Abstract

Writer do the research entitling "level live the farmworker of coconut sawit in countryside libo jaya of subdistrict of kandis of regency siak" This Research aim to to analyse: (1) level live the farmworker of kelapa sawit,(2) social relation of farmworker with the farmer of farm owner, (3) adaptation strategy which in conducting farmworker at a period of difficult. Research planning in countryside Libo jaya of Subdistrict of Kandis of Regency Siak mostly its society work as farmworker of coconut sawit with the farmworker amount increasing every year. Sum the responder at this research as much 72 responder. Method using in this research is descriptive quantitative. Result of research indicate that: (1) Level live the farmworker of coconut sawit in Countryside Libo jaya of Subdistrict of Kandis of Regency Siak be at the prosperity storey level that is secure and prosperous family of 1, where besides them able to fulfill the its base requirement, They also start to pay attention to the its childs education and economically own the equipments terknologi personally like tv, motorbike and others. (2) social relation farmworker of coconut sawit with the farmer of farm owner have been intertwined by pattern of job relation which is requiring each other and is profiting each other that is structural co-operative relation. ( 3) adaptation strategy done by farmworker of a period of difficult is active strategy, that is exploiting of house composition and all labour wife which follow to work. Besides active strategy, network strategy is also done by farmworker. Because them of a more regular borrow to owner farmer of at a period of difficult.Keyword: Prosperity, Social Relation, Adaptation Strategy

Abstract

Video Blog (vlog) President Joko Widodo in Youtube channel President Joko Widodo is one of Vlog which is quite famous in cyberspace. In Vlog President Joko Widodo there are some videos that are quite phenomenal among the people and one of them is Vlog #Jokowi Answer Episode 1. In the video, President Jokowi provides an opportunity for teenagers to record questions in various themes that will be answered directly by President Jokowi on video the. This study aims to determine the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myths and how the representation of the image of the head of the State displayed on the video. This research method using qualitative method with Roland Barthes semiotics analysis approach which consist of denotation mean, connotation meaning, and semiotics myth used to know the meaning of word and interaction. Technique Data collecting used is documentation study, observation study, literature study, data searching done online. The object to be analyzed is a blog video titled #JokowiMawab Episode 1. The results showed that there are three meanings according to Roland Barthes semiotics. The meaning of denotation is a literal meaning of dialogue, expression, and direct answer out of the mouth of President Joko Widodo. The meaning of connotation is the hidden messages about President Jokowi's love of rock and metal, his views on politics, the creative industry in Indonesia, and his views on Indonesian youth. While the myth contained obtained through ideas and understanding of teenagers around President Jokowi. The cira representation shown is President Jokowi as a positive person. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of advertising (advertising messages, advertising copy, advertising design, advertising model, color and music advertising) and brand image (brand association superiority, brand association strength and uniqueness of brand association) to consumer buying interest , favorite, choice, confidence and purchase) Honda brand products at dealers CV. Cempaka Motor in Sijunjung District. The population in this study were consumers who bought Honda brand motorcycles at dealers CV. Cempaka Motor in Sijunjung District. Sampling in this research that is amounted 93 sample using slovin formula. The data collection of this research is primary data with dissemination of research instrument and secondary data in the form of company archives, data analysis in this research using multiple regression, partial test (t test), test of determination (r test) and simultaneous test (f test) with SPSS program help . The results showed that the variables of advertising and brand image partially (t test) significantly influence consumer buying interest in Honda brand products on the CV. Cempaka Motor in Sijunjung District. Results simultaneously (f test) showed a significant influence of advertising variables and brand image on consumer buying interest in Honda brand products on CV. Abstract

Pekanbaru Jual Beli Online or PJBO is an online group that used grou feature in social media Facebook. PJBO group page used as a place where Pekanbaru people commit online transaction in selling or buying various things and services. And over timethis group start to applying commercial function in a program named ‘member tersurvey’. ‘Member tersurvey’ program is a transaction securities guarantee from admin for the members if they pay administration cost as much as Rp 10.000,00 (ten thousand rupias) per-month. For appealing member to join this program, PJBO admin used persuasive communication strategy . This study aim to know the persuasive communication strategy that used by PJBO admin to appeal member tersurvey in Pekanbaru.The methods in this studi is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data technique with using interview, observation and documentation. This study subjects are the PJBO admins and tersurvey members. This study objects is PJBO facebook group, and documentation usede archieves and literatures that relate to this study. The results of this study indicate that the psychodynamic persuasive communication strategy used by the admin utilizes post columns in PJBO group, sociocultural strategy by utilizing the encouragement of the large number of registered traders in the survey program, and the meaning construction strategy is done by using testimony from registered traders.. Principes that used is selective exposure, and inoculation princip. Techniques that used is putting it ‘up to you’ technique, simulated disinterest technique, bandwagon technique and reassurance technique.Keywords: Strategy, Persuasive Communication, PJBO

Abstract

This research was conducted at Rafa Laundry Klindocare Duri. This business is engaged in cloth washing services. The purpose of this research is to formulate competitive strategy formulation at Rafa Laundry Klindocare. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach, where in this research do not use population and sample only use key informant to get information needed. The data used are primary and secondary data. From the analysis results can be seen that there are several alternative strategies that can be used as a tool to win the competition on Rafa Laundry industry. Abstract

