Abstract

This research describes the role of PT.Bloom Agro to do Fair Teade implementation in Indonesia in the case study is the export of PT.Bloom Agros’s organic rice to foreign country. Fair Trade is the kind of Alternatives trade which populer as donatian movement in 1940. But now in the globalitation era that causes of free trade, fair trade is more popular as alternatives trade movement and as a certification to mark a product has fair tarde guarantee. And in Indonesia PT.Bloom Agro which an exporter company wants to take fair trade to mecanism of their business since it found by a carefull women, Emily susanto because PT.Bloom Agro wants to make farmer’s life better. The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. The theories applied in this research are role theory by KJ.Holsty and by Bidle and Bidle to describe about how the role theory. And the perpective used in this research is pluralism perpective by Paul R Viotti and Mark V Kauppi.The conclusion of the research that the role of PT.Bloom Agro to implement fair trade in Indonesia is make coorporation with organics rice farmer in Tasikmalaya, named Gapoktan Simpatik Tasikmalaya, and in Boyolali, named Appoli to get incredible organic rice which planted with System Rice of Intensification(SRI) method and effort to make the organic rice getting fair trade and international organic certificate. And Finally, after getting certified, PT.Bloom Agro succes to export the organic rice to America, Italy, Belgia, Germany, Malaysia, and Singapore.Key words: PT.Bloom Agro, Role, Fair Trade, Certification, Export, Organic Rice.

Abstract

This research explains about the efforts of UNDP in progressing democracy for Myan-mar. Myanmar is a country governed by the rule of the military junta during the approximately fifty years. The presence of UNDP in Myanmar is to advance democracy in Myanmar previously are stagnant. This analysis aims to determine what the steps of UNDP to progress democracy in Myanmar. The theory in this research is the theory of democratic transition , which leads to the democratization process of the shift from an authoritarian government to the democratic government that passes through a complex path , including the transition that took place in Myanmar . The Analysis of this research used data collection techniques , both qualitative data and theoretical data. Based on the result of UNDP and Democracy in Myanmar are to accommodate the en-tire interest, either from the Government or from the party of Myanmar pro-democracy group democracy in the form of dialogue, strengtheninglocal government, as well as provide technical assistance, facilitate and support thefinancial investments as well as strength-en the educational system.Keywords: UNDP, Myanmar, Progress, Democracy

Abstract

Internet usage in Indonesia for accessing social networks is quite high, one of them is the usage of Twitter social networking. There are a new things that become a trend in recent years, it‟s a meme which is become a new culture on the internet .Single meme is one that caught the atttention of netizens, jomblo are often we hear in everyday life. This study aims to determine how the meaning of denotation, conotation and myth are represented in single meme on Twitter social networking.Method of this resesearch is qualitative research method with Roland Barthes‟ semiotic approach. Data was collected through documentation,and library research. Data analysis unit in this research consist of 2 comparasion of meme jomblo and 2 non comparasion of single meme which is often share in Twitter.Based on this research represented tha the main character of single meme is always a man. Single status is also often compared to dating people and long distance relationship. Single status is closely associated with the internet, the internet became the savior of the life of a single. Abstract

Advertisement tax is a big contributor to revenue . Advertisement tax revenue Pekanbaru often there is a discrepancy between the initial target with the realization . Realization is always lower than the initial target . This can be due to several things . Several related agencies responsible for this as the Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru and Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru. Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru City billboard contribute to income funds , while the Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru City is responsible for the licensing and operation of buildings billboards have building permit . The purpose of this study was to determine how the coordination between the relevant agencies in handling the advertisement tax and to determine the factors that influence the coordination between the relevant agencies . This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru precisely in Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Office and the Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru using qualitative descriptive method , with the technique of collecting data through observation and interviews . This research was conducted by using the theory according to Fayol , Koontz and O'Donnell are communication , cooperation , sharing of tasks and meetings meetings Results from this study indeed there is coordination of relevant agencies , namely the Regional Revenue Office Pekanbaru and Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru City but has not done well . This is evidenced by their coordination after a foul on billboards building , should be coordination among related agencies can be done at this stage of the implementation and supervision of the building so that the advertisement has not been a violation of the impact on the building billboard advertising tax revenue .Key word: Coordination , advertisement tax , Licensing

Abstract

The media has a huge influence on the direction of community life, as well as understanding of the mass media itself that the media are specifically designed to reach a very broad community. Type media itself is traditionally a newspaper, magazine, radio, and television. Audience needs will be met by the entertainment media as the existence of the shows presented by the mass media. In accordance with SOR theory, the theory of communication abbreviation of Stimulus-Organism-Response. According to this theory, the effect is specific reactions to specific stimuli, so that one can expect and predict compatibility between the message and the reaction communicant. The purpose of this research, ie determine whether there is influence elementary school students SDN 006 Sekolubuk Tigo Lirik in applying social values after watching the animated film Upin and Ipin.The method used in this research is quantitative method, the researchers collected data using questionnaires. The location of this research is the SDN 006 Sekolubuk Tigo Lirik. The number of samples for this study were 72 respondents, and the sampling itself using manual sampling techniques. To find out how much the relationship between the two variables, the researchers used linear regression analysis simplistic. As for the data processing of questionnaires, conducted using Statistic Program Product Of Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 17.These results indicate that the effect of animated films Upin and Ipin on the application of social value students at SDN 006 Sekolubuk Tigo Lirik, that the value of R = 0.733 and the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) amounted to 0.537 with a significance level of 0.001 is smaller than α = 0.05. The figure shows the understanding that the contribution of variables influence the animated film Upin and Ipin on the application of social value students obtained was 53.7% with a strong influence category.Keyword: Animation Film, Sosial Value of Application

