Abstract

This research was conducted in Bantan District of Bengkalis, covering five villages, Bantan Timur Village, Bantan Sari Village, Bantar Air Village, Bantan Tengah Village and Ulu Island Village. As for the problems to be investigated in this conflict, firstly, what are the factors causing community conflict with PT RRL in Bantan District ? Second, how is the community effort to reject PT RRL?This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were the people who were directly involved in the turmoil when PT RRL began to socialize and claim their land which has obtained permission from the Minister of Forestry. In addition, some stakeholders or agencies responsible for this conflict are also subject to research, in order to obtain data or documents that support the research. Among them, Camat Bantan, Plantation Service and Forestry Bengkalis, the Special Committee of Monitoring and Identification of Land and Plantation Land Disputes in Bengkalis Regency approved by the Chairman of DPRD Bengkalis.Techniques used in non probability with snowball method. That is, information is obtained in a chain from one resource to another interrelated resource. To collect data and verify the information obtained, also conducted observation, documentation and interviews face to face.From the results of the study it can be concluded that the factors causing community conflict with PT RRL is about land ownership. The community controlled the land long before the republic was established compared to PT RRL licensed in 1998. With this conflict the land owner community seeks to keep PT RRL from operating on the land they manage. The effort was made by forming a group which they called the bengkalis-bantan aliansi rejected PT RRL, urging the legislative members and the District Government of Bengkalis , in order to recommend the revocation of PT RRL.Keywords: Alliance, PT RRL, conflict, land

Abstract

The establishment of these places of business must have a disturbance permit (HO). It aims to provide protection to the entrepreneurs and the surrounding community, as an effort to prevent environmental pollution, conservation of natural resources and the environment as well as income of Original Regional Income. Pekanbaru Municipal Government has issued Local Regulation No. 8 of 2012 on the Distribution License Permit which one of its objects is the rubber factory of PT. Bangkinang which has been operating near the settlement community Jl. Taskurun Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Evaluation of Local Regulation No. 8 of 2012 on Retribution License Nuisance (case study of rubber factory of PT Bangkinang Year 2015) and what factors become the influence in Evaluation of Local Regulation. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem-solving process investigated by describing the state of the research subject based on the facts that appear during the study which then continued with based on the existing theories.Based on the results of research can be concluded that the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City No. 8 of 2012 About Distribution License Nuisance has accommodated the granting of licensing disruption to all existing businesses in Pekanbaru City is no exception rubber factory PT. Bangkinang who must have permission to interfere with previously conducted AMDAL research. Abstract

This research is conducted by Siak District Government which succeed especially in Mempura sub-district with existing programs so that it can reduce the number of poor people of Siak Regency and increase people’s welfare. According to the Regional Regulation of Siak Regency Year 2012 poverty is a socio-economic condition of a person or group of people who are not fulfilled their basic rights to maintain and develop a life of dignity. As for formulation of the problem in this research is what factors that become the driving force of the succees of the Siak Regency government in poverty reduction in sub-district Mempura in Siak Sri Indrapura.This research type using qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collected by the writer use interview and documentation technique. Data used is primary data obtained from informant research and then supported from various government institutions related to this research.Research shows that in tackling this poverty Siak Sri Indrapura Regecy Government has issued a policy related to poverty namely the Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 10 of 2012 on poverty reduction in Siak Regecy. Abstract

Researchers formulate the problem of research that is why there is no policy of Kampar regency government in empowering keramba farmers in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem-solving process investigated by describing the state of the research subject based on the facts that appear during the study which then continued with based on the existing theories. Based on the results of the research is known Empowerment of fishery business by the Regional Government of Kampar regency on fish farmers in Koto Panjang hydropower dam does not run as empowerment in other areas. It is seen that there is no assistance and programs that run and is destined for fish farmers in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir. Empowerment of fishery business is not maximally done by local government especially in fishery potential in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir, less maximal cost or budget for empowering fishery businessKeywords: Policy, Empowerment, Fish Farmers

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kelurahan Sail Tenayan Raya District. This study clims to know the prential care patterns in Kelurahan Sail Tenayan Raya District was eximined by qualitative descriptive analysis. In this study, the writer collected the data by direct interview technique in research location. The responden in this study amount 7 people, namely 5 the mother of the deaf children, a teacher and a doctor. The instruments used in this study are the questions as interview materials, photos and video recording too. The result of this study indicate that the parenting tendenas applied by parent to deaf children is permissive, which provide loose supervision to the children to something without adequate supervision from their parents. The parenting implemented through family function. The deafness which is happened by children make the parents difficullty for keeping even communicating with the deaf children. The deaf children use sign language and action as a communication between parent and other peolple around them. The role of teachers in the school is that continue to educate children, shaping the character, the child personality and improve the language or intellectual ability of the child. The role of doctors is very important in the people handlig with hearing impairment including children who are deafned. Doctors play a role in dealing with deaf children.Key words : Parenting, Parents, Deafness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job stress and job statistification towards employee’s preformance (case study Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu). Job stress as variable X1, job statistification as variable X2 and employee’s preformance as variable Y.The research method in this research is quantitative method with SPSS programme, which the sample is the medic employee as much as 47 respondents. The sample in this research is 47 employees of Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu Which is all of the population. The data is collected through the questionnaires.The results of this research concludes that the variable of job stress is significantly influential to employees perfoormance and the job statification is significantly influential to the employee’s performance, and job stree and job stratification are simultaneously influenctial to the employee’s performance.Keywords: job stress, job statistification, employee’s performance

