafe owner ,limited human and financial resources the municipal police, and lack of coordination of theparties concerned .Keywords : Execution , Control , Public Interne]]>

This case accord with uu 2004 no 32 about the regions government in pasal 27 ayat 2 the region equipments or regency city consists of regions secretariat, DPRD secretariat, department of region and it means that subdistrict is one of regency region equipment the implementer of goverment headed by a camat. In here the roles of subdistrict very imforta district. On the other words this subdistrict would have many deficiencies for facility and human resources.One of organization that serve the people is a subdistrict office of batu hampar, regency of rokan hilir. The camat office is one of organization that have a major role in managing and regulating the people. Any five villages in subdistrict of batu hampar. They are bantayan village, bantayan hilir, sungai sialang,sungai sialang hulu, and bantayan baru.the local regulations in regency of rokan hilir about establishment of the organizational structure, employment, main duties and villages regency government of rokan hilir the third shapter in the part 2 about employment and basic duties pasal 5 ayat 1 : subdistricts is the camat duties as regions equipment regency of rokan hilir. Pasal 5 ayat 2 : camat is implementer to does the goverment mission by bupati to take a care partial autonomy and the pasal 5 ayat 4 : camat position and basic duties.Part 2 about employment and basic duties pasal 6 have the basic duties to help bupati in implement develop governments and living development. <![CDATA[Lady Gaga known as eccentric singer and songwriter worldwide. Her career as amusician recorded raise every years. Her fans spread around the world especially in Indonesia.Most of Lady Gaga fans in Indonesia are teenagers. Instability of teenage personality makestheir ability to filtering west culture decrease. A different view of western culture brought byLady Gaga will be the long-term impacts for teens.The purpose of this study is to find out what exactly the meaning of the text contained inthe lyrics of Born This Way song by separating denotation, connotation and myth. This researchused qualitative methods descriptive which the data was obtained through interviews,documentation, and reference materials. As well as using semiotic analysis technique developedby Roland Barthes to know what the meaning of the Born This Way song lyrics that written andpopularized by Lady Gaga. This research presented the subject is a fan of Lady Gaga and somepeople who considered able to provide supporting information. Researchers using purposivesampling technique to determined the informants. While the research object is the text of thelyrics of the song Born This Way is obtained directly from the original CD.The results showed that the meaning of the Born This Way song written by Lady Gaga isabout freedom in many ways, a vindication of social deviation, and support for minoritiesthroughout the world. It can be seen from the mention of the various races in the Born This Waylyrics such as Black, White, Beige, and Chola Descent. This song serves as a support for theadolescent desire to be free and diminish the awareness of the social norms prevailing in thecommunity in accordance with the results of interviews with several informants. Eventually teenstarted to accept the deviation as a matter of course and can be tolerated. <![CDATA[This research explain about the effect of local tin market establishment by government to Indonesia’s bargaining position in trading. The market was listed on future market, ICDX (Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange) with code “INATIN” to set the global price benchmark by requiring the metal be traded on this local exchange before export. The purpose of this regulation to make Indonesia as the largest exporter and the second big producer of tin in the world, the place for international price discovery and lead a fair value of tin in order to give advantadge for Indonesia which before Indonesia followed the London Metal Exchange as a international metal market. ICDX helps Indonesia government perform monitoring to the trading activities, price movement, and all market data. As neo-mercantilsm paradigm, government role is needed to increas income and maximize the benefits through policy as an economic protection. This term expresses Keynes theory about the importance of government intervention controlling market. Keynes states that government role can not be separated in economic of country. According to the theory, in summary this research shows Indonesia has better bargaining position to rise the price and volume on local exchange, as the effect of Indonesia government intevention through regulation of export tin in Permendag 32/M-DAG/PER/6/2013. This result is evidenced in tin price increas and LME tin stock depression. The writer use theory of the role of International Organizations to describe the role of UNICEF as an International organization dealing with violence and hunger in children Yemen. The writer also makes use of the theory of conflict resolution in view of the root causes of problem conflict which always occurs in Yemen.In an effort to overcome violence and hunger among children in Yemen UNICEF conduct programs as follows, a program of The Peacebuilding, Education and Advocacy in Conflict-Affected Contexts (PBEA), Program kepeduliaan of the right child (Evidence for children's rights), and Program Empowerment children's rights (Empowerment for children's rights). <![CDATA[The research is to find out what are the motives and the motivators that influenced tourist to visit Aek Martua waterfall.This research is uses descriptive quantitative methods to analyze problem which is going to conducted. The sample of this research was 100 people were taken by using accidental sampling. Then the data collection techniques in this is reseach the writer used observation, interview and quisionnaires. The writer using the likers scale as an instrument to measuring the lenght of intervals that can be used to find quantitative data.Based on the result of the research are the influence of motivator is more motivate tourists to visit Aek Martua waterfall than the motives.
