Abstract

Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is a hotel located in the middle of batam city. This hotel became one of the hotels that have the tallest building in batam city. Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is one of the best hotels in downtown batam. The hotel has two adjoining buildings. Where the first building is named Tower A and the second is named Tower B, each tower has the same number of floors and the same building form. Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is located on Jalan Kampung Utama, Jl. Imam Bonjol No.1, Lubuk Baja Kota, Batam City, Batam City, Riau Islands. The position of Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence Batam is right in the middle of batam city, so it will not be far from the center of the batam in batam city. Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence has twenty-two floors where the apartments start from the fifth to sixteenth floors, and for the hotel chain starting from seventeen to twenty-two floors. From the results of research authors who talked about the hotel services, especially in department housekeeping. Can be said that this hotel can be one of the many hotels inhabited by guests who are in the city batam. With the position of the hotel with the hub of batam city center, it can be seen hotel guests who stay is for business and for leisure. Keyword: Implementation of Order Taker Task.

Abstract

Being a single parent—Mother- a phenomenon is a phase not experienced by everyone, a change in the function and role of a person before and when being a single parent- can affect changes in the economy, social, and a psychology . The single parent –mother- should replace the role of the father as head of the household in some aspects such as the decision maker, and make a living. Need process of being able to go through a period of darkness or sadness, and single parent or single mother who divorced or abandoned his partner experienced social pressure they must accept such as financial problems, feeling lonely because they are used to being alone, dealing with negative think , accept the present reality alone, even work to earn a living in order to meet the needs of his life and his children that he bear. phenomenon is observed this time been located in Bukit Gajah village District of Ukui Pelalawan Regency where the area has the characteristics of informants in accordance with the subject under study. The research data is collected by interview, observation and documentation. The interview was a structured interview in which the researcher first prepared the interview guidelines. The present research aims to identify what are the driving and inhibiting factors in being a single parent –Mother- and how to structure a strategy and adapt to new and advanced circumstances for their children .Keywords: Single Parent , Mother, Adaptation Strategy .

Abstract

This research would explain about Indonesia’s government policy to stop and banned the illegal fishing’s activity after Indonesia’s got many disadvantage in the fishery sector. This policy created a pro and contra for actors has illegal fishing’s activity like foreign fishing vessels and Indonesian’s fishing vessels.To see the problem of Indonesia’s Government Issuing Moratorium of Permit to Fishing Effort in the Fisheries Management Area Republic of Indonesia, the author uses a qualitative research methodology, the data collection techniques by library reseach are derived from sources of literature books, published magazine, journals, and scientific articles. The persepective used is Merchantilism that see the state’s role in regulating its economy. The theory used is Protectionism.Indonesia’s policy became implications for improved utilization of sources from the sea, improvement of fishery management, eradication of illegal fishing and an increase in achieving economic goals such as exports that are beginning to increase again. While the implications of this policy for illegal fishing’s actors from several countries in Indonesia’s around is lessening fishing effort than usual.Key words: Moratorium of Permit to Fishing Effort in the Fisheries Management Area Republic of Indonesia, Illegal Fishing, Foreign Fishing Vessels, Merchantilist Perspective.

Abstract

The meaning of education nowdays was a social constructed. This research have a purpose to acknowledge how is the meaning of education for students with disability (deaf). The informant of this research is the High School student in disability. The location of this research is in the Sri Munijab School for Disabilities, Pekanbaru city. This research using the purposive technique which determines the subject of research by terms and criteria. The researcher communicate with the deaf students with sign language, which the researcher have been learned before, and using the help of stationary and writing in the interview. Therefore, data was analyzed by a qualitative method. By this research, the researcher founds that the characteristic of disability or deaf students was very different. This can be depend on the factors of disability, family background, and their social life. Construction of the education meaning for disability students is education as a necessity for the future. But their standart of education in the future, it would be different for them, rather than the normal people, because of their disabilities and a different structure in social life. The necessity for the deaf or disability student is they can speak with the sign language and living their life in along with other normal people, and in future they can be employed or work independently without depending their life with others. The encouraging factors for the achievements of the disability students is a support from parents and teachers, and their spirit to get the science and knowledge. The Sri Munijab School of Disabilities in Pekanbaru have educated their students to be confident in their social life. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have a strategic role in addressing unemployment and poverty. However, if the management is not done professionally, then the established cooperative or business entity will not progress and develop. Pekanbaru as the capital of the Riau province became the center of the Riau province, is expected to be a common example for the empowerment of UMKM in Kabupaten / Kota Riau province. There are 4 different efforts of the Cooperative Office and UMKM of Pekanbaru City in the empowerment of SMEs that consist of legality, market strengthening, access to capital, and assistance. The results of the research are seen from the Government Planning in the Empowerment of Small and Medium-Sized Micro-enterprises (UMKM) in Pekanbaru City, the government has set up a five-year strategic plan (Renstra) with goals and objectives that are considered to be the right target in empowering UMKM.Keywords: Government Management, Empowerment of UMKM

