Abstract

This research explain about the study of application of Korean Alphabet among Cia-Cia tribe in Baubau city. The aims of applying the Korean alphabet (hangeul) in the town of Baubau is to preserve the language of the Cia-Cia tribe areas as they did not have a writing system. Therefore, the city Government South Korea and the Government of Baubau, alongside with Hunminjeongeun Research Institude cooperate to the Cia-Cia region through research.This research uses construtivism and national interest. It also uses level analysis is Nation-State. This research uses qualitative method and library research. And applying the questions to the parties who are involed in this research through media.The implementation of Korean alphabet (hangeul) in the town of Baubau gives impact on developments in various fields, especially in the field of education society which support the society of Cia-Cia and the area around the town of Baubau.Keywords: Cia-Cia, Baubau, Hangeul, South Korea

Abstract

The development of health in Indonesia is aimed at raising awareness, willingness, and healthy living capability for every person in order to realize a degree of health level. Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) is an infectious disease caused by Dengue virus. The spread of this disease in Indonesia is widespread almost evenly in all major cities, including Pekanbaru City. In 2015 an explosion of dengue fever patients so that Pekanbaru City should be set the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB).The purpose of this study is to find out how much responsiveness of Pekanbaru city government in the prevention of Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), related to the non-stipulation of the status of Extraordinary Occurrence (KLB) in 2015. Type of research used is descriptive research type with qualitative analysis method. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. Technique of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis is done by qualitative analysis. Researchers use triangulation techniques as a technique to check the validity of data.The results of the study based on service user complaints indicator, bureaucratic apparatus attitude in responding to service user's complaints, the use of service user's complaints as a reference for improvement of public services, government action in providing service and placement of service users in the prevailing service system indicates that government responsv less in facing DBD . This is evidenced by the non-stipulation of the status of Extraordinary Events (KLB), in addition to preventive efforts undertaken by the government is not optimal and evenly distributed throughout the region as well as the government's new actions felt after the fall of human lives.Keywords: Responsiveness, Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD)

Abstract

The study is done in the environmental and cleanliness ( dlhk ) city pekanbaru.The department of environmental and cleanliness ( dlhk ) city pekanbaru is weak support to the operation of the waste management.Today handling of the waste problem in urban area pekanbaru could not going well.This is because the area of service with greater number of heap of garbage high and supporting facilities and infrastructures hygiene inadequate.Research purposes: ( 1 ) to know the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and the city cleansing pekanbaru; ( 2 ) to know the barrier driving and factors affecting the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and the city cleansing pekanbaru.Informants research was taken from the head of waste management, head of reducing and the use of garbage, handling and processing of the trash, gives the infrastructure, and the city pekanbaru.This research using research qualitative descriptive to technique data collection covering interview, observation and study documentation.Based on the research done , that the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and cleanliness the city of pekanbaru done using indicators ( 1 ) clarity the purpose to accomplished; ( 2 ) clarity strategy the achievement of a goal; ( 3 ) process of analysis and the formulation of policies that steady; ( 4 ) programs established proper; ( 5 ) the availability of facilities and infrastructure .Factors - factors affect the effectiveness of waste management by the environment and cleanliness the city of pekanbaru is: ( 1 ) of human resources ( 2 ) facilities and infrastructure ( 3 ) the role of the people ( 4 ) communication. Several factors supporters city waste management pekanbaru by dlhk is affecting in laksanakannya socialization and education waste management right and either to the community, it is just some indonesians not participate in the event.Officers team that has spread have done deterrent for society not to his litter promiscuously and throw garbage into the tela determined.The government also has spread billboards containing the appeal to not littering and disposing of garbage at that we have set.Keywords: waste management, effectiveness, garbage

Abstract

R. Enny Irawanti, 1301156939 management of regional assets in the representative of representative country of indragiri region period 2009-2014. Supervisor Dra. Hj. Wan Asrida, M.Si In the current era of regional autonomy, there is a heavy burden on the local government and the House of Representatives, the burden is an effort to accelerate the growth and regional development, prosperity, absorb and run the expectations of the community. DPRD is an element of local government as a vehicle to implement democracy based on Pancasila. So in carrying out its duties and functions, the DPRD holds to the principles of regional autonomy within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the BPK-RI audit of the Local Government Financial Statements, various issues concerning the fixed asset account which are commonly among them are fixed asset values presented in the balance sheet not yet supported by adequate records, fixed assets unknown, fixed assets held by other parties, fixed assets are not returned by former members of parliament. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of local assets and obstacles in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Period 2009-2014. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Period 2009-2014. Techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Interviews, (2) Library Studies, and (3) Documentation. The conclusions of this study indicate that 1) the management of regional assets in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Period 2009-2014 has not been maximized. 2) Lack of DPRD members who really understand the process of asset management. 3) Limited capacity of DPRD members in the management of income, finance and regional assets. 4) The incomplete system and procedures of financial management and regional assets in Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD. 5) There is still a lack of experts in the Indragiri Hilir Regional House of Representatives who is professional, namely in the management of regional assets (Regional Property).Keyword: management, assets