Regency Kuantan District Singingi is located in Riau Province, Regency Kuantan Singingi rich in natural resources one of which is gold, to make panning for gold grains in this region as one of the people's livelihood to meet the needs of their daily lives.Works as a gold prospector with an income that barely is hard to imagine with such conditions how they can afford welfare of the family, educate their children, and live with the necessities of life are now all hyper-expensive, the theory used is edi sunarto, about survival strategies, and research methods used are a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews.The results showed that there are three strategies used to survive a gold prospector, namely: strategy of active, passive strategy and network strategy. Active strategy carried a gold prospector is to find another job, the family members to come to work and optimize available resources. Passive strategy carried a gold prospector that is by adopting a frugal life. Abstract

This Study entitled “Governmental In Development In New Mentawak Black Water District Sarolangun Jambi Province Years 2014-2015”. Govermental organizations in the form of mutual assistance society provide either labor or donations are very influential in the development process in the village of New Mentawak. However, the non-govermental level is only running in 2014, with a self-made one of the pillars of development in the New Mentawak Village. In 2015, the non-governmental level decreases, it is because after their village funds obtained by New Mentawak Village. Problems found in this study is a non-governmental tends to decrease, due to community empowerment by the village government is also not optimal. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were interviews and secondary data analysis. While the source of the data used are primary data obtained from the study site in the form of research informants and further supported by secondary data. Based on the results of research conducted there are some findings that the villagers of the New Mentawak the process of self-help to development in the village of New Mentawak in 2014. However, the self-help level declined in 2015 due to the reliance by the Village Fund granted by the central government. Abstract

Utilization of leisure time for urban youth is urgently needed because theres a lot of activities carried out during normal day to force a teenager to get a day where they can take advantage of free time with activities favored. Teenagers of today can do something positive with a high sense of curiosity and desires can change their mind to be creative. Car-free day is a container teens to use their spare time with groups / friends. Car free day to do in this study is located at Jl. Diponegoro city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of adolescents who like what to spend their weekends in the car free day and wanted to know what activities are teens doing in the car free day. The method used in this research is qualitative method. In the authors use the data collection method accidental sampling. Observation comes with a photo camera. The interview was used in-depth interviews and on interview that has been prepared in advance. Supplies used at the time of the interview is a written record and voice recorder. Analysis of the data used in this research is the analysis of qualitative data. The results showed that the car-free day is a lifestyle for young people in the city of Pekanbaru. By participating in the activities of car free day teens can gather together a group / community and do something fun for theirself and get the satisfaction that can eliminate stress and burden of mind while at school or in college. When assembled with peers and alike hobby can frolic or sharing is concerned with the hobby and find a new friends, for urban youth it is powerful for refreshing.Keywords: Car free day, adolescents, lifestyle, the use of leisure time.

Abstract

The role of the Riau Provincial Youth and Sport Office is to step up the sport gradually through various sports activities management, one of which establishes the Center for Education and Training of Student Sports (PPLP) as a forum for the education and coaching of talented student athletes which is a manifestation of the system of manifestation of the mandate of Law Number 3 In 2005 about the National Sport System in creating the seeds of prestigious sporting achievements. Each year there is a national championship between PPLP, this activity is part of a tiered and sustainable nationwide sports competition system. Each year there is a national championship between PPLP, this activity is part of a tiered and sustainable nationwide sports competition system. The purpose of the national championship between PPLP is as the peak coaching of sports achievement of learners and evaluation of various forms of PPLP coaching.The method used in this study was conducted by qualitative approach with descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, interview, documentation study related to research objectives. Instrument in this study refers to the theory that Mulyasa (2002) explained that in an organization can not be separated from the roles and managerial aspects that are closely related to the role that is implemented, namely planning, coordinating, processing information for decision making, and evaluation.The results showed that Riau Dispora's role in supporting, facilitating and managing went well. However, the role of Dispora of Riau Province in coordinating the regional unit (athletic branch / Dispora of the city / regency) in Riau Province, athletic club, in order to identify local athletes to find new seeds from the talent that has been owned is still very minimal, most selected athletes originated Or center of selection and coaching athletes focused on students in the city of Pekanbaru. Constraints or factors that inhibit the role of Riau Province Dispora, among others; The limited ability of the local government to fund sports, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, such as health facilities and physical exercise support equipment, and the lack of roles of the regional branch athletics branch or Dispora Regency / City in Riau Province.Keywords: Role, Sports Exercise, Coaching, Athlet.

Abstract

Wages are one of the most sensitive aspects of employment. Different stakeholders see wages from different sides. Workers see wages as a source of income to meet the needs of the workers / laborers and their families. Psychologically wages can also create satisfaction for workers. On the other hand, employers see wages as one of production costs. The government sees wages, on the one hand, to ensure the fulfillment of a decent life for workers and their families, increases labor productivity, and increases people's purchasing power.The concept of theory used in this study is the management according to Prajudi Atmosudirjo which explains that in analyzing the implementation, we can see 4 (four) functions in the management of Planning, Organizing, Direction, Supervision. This study aims to find out about how the management of Minimum Wages Pekanbaru City Year 2016. This study uses qualitative research methods and data assessment descriptively. In this data collection using the technique Interview, Observation, and Documentation, using the informant as a source of information.The results showed that the management of Minimum Wages implementation Pekanbaru City in 2016 has not been able to run optimally and maximally. Planning undertaken by the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Riau Province concerning Wages for Workers that employers should not pay wages under the Minimum Wage provisions of the City. But in the implementation of the plan itself is still a company in Pekanbaru City that does not pay the wage of workers / laborers in accordance with the City Minimum Wage has been set. This causes the non-fulfillment of decent living needs, should the workers' income be able to meet physical, non-physical and social needs, which include food, beverages, clothing, housing, education, health, old age pensions, and recreation. Companies in Pekanbaru City should pay wages in accordance with City Minimum Wages in order to meet the needs of workers / laborers in order to increase the Human Resources of workers / laborers.
