Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the Perceived Price and Perceived Easeof Transactions on the Purchase Decision of Fashion Products and ConsumerSatisfaction at Shopee Aplication. This research was conducted on all activeundergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University ofRiau who use the Shopee market place in shopping for unknown fashion products.This research consists of four variables : Purchase Decision (Y1), ConsumerSatisfaction (Y2), Perception of Transaction Ease (X2), and Perception of Price(X1). This research was conducted using a sample of 130 respondents. This studyuses a purposive sampling method, namely the determination of the sample basedon respondents who have certain criteria. Meanwhile, in terms of data analysis,this study uses the Path Analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Packageof Social Science) version 25. Based on the hypothesis test carried out, the resultsshow that Perception of Transaction Ease has a Positive and Significant Effect onPurchase Decisions, Price Perception has a Positive Effect and Significant toConsumer Satisfaction through Purchase Decisions, Perception of Ease ofTransactions has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction throughPurchase Decisions, Purchase Decisions have a positive and significant effect onConsumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Perception of Price, Perception of Transaction Ease, PurchaseDecision, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of preventive maintenance andcorrective maintenance on reliability maintenance on CPO processing machinesat PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. This research was conducted in Lubuk DalamDistrict, Siak Regency. The sampling method used is the saturated sampletechnique, where the respondents are 84 people who are divided into maintenanceand production sections. The data analysis method used in this study is multiplelinear regression analysis and uses the SPSS version 25.0 application. The resultsof this study indicate that preventive maintenance has an effect on reliabilitymaintenance at PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam and corrective maintenance has aneffect on reliability maintenance at PKS PTPN V Lubuk Dalam. From the resultsof the research conducted, the simultaneous regression test showed that thevariable preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance had a significanteffect on reliability maintenance on the CPO processing machine of PKS PTPN VLubuk Dalam. Keywords: Maintenance, Preventive, Corrective, Reliability

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Leverage on Financial Distress in Manufacturing companies (Studies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The population in this study amounted to 59 companies. While the number of research samples amounted to 25 companies. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24.0. The results of the research show (1) liquidity has no effect on financial distress; (2) Profitability has a negative effect on financial distress; (3) Leverage has a positive effect on financial distress; and (4) Liquidity, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on financial distress.Keyword: Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage, Financial Distress

Abstract

This research was conducted at Permata Hati Hospital Duri which is located onJenderal Sudirman Street No. 37, Duri City, Riau. The purpose of this research isto find out how the effect of work family conflict, quality of work life and workstress on the performance of female nurses at the Permata Hati Hospital Duri.The population in this research were married female nurses, totaling 60 people.The sampling technique chosen was saturated sampling or census so that theentire population was sample. Data processing was carried out using the SEMmethod with the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results of this study indicatethat: 1) Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on theperformance of female nurses at Permata Hati Duri Hospital, 2) Quality of worklife has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female nurses atPermata Hati Duri Hospital, 3) Work stress has a negative and significant effecton the performance of female nurses at Permata Hati Duri hospital. Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Quality of Work Life, Work Stress, NursesPerformance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality management practices on businessperformance and business competitive advantage as a mediating variable in theboba beverage business in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were bobabeverage businesses in Pekanbaru City, totaling 83. The sampling technique usedthe Slovin formula so that the number of research samples was 69. The hypothesistesting in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. Theresults of the study show that 1) Total quality management practices has a positiveand significant effect on competitive advantage in the Boba Beverage Business inPekanbaru City. 2) Total quality management practices has a positive andsignificant effect on business performance at the Boba Beverage Business inPekanbaru City. 3) Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect onbusiness performance in the Boba Beverage Business in Pekanbaru City. 4)Competitive advantage mediates the relationship between total qualitymanagement practices and business performance in the Boba Beverage Business inPekanbaru City. Keywords : Total Quality Management Practice, Business Performance,Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of School Image and Quality Of EducationServices through Parents Behavior on the Choosing Decision the Imam Syafii 2Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekanbaru City. The population in thisstudy includes the Parents who send their children to SMP IT Imam Syafii 2Pekanbaru City, where the total number of students is 219, so the researchrespondents in this case are the Parents totaling 219. Determination of the sampleis done using probability sampling method. In this study, the sample studied useda questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, for hypothesistesting in this study using the path analysis method (path analysis) and processedusing SPSS Statistics 18 software. The results of the study show that: 1) there is asignificant effect of School Image on Behavior, 2) there is a significant influenceon the Quality Of Education Services on Behavior, 3) there is a significantinfluence on School Image on Choosing Decisions, 4) there is a significantinfluence on the Quality Of Education Services on the Choosing Decisions, 5)there is a significant influence of Behavior on the Choosing Decisions, 6) there isa significant influence of School Image on the Choosing Decisions throughBehavior, and 7) there is a significant influence on the Quality of EducationalServices on the Choosing Decisions through Behavior.Keywords : School Image, Quality of Educational Services, Behavior, ChoosingDecision.

Abstract

A decision is a selection of two or more alternative choices. In other words, aconsumer must have a choice between making a purchase or not making apurchase. This study aims to see the effect of school promotion and educationservices through the behavior of student guardians on the decision to choose theAbdurrab Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. Thisresearch was conducted using primary data collected from respondents throughquestionnaires, while the respondents consisted of 152 parents of students atAbdurrab Integrated Islamic Middle School Pekanbaru City who met the criteria.Then a hypothesis test was carried out using path analysis with the help of SPSSVersion 25.0. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information search, Perceived risk ontrust and purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Bukalapak in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation of this study is the Bukalapak site in Pekanbaru. Data collection wascarried out using a questionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique anda sample of 100 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial distress and financialperformance on earnings management with good corporate governance as a moderatingvariable. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2020. The population used weremanufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020, whichwere 144 companies. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling so thatthe sample amounted to 25 companies. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Theresults of the study explain that financial distress and good corporate governance haveno significant effect, while return on assets has a significant effect on earningsmanagement. Meanwhile, good corporate governance is able to moderate financialdistress and return on assets on earnings management. Keywords: Financial Distress, Return On Assets, Good Corporate Governance andEarnings Management

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the optimal quantityof soybean raw material purchases at Karya Mandiri factory, the frequency ofpurchasing raw materials, the amount of safety stock, determining the reorderpoint and the total cost of the soybean raw material inventory. using theEconomic Order Quantity method. The object of this research is the KaryaMandiri factory in Pekanbaru City. Sources of data obtained by interviewobservation and documentation. This type of research used by the author isdescriptive research using a quantitative approach. The results of the analysisshow that if the factory applies the Economic Order Quantity method in 2022 forthe optimal purchase of soybean raw materials, the difference in savings in thetotal cost of raw materials for soybean 2022 is IDR 354,281. Based on the resultsthat have been analyzed using the Economic Order Quantity method, the factoryshould use this method in determining optimal raw material purchases so that theKarya Mandiri factory can minimize the total inventory costs incurred for thecoming period. Keywords: Economic Order Quantity Method, Raw material inventory