Abstract

Tradition jalang menjalang ninik mamak kemenakan is a hereditary tradition that every nephew's grandchildren in the village of Ngaso together visiting ninik mamak, sorak, government in a place that has been arranged in such a way and there is a series of communicative events in carrying out tradition jalang menjalang. Tradition jalang menjalang ninik mamak kemenakan held as a mark of respect or uphold ninik mamak bye grandchildren's niece and keep the relationship between the ropes ninik mamak kemenakan located in Ngaso Village. The purpose of this study is to know the communicative situation, communicative events, and communicative acts in the tradition jalang menjalang ninik mamak kemenakan in Ngaso Village.The method used in this research is qualitative method with ethnographic approach of communication. Infoman in this research is tribal parents, ninik mamak, and niece. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation.Based on the results of the research, the communicative situation of the traditional event jalang menjalang ninik mamak in outdoors that is a multipurpose field Ngaso Village and the present ninik mamak, tribal parents, cheers, government figures and children's grandchildren nephew. Communicative events jalang menjalang ninik mamak Includes Type of event is a type of greeting, traditional music, silek, tombok adat, prayers and eat together. Topics in the form of tribute and hospitality. Objectives and Functions for the sign of respect or uphold mamak, hospitality, and introduce the customs of Ngaso Village to the grandchild's grandchild. Participants namely ninik mamak, tribal parents, cheers, government figures and all the children's grandchildren every tribal nephew. Verbal and non-verbal Messaging. The contents of the message in the form of custom tombok give advice by ninik mamak to the children and grandchildren nephew and prayers. The sequence of action that is pot hammer, playing instrument calempong at night, picking compan jinni by dubalang, welcoming jinni kompek with silek, and process goes tradisi jalang menjalang mamak. nteraction rules are available when welcoming, welcoming jinny and at the time of the event menjalang ninik mamak. Norms there are norms of civility, mutual respect, religious and customary values. Abstract

The traditional game is a kind of game that has been there and continues to be implemented by a next generation of descendants. In the village of Pasir Pandak Kecamtan Kepenuhan Rokan Regency there are jens types of traditional games played by the community of Pasir Pandak Village that is game Gasing, Patok Lele, Kelereng, Bamboo Bamboo or also called Dondobang in this research want to find out about the type of Traditional Games in Pasir Pundak Village. This research is qualitative where the technique of determining Research Subject is Purposive. Abstract

The purpose of research are ;1) to know how political coalition make good relationship among the other parties on regency election in kuantan singingi regency 2015. 2) to know wh the coalition parties getting lost in regency election in Kuatan Singingi 2015This research has conducted in kuantan singingi regency as long away 6 months. The method of the research was doing by qualitative. The data was using primer and secondary data. Primer data form have shape of interview and research location. While, Secondary data form are docmentation and publication. The research showed;1) that first one purpose of the esearch has discribed that coalition of Indra putra- komperensi partner had been made no good relationship between individu and parties . 2) the second of purpose this research are that quick count electric showed that Mursini – Halim partner has been hight score of other partner ( Indra Putra- Komperensi and Mardjan Ustha- Muslim). Quarrel of superiority of Mursini- Halim on Indra Putra quite slight is 389 voted.Keywords: Coalition, Election, politic Parties

Abstract

This study trying to uncover the motivation student work. The phenomenon of students who college while working nothing new among students. The phenomenon of students who college while working on the found in the Campus FISIP Riau University in Pekanbaru City. A variety of reasons background students who college, work is a factor economic, a time, and want to be independent. Based on the phenomenon on, then the formulation of the problem ia about the reason student work, allocation time between the college and work, and family background student work. The theory in use this study is the theory Need For Achievement to David McClelland and theory Motivation to Maslow. The research in use is Snowball Sampling, then the number of the subject there are 8 subject students FISIP. The results of research suggest is motivation to work that a student is a factor economic, a time, and want to be independent to improve the quality of what to do subject, also to plan what would in do after it, that inisiation career could continue in develop and recognize the potential away from each of the subject.Keywords : Motivation, College, Work
