Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the level of customer satisfaction of Tour package at PT. Naifah Duta Utama Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.This research uses descriptive quantitative method to analyze the problem. The sample used was 30 respondents and the data obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. By using Likert scale as a measuring instrument to determine the length of the interval. Based on the results of research, Customer Satisfaction User Service Tour Packages In PT. Naifah Duta Utama Tour & Travel Pekanabru which consists of four indicators, namely: tangible, emphaty, reability, assurance. The level of customer satisfaction of PT. Naifah Duta Utama Tour & Travel is the highest is on Kemampun to provide services in accordance with the promised and can be on oralkan or reability. Abstract

Programs are all things that broadcast stations show to meet their Audience needs. One of the programs on television is talk show. The talk show program that the public is interested in is DR OZ Indonesia, which provides information about the world of health. This research is based on Stimulus-Response-Response theory. The message (Stimulus) in this research is the information delivered by the speakers in DR OZ Indonesia program, the communicant (organism) of the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Riau while the Response (Response) is the impressive DR OZ Indonesia show to the students watching behavior tips given by the resource person.The method used in this study is quantitative methods, data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The number of samples for this study as many as 96 respondents. Samples using Accidental Sampling.To know how big the influence of these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear analysis. For data processing questionnaire, done by using Program Statistic Product And Service Solution (SPSS) Windows version 19.The results of research on the influence of DR OZ Indonesia program with indicators (Hosts, Event Formats, Event Content, Frequency, Duration) to health knowledge (Know, Understanding 65, Application, Analysis, Evaluation) students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University obtained value regression coefficient in this study is Y = 21.791 + 0.606 X with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. This means that there is the influence of DR OZ Indonesia program to the health knowledge of students in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Riau University obtained by 18.6% and fall into the category of weak influence. The percentage indicates that DR OZ Indonesia program influences consumptive behavior thus H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.Keyword : programs, dr oz indonesia, health knowledge

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to know the service quality at Alpha Hotel Restaurant Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative methode. Quantitative research is a systematic scientific study of parts and phenomena and their relationship. In this case the quality of service is good determine the development of restaurants in addition to food and beverages as a product offered. Alpha Hotel Restaurant Pekanbaru is a restaurant that has a quality service that has not been in accordance with the expected so that caused a lot of complains from guests. Based on the results of research that has been done responses of respondents stated that of the five dimensions of service quality to get good results from every guest who visit and who stay, the more dominant dimensions is the tangible dimension.Keywords : Restaurant, Service Quality, Waiter.

Abstract

This research is dilatatar with high number of security and public order disturbances and the number of theft cases that occurred in Kecamatan Tampan 2014. With this background, this research aims to know the Camat's efforts in coordinating the implementation of tranquility and public order in Tampan Direction in 2014 and to know the factors that affect the less optimal role of the Camat in coordinating the effort of organizing peace and public order in Kecamatan Tampan of 2014. The type and method of research used is qualitative research. Location and time of research is done in Kecamatan Tampan in 2014. Technique of collecting data of this research that is by doing interview and documentation equipped with supporting data obtained from mass media. The interview was conducted with Camat Tampan, kasi Trantib, kasi pembangunan masyarakat Kelurahan and Kanit Binmas Polsek Tampan. The results of this study explain that the role of sub-district is less than optimal in the implementation of peace and public order is evidenced by the number of disturbances of security and the highest order in Kecamatan Tampan. While the Camat effort to coordinate the implementation of peace and public order is to conduct coordination meeting of katibmas, coordinate with Sub-District Government, Police sector Tampan, Satpol PP, religious leaders and distribute circular letter to the community, while the factors causing less optimal role of Camat in effort penyenggraan ketentraman and public order is the absence of work plan that leads to activities of peace and public order, the inactivity siskamling existing in Kecamatan Tampan and lack of public participation. Abstract