Abstract

Based on Law No.14 of 2015 on APBN 2016, food subsidies have been set especially for Raskin 2016, which is 15.53 million RTS and 15Kg / month allocation for 12 months at a price of Rp.1,600 / kg at the Distribution Point. Since the food crisis of 1998, the Government has consistently paid great attention to the fulfillment of people's food rights through Special Market Operations (OPK). In contrast to previous food subsidies, OPK provides targeted rice subsidies to poor households and food insecurity.The distribution of the Raskin Program to kelurahan delima has been started since several years ago. The objective of the Raskin Program is to reduce the burden of Expenditure of the Target Household or Rumah Tangga Sasaran (RTS) through the fulfillment of some basic food needs in the form of rice. The target is to reduce the expenditure burden of Target Household in fulfilling the requirement of rice food through the distribution of subsidized rice as much as 15 Kg / RTS / month with the price of Rp.1.600, - / kg at the Distribution Point.The problem of raskin in the kelurahan Delima is the uneven distribution of tasks in each work unit. Where still encountered officers or employees of the Village who do the dualization of work. Lack of socialization to the community related to the recipient and management of Raskin Program. Therefore, many people who do not know what the criteria are classified as Raskin recipients and how the Raskin program management procedures.The concept of theory that the writer uses is the theory of distribution. Broadly speaking, distribution can be interpreted as a marketing activity that seeks to smoothen and facilitate the delivery of goods and services from producers to consumers. therefore, it use in accordance with the required (type, price, place and time required).The result of the research in kelurahan delima related to the distribution of raskin is the subdistrict still has many obstacles where some problems arise is such as the absence of renewal of data of raskin recipients from 2014 and it makes polemic among the society. Moreover, the data until 2016 is still not updated by the sub-district. While Kelurahan Delima is the subdistrict that has smallest number of Poor household or Rumah Tangga Miskin (RTM) compared to other subdistrict.Keywords : distribution, rice for poor (raskin)

Abstract

This research aims to explain how the condition of child trafficking problems in Ivory Coast as well as explain how the role of UNICEF in addressing the issue of child trafficking in Ivory Coast in 2011-2016.The author uses the pluralism perspective, which is supported by the theory of international organizations and the concept of role and level of group analysis, as the actor. The concept leads to qualitative methods and literature studies as a source of information.The results of this study describe the problem solving problem of child trafficking in Ivory Coast, UNCEF in collaboration with the Ivory Coast government, establishing a program of child trafficking, the National Plan of Action for the Elimination of Child Trafficking, Increasing the victim economy, and Creating a program and initiative at outside the ivory Coast state to help integrate, reintegrate and recover child victims.Keywords: Role, UNICEF, Child Trafficking, Pluralism

Abstract

This research discusses the effect of South Korean Investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia to the economy of West Java’s people. Foreign investment becomes the object of research because as a driver of economic growth in Indonesia. Indonesia through BKBM seeks to attract foreign investors to invest in sectors to be developed under the MP3EI plan, including attracting investment from South Korea. PT. Hankook tire is one of the South Korean tire companies investing in West Java. South Korea has an industrial-based economy, one of the provinces in cooperation with South Korea in the industrial sector is West Java. The development of Java Economic Corridor has a theme of National Industry and Service Drivers. West Java plays a very important role in the economic sector at the national level. PT. Hankook tire is one of the South Korean tire companies investing in West Java.This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. In analyzing the effect of South Korean investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia. The writer uses a Neoliberal perspective that supported by the concept of Multinational Cooperation (MNCs). The theory used is Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).The results of this study indicate that South Korean investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia positively influences several sectors of economic development in West Java, including increased foreign investment, local economic development, increased employment and reducing local poverty, as well as the welfare of society in the corporate environment. From this result, known that South Korea's investment through PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia provides benefits to the people's economy in West Java.Keywords: FDI, West Java, PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia

Abstract

Digital broadcasting is a technological development, Digital broadcasting is a new format that has many advantages of qualities such as; image, audio, and network. The one of program in Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) that use digital broadcasting is Penyejuk Qalbu’s program. This program discuss about the islamic religion, this program also use the musical instrument that is Rebana. The purpose of this research is to knowing how to the production management of digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu program in the TVRI Riau.This research use qualitative methods with descriptive approach. The object of this research is the production management of digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu program in the public broadcaster of Telivisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Riau produced by TVRI Riau. The subject of this research is six persons as informant that is the head division of program section TVRI Riau, the producer of penyejuk qalbu program, presenter program, and transmitter technician. The technique of data collection in this research is interview, observation, and documentation.The result of this research is explained how to implement the methods of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC)in production management of digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu program to produce the quality broadcasts.The digital broadcasting from Penyejuk Kalbu programaplly 4 steps to make the quality broadcasts; the first is Planning, to determine the program and broadcast background, Content Planning, placement team for work in the individual worker, The second step is organizing, the digital broadcaster has been determined the worker in accordance with the capability, the third step is movement, begins with coverage in the studio, the placement of worker position, recording, sound proofing, and then broadcasting program in the transmitter room, the fourth step is controling and evaluation. The evaluation for make sure everysteps from program coverage to program broadcasting that is goes well, so this digital broadcasting can be enjoyed by riau people.Keywords: Management, Digital broadcast, Television Programs

Abstract

Essay submitted to fulfill requirement sociology deagree. The study was conducted in kabupaten kuantan singing whit the aim of obtaining the impormation of the social impact of illegal gold mining. Several problem in this study are (1) who the perpetrators of gold mining without permission in the village sungai sorik (2) what are the social impact of illegal gold mining in the village sungai sorik (3) whether there is a relationship of social mobility of livelihood to social mobility. The title of this study “The Social Impact Of Illegal Gold Mining In The Village Sungai Sorik Kecamatan Kuanta Hilir Seberang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi”. This research aimed to find out who the perpetrator gpld mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the social impact that result gold mining without permission in sungai sorik. To know the relationship of livelihood change to social mobility. This reseach is a quantitative research because is natre is shapecase. After doing this research, the result of the study note the social impact of illegal gold mining in sungai sorik is a miner, social impact, and livelihood change relationship of social mobility. Perpretators of this social impact of wokers which has an individual or grup get a fropit. Or a lot of mining product and to achieve its ob actives. Existence of the prepetators, social impact, and livelihood change relationship to social mobility so as o tringger the occorence social impact of illegal gold mining in sungai sorik.Keywords: Social Impact, Anauthorized Gold Miners