Abstract

Symptoms of the highlights of this study is the low rice production area as well as food insecurity levels are high enough in Indragiri Hulu. Food security means food security conditions of both quantity and quality, safe, nutritious, diverse, equitable and affordable by the people's purchasing power. In addition to the threat of land conversion that continue to occur, the level of food insecurity is also due to the low price of rubber and palm oil have an impact on people's purchasing power. This study applies the theory of the role and implementation of policies with particular emphasis on programs conducted by BP4KKP in improving food security in Indragiri Hulu. Furthermore, this study used qualitative methods, implemented in particular in BP4KKP. The data obtained through the interview and literature study that supports extracting comprehensive information to further analyzed through descriptive analysis techniques. These results indicate that the Executive Agency of Agricultural Extension, Fisheries and Food Security Godhead (BP4KKP) in efforts to improve food security in the rice sector have carried out the planning and implementation of activities in accordance with the duties and functions given to BP4KKP. Despite the fact that efforts to increase food security in the rice sector faced constraints land conversion of agricultural land into plantations. The findings of subsequent studies is that the factors that affect BP4KKP in improving food security is the coordination does not go smoothly between the provincial government and district / city, the diversity of food and balanced nutrition for the consumption of the population Riau that still need to be improved, the prevalence of potential areas of food insecurity, lack of resources manpower and limited funds the implementation of activities.Keywords: Food Security, Roles, Policie

Abstract

This research is a study of contemporary which discussing about implementation of Opportunities for Vulnerable Children (OVC) program by Helen Keller International (HKI). Education is a basic human right and a significant factor in the development of children, communities, and countries. Everyone has the right to education but for Children with disabilities, it is difficult to get access to education. Disability education has become one of the international issues at at Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989 and The International Conference on special education in 1991 which led to the term “Education For All” and The Salamanca World Conference on Special Needs Education in 1991. In 2003 Indonesia invites HKI to develop an inclusive education system for child with disability in Indonesia with Opportunities for Vulnerable Children (OVC) program. In effort to implementation of OVC program, HKI faced some obstacles. The lack of policies on inclusive education system at the Province and District, lack of teachers of special education and lack of knowledge of the Government and communities about the concept of inclusive education system and child with disability.Keywords : Inclusive education, Disability, Helen Keller International (HKI), Opportunities for Vulnerable Children (OVC).

Abstract

Performance Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru in Monitoring Illegal Migrants in Pekanbaru current public concern which has not been maximal performance of the immigration office in the supervision of illegal migrants viewed by phenomenas that exist, many of them are illegal migrants who roam the city of Pekanbaru, the number iillegal migrants is increasing and where to place illegal migrants close to the communities Pekanbaru causing problems for society Pekanbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the performance of Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru in Monitoring Illegal Migrants in Pekanbaru.The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the performance of Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru in Monitoring Illegal Migrants in the city of Pekanbaru and to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru in Monitoring Illegal Migrants in the city of Pekanbaru. This research used Mahmudi theory with indicators: Inputs, Process, Outputs, Outcomes, Benefits and Impact.This research methods is using exploratory qualitative approach. Informants in this research are Member of Immigration Office, Member of Parliament Pekanbaru, and Illegal Migrants. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation.The results of this research is the performance of Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru in Monitoring Illegal migrants in the city of Pekanbaru less than maximum. This was evidenced by illegal immigrants still roam freely, the ineffectiveness of the rules, the presence of illegal migrants has been bringing negative impacts on society Pekanbaru. Abstract

Early 2015 in Indonesia is dominated by the feud between the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Indonesian National Police (INP). Realitas is an investigative news program in Metro TV that review more into the news. Realitas review the feud between the KPK and the National Police in the episode "They are busy to sue KPK" that aired on January 27, 2014. Authors interested to know more framing done by Reality related dispute between the Commission and the National Police. The aim of this study was to determine the framing analysis episode "They are busy to sue KPK" on Metro TV program Realitas.This study uses a qualitative method analysis model framing Robert Entman. Data collection techniques used is through observation and documentation. As for the examination of the validity of data researchers used a technique of persistence observation.Results of the study found that Realitas framed the the KPK case as a group or individual efforts to weaken the KPK. The weakening over attacks and reporting to the KPK dignitaries. Weakening efforts has any connection with the determination of Commissioner General Budi Gunawan as a suspect by the KPK. President Joko Widodo urged to mediate in case of dispute the KPK and the National Police. The issue of criminalization of the KPK that appear in this episode so that the people think it is an attempt to criminalize the the KPK dignitaries.Keyword : Analysis Framing, KPK, Polri

Abstract

The study authors do in Kodim 0320 dorm in Teluk Binjai village, Dumaicity. This study entitled "Socialization of Children In Family Army (CaseStudy About Family of troubled children in Army Environment) TelukBinjai village, Dumai City". Topics focus of this research are the troubledchildren of the family of Army District Military Command 0320. In thisstudy, researchers used research informants through key informan whereresearcher have understood the initial information about the object ofresearch as well as research informants using simple random sampling.Informants in this study is a troubled child, a total of 5 children and 5families. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and the data wasanalyzed qualitatively. Data instrument is observation, interview anddocumentation. From research by the author, the authors conclude that thefamily is an important role in fostering and developing the character of achild in the family environment and outside environment. Family is veryimportant in child development. The survey results revealed thatrespondents (children) do mischief caused parents are busy with theiractivities due to the demands of the job, also because parents are too givesleeway against children, arises naughtiness that done by children outside thefamily environment.Keywords: family and troubled children