Implementing services is one form of implementation of local government authority, because in this case local governments have the authority and institutions to regulate it, including the authority associated with the budget. In this case, the Department of Transportation of Communications and Informatics Pekanbaru Municipality has the authority to provide the best service to every compulsory test vehicle operated in Pekanbaru City including Transportation City type Oplet.Any public transport carrying the transport of persons and / or goods shall have a license in the form of contract documents and or electronic cards consisting of a decree, statement letter, and a supervisory card. Transport City of oplet type in Pekanbaru City still far behind. Oplet in Pekanbaru City many of which are not feasible road but still operate. Lack of good service licensing system provided by the Department of Transportation Communications and Informatics Pekanbaru City became one of the reasons oplet owners are reluctant to take care of extension permit. The purpose of this study to determine the form of licensing services to public transportation type oplet implemented by the Department of Transportation Communications and Informatics Pekanbaru City.The concept of theory that researchers use is the Ministry. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. In data collection, researchers used interview techniques, documentation and observation.The results of the authors of the study is the licensing service of the city of oplet type transportation in Pekanbaru City has not run optimally and still there are unscrupulous people who utilize licensing services to get more money than the set fee.Keywords: Service, Licensing

Abstract

Police goes to school program is a socialization activity to schools driven by Satlantas Pekanbaru city to realize the attitude of discipline traffic on students. Increased traffic accident victims at a young age, Satlantas seeks to encourage students to care about traffic safety. Young age should be the next generation is very unfortunate if it must be a casualty accident. In fact, not infrequently we see reckless students become victims of accidents. Efforts are made is inseparable from the existence of persuasive communication activities so as to foster awareness for students to discipline in traffic. This study aims to determine the Selection of Communicators, Messages, Media, Target, and Persuasive Communication Techniques To Increase Traffic Awareness on Students in Pekanbaru City.This research uses qualitative descriptive method and persuasive communication model Applebaum & Anatol. The research informants consisted of ten people who were members of Dikyasa Satlantas unit Pekanbaru, teachers, and students using purposive and accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data models Miles and Huberman. To achieve data validity, researchers used extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that Unit dikyasa Satlantas Pekanbaru has credibility as a communicator that can provide motivation about the importance of traffic discipline to students in the city of Pekanbaru. Persuasive message unit Dikyasa Satlantas Pekanbaru namely verbal messages include clarity, assignment, and accuracy and nonverbal messages. Media used is offline media using props, both online media that is facebook, instagram, siaganews.co and print media that is banner and banner. Target activities include elementary, junior high school, high school. and persuasive communication techniques include reward techniques, the use of humor, communication styles, asking and listening.Keyword: Persuasive Communication, Police Goes to School Program, Communication Model of Applebaum and Anatol

Abstract

In the legislative elections that took place in Pekanbaru City in 2014-2019 period the Pekanbaru City House of Representatives held a new legislative election, in which elections were held in many electoral districts, one of them in the electoral district IV (Dapil IV) located in Marpoyan Damai sub-district and Bukit Raya, from the number of party factions participating in the legislative elections of the Golkar faction were the ones who got the most votes. Golkar faction get the most votes for 7 seats of member of Dpril which divided in Dapil I, Dapil II, Dapil III, Dapil IV, and Dapil V from each Dapil. Dapil IV is the first highest voice of Golkar faction, Drs. H. Tarmizi Muhammad and the third highest voice of the Golkar faction, Mr. H. Herwan Nasri, S.T.This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach, where data collected in the form of words, images and not the numbers. the selection of informants was done by purposive sampling technique by placing the people directly related to DPRD Member of Pekanbaru City Golkar Faction H. Herwan Nasri, S.T and Mr. Drs. H. Tarmizi Muhammad.Based on the results of field research that researchers do produce conclusions Political Communication member DPRD Pekanbaru Golkar Faction In the process of political communication in addition to closer to the community, convey political messages that will affect the audience with political messages delivered, convincing people with vision- mission that has been done before the political communication process. Abstract