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction to nurse commitment (caseof RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).This research method is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 19 program, wherein the samples used are nurse of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with respondents as many 69 people. For a sampling technique used census method. The data collection is done through questioners and interviews.The results of the analysis using the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test , t test and F test so it can be seen that variable work motivation to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, that job satisfaction significantly effect to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, and significant effect between society together work motivation and job satisfaction to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords:Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Performance is a work acheived by an employee in accordance with the standards and criteria that have been determined within a certain time. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of room attendant in Comfort Hotel Dumai and find out what factors that dominate the performance of room attendant in Comfort Hotel Dumai. As the factors discussed in this case are individual factors, Psychological factors, and organizational factors. This research was conducted in June until July 2017 and located in Comfort Hotel Dumai. Design this research using quantitative method with descriptive approach. The sample used is 8 respondents and the data obtained through the questionnaire by using likert scale as measuring tool to determine the lenght of the interval. based on the results of the research that has been done, that the above three factors do affect the performance of room attendant in comfort hotel dumai, namely individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors. And the most dominant factors in influencing the performance of room attendant in Comfort Hotel Dumai is psychological factors.Keywords: human resource, performance, room attendant, hotel.

Abstract

Population Administration is a very important role in development, where the system of Population Administration can be known about the population data and information in accordance with the state of the population and about the condition of the area of residence of the population. Provisions governing the Village Administration are regulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 47 of 2016 on Village Administration of Village Heads authorized to organize Village Administration. The village head implements village administration assisted by village officials. Village Administration is implemented in the framework of: Governance, Development Implementation, Community Development, and Community Empowerment.The research method used in this research is qualitative research, with the focus of research: (1) The Role of Village Government in Population Data Collection In Bandur Picak Village Koto Kampar Hulu Sub-District (2) Factors Influencing Implementation of Role of Bandur Picak Village Government in Population Data Collection in Bandur Picak Village.The result of the research is that the implementation of the role of village government as the administrative organizer of the village has not been maximally can be seen from the implementation of the role of village government, in data collection and handling of moving documents, there are still many immigrants who have no identity including the letter moved from their place of origin. While the sanctions provided by the village government are not in accordance with the rules contained in the village regulations. Abstract

Student as street vendors are nothing new. The profession of being a peddler is no longer a rare thing and is only done by students who are weak in the economy, because in fact many found students who work as a sidewalk merchant. The purpose of this research is to know self-concept of street hawkers in Pekanbaru city, to know self-interpretation of student of street hawkers in association of campus life in Pekanbaru city and to know communication experience of student of street hawkers in Pekanbaru city.This research uses qualitative research method with phenomenology approach. Research subjects consisted of five students of street vendors in Pekanbaru by using snowball technique. This study uses observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. In this study, the authors use interactive data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman.The result of the research shows that student of street hawkers who have positive self concept on the perceptual component is that they feel that they have physical similarity with the students in general, while the negative self concept is related to different physical appearance, looks unattractive and feels the physical condition is low compared to the students who are not traders. The concept of the self is physically meaning the views, thoughts, feelings, and judgments of the street vendor on himself. A person is classified as having a positive self-concept when viewing himself as a confident, responsible, and not desperate, negative component and vice versa. Components of the attitude of street vendors are categorized have positive self-concept among others friendly, fun, comfortable, humorous while the negative self-concept in social self-perception that is afraid to be lowered and feel inferior. Self-interpretation of street vendors on the condition they live as people who do not feel hopeless. Life lived as a street vendor is a thing that makes them feel like an independent child and a fighter. Enjoyable communication experience in the form of support from friends and family, acceptance and good friendship around the environment, and the many praise from the social circle of friends, family and consumers while communication experience is not fun that is in the form of scorn and considered one eye of the campus environment, in a friendship environment, as well as scorn and insult from a friendship or community environment.Keyword : Street hawkers, student, self concept, meaning.

Abstract

This study examines the extent to which the effectiveness of the agreement between the United States and Colombia to suppress illegal narcotics through the sea. this agreement was agreed with the efforts of the United States to reduce drug smuggling from Colombia, as well as overcoming the illegal narcotics trafficking in the United States. From these discussions can be drawn two variables, among others, the United States Agreement with Colombia on the eradication of illegal narcotics through the sea channel which is an independent variable. while the handling of illegal narcotics problems in the United States runs effectively, which is a dependent variable.The agreement was agreed by the Colombian government as failing to handle the increase in opium and marijuana results in its own country. it makes the two countries cooperate under an agreement. The agreement was effective. including large-scale operations for successfully seizing illegal drugs, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for users and addicts, the ever-increasing destruction of laboratory drugs, the seizure of facilities and infrastructure that support drug trafficking, and success in cartel arrests including members and leaders .Keywords: Bilateral Agreement, Drug Enforcement Cooperation Trade, By Sea, USA and Colombia

Abstract

The replanting process is done to replace the unproductive plants with new plants gradually and thoroughly. This process uses a one-stop management pattern. This pattern is more secure to run a better replanting program.This study aims to inform the farmers that the replanting program is important for the future prosperity of farmers. PT Buana WiraLestari Mas itself has been 25 years partners with farmers in improving their palm products. And the benefits of replanting this results can be enjoyed by farmers in the long run. Because the program is run well by the PT and the Village Government so it will not disappoint the farmers.From the results of research shows that PT Buana WiraLestari and KUD really do their job well. During the replanting process they are responsible for the fate of the farmers who lost their income while PT Buana WiraLestari Mas tries the Cost of Living Gang for farmers in the form of replacement money during replanting of 500,000 per hectare per month.Keywords: Implementation, Partnership, replanting of oil palm.