Regional assets are all property owned by the region either in the form of tangible goods or intangible goods. Regional assets as one important element in the framework of government administration and service to the community. Regional assets are an important resource for local governments because the assets or regional goods are the economic potentials owned by the regions. Economic potential means the financial and economic benefits that can be obtained in the future, which can support the role and function of local government as a provider of public services to the community. To maintain the regional assets in the form of land owned by the government of Pelalawan District, it is necessary to conduct certification as a proper step to arrange the regional assets owned by the local government of the pelalawan district. Certification is useful so as not taken and snatched by society hence required good management and certification of area asset of land owned by local government of Pelalawan Regency.The purpose of this research is to know the management of local asset of land owned by local government of Pelalawan Regency Year 2015-2016 and to know the obstacle in management of area asset of land owned by local government of Pelalawan Regency Year 2015-2016.This research uses qualitative research. This research was conducted in Pelalawan Regency. Techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Interview, (2) Documentation.The conclusion of this research is (1) Management of Regional Assets on Land Owned by Local Government of Pelalawan Regency Year 2015-2016 done with 3 (three) management that is: First, Planning Needs Asset Area. Second, Record and Calculate assets/goods that become annual requirement of SKPD. Third, Registration of Plans of Needs and Maintenance of Regional Assets. (2) Obstacles in the Management of Regional Assets on Land Owned by Local Government of Pelalawan Regency. First, the lack of Human Resources (HR). Abstract

In order to overcome the garbage problem in Pekanbaru City, referring to Government Regulation No. 81/2012 on Household Waste Management and Garbage of Household Garbage, Minister of Environment Regulation No. 13/2012 on Guidelines for Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Implementation through Waste Bank, and Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 8 Year 2014 on Waste Management, Pekanbaru Municipal Government together with the community work together in implementing waste management in Pekanbaru City through the application of 3R method and the establishment of Bank Trash. However, the application of 3R method and the establishment of Waste Bank is still not effective in overcoming the garbage problem in Pekanbaru City. This is due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of the community to participate in waste management in Pekanbaru City through the Garbage Bank program. In this research, there are two problem formulation: "How is the waste management in Pekanbaru city through the garbage bank program of 2016 and what are the factors that hamper the waste management in Pekanbaru city through the garbage bank program of 2016". The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method, where in this research the researcher tried to explain about the waste management in Pekanbaru City through the Garbage Bank program in 2016. Then the data collection techniques in this study using interview, observation and documentation data and facts related to research problems. Further data obtained from the research location will be processed and analyzed further by way of describing the facts that have been found from the location of the study.From the results of interviews to informants and based on the data and information obtained by researchers when doing research, it can be concluded that Garbage Management in Pekanbaru City Through Waste Bank Program Year 2016 which can be classified into 4 (four) aspects of the discussion, the Regulation Legislation Related to Waste Management and Formation of Garbage Banks, Establishment of Garbage Banks, Waste Bank Formation Mechanisms, and Waste Bank Operations. Furthermore, the impediments to the implementation of the Garbage Bank in Pekanbaru City in 2016 are the lack of socialization related to the Waste Bank program, the lack of budget in supporting the Bank Trash program, the lack of technical training related to Garbage Bank, Inadequate Bank Garbage Facilities and Infrastructure, Bank Waste program.Keywords: Waste Management, Waste Bank Program, Pekanbaru City

Abstract

Facebook is one type of social media that is not only effective if used as one of the communication tool, but also effective if used as a media of online information providers either general information or special information. One of the users who use Facebook as a special media of online information is @erjemedia. An @erjemedia account is a facebook account that provides specific information about dakwah. The theory used in this research is the theory of the effectiveness of communication. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the effectiveness level of communication of facebook account @erjemedia in spreading the information of dakwah.This study uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques that is through the spread of questionnaires using google docs by online to followers @erjemedia account with the number of samples is 99 which is determined through random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this study indicate that the level of the Effectiveness of Communication of Facebook Account @erjemedia As a media that spread the information of dakwah classified as very effective. This is seen from the results of data processing based on six indicators, each indicator reaches 3.70 scale on the receiver indicator, scale of 3.74 on the content indicator, 3.71 scale on the channel of media indicator, 3.66 scale on the format indicator, 3.77 scale on the source code indicator, and 3.62 scale on the timing indicator. So the conclusion obtained by using the average formula of all indicators is 3.7 which is included in a very effective scale range. This shows that facebook account @erjemedia is a very effective media as a media to spread the information of dakwah.
