Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety (K3), workenvironment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Nagamas Agro MuliaTalikumain Kab. Rokan Hulu. The population in this study includes all employees at PT.Nagamas Agro Mulia Talikumain Kab. Rokan Hulu, totaling 86 people.Primary datawere collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, totest the hypothesis in this study using multiple analysis methods and path analysis withthe help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is thesaturated sampling technique by conducting a census. The results showed that: 1)occupational health and safety had a significant effect on employee performance, 2) workenvironment had a significant effect on employee performance, 3) occupational healthand safety had a significant effect on work motivation, 4) work environment had asignificant effect on motivation, 5) work motivation has a significant effect on employeeperformance, 6) work motivation does not mediate the effect of occupational health andsafety on employee performance, 7) work motivation does not mediate the influence of thework environment on employee performance. Keywords : Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Work Environment, Work Motivation,Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline onemployee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Unit Terantam. Thepopulation in this study were all employees at PTPN V PKS Terantam Unit,amounting to 100 people. The sampling method in this study was purposivesampling technique, namely by selecting respondents. According to Sugiyono(2018:138) purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certainconsiderations. The sample in this study was 50 employees who worked at PTPNV PKS Terantam Unit. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this studyusing the instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regressionanalysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS program. The samplingtechnique that has been selected is simple random sampling technique. The resultsof the study show that: 1) Training partially has a significant effect on employeeperformance. 2) Work discipline partially has effect but not significant onemployee performance. So it is necessary to have work discipline to have apositive influence on employee performance. This shows that the better theapplication of work discipline, the better the employee's performance will be. 3)Training and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employeeperformance Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the use of Advertising and ElectronicWord of Mouth in Tiktok application through Brand Image on PurchasingDecisions for Scarlett Whitening skincare products in Pekanbaru City. Thepopulation in this study are consumers of Scarlett Whitening skincare products inPekanbaru City who use Tiktok. The sample in this study amounted to 100samples using the purposive sampling method. Primary data was collected byquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test thehypothesis in this study is using path analysis with SPSS version 25.0. Abstract

This research is based on the dangers of stunting, and the stunting condition that is still high in Kampar Regency, especially in Tapung District in 2021. Stunting certainly affects the growth and development of a child. Based on these problems, this study aims to 1) analyze the effect of income level on the incidence of stunting in Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2021. 2) The influence of parental education level on stunting incidence in Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2021. In this study the author uses quantitative research approach methods. The number of samples used in this study were 55 parents of toddlers who experienced stunting in Indra Sakti Village, Tapung District. Data analysis technique is to use multiple regression model. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that: 1) Education has no significant effect on the incidence of stunting in Indrasakti Village, Tapung District. 2) Income level has a positive and significant influence on the incidence of stunting in Indrasakti Village, Tapung District. Based on the results of the study, several recommendations can be given, namely as follows: 1) The community must be wiser in providing nutritional intake to children, 2) To the government, in order to carry out the stunting eradication program to the maximum, Keywords: Education, Income Level, Stunting.

Abstract

Workload according to Meshkati in Astianto and Suprihhadi (2014) can be defined as a difference between the capacity or ability of workers and the demands of the work that must be faced. Given that human work is mental and physical, each has a different level of loading. A loading level that is too high allows excessive energy use and overstress occurs, whereas a loading intensity that is too low allows boredom or under stress. This study aims to measure the level of physical and mental workload at PT. Natraco Spices Indonesia helps HRD make decisions regarding the division of labor and rotation of workers so that it can help companies increase productivity while improving work patterns. The research population this time was all production floor workers at PT. Natraco Spices Indonesia, totaling 73 people. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and field observations for approximately 1 month and interviewing several workers and the HRD responsible at the location. The results showed that: (1) The level of physical workload of workers on the production floor was at medium level and above it is become a concern to make rotating workers or adding tools to assist the production process, (2) The level of mental workload on production floor workers at PT. Natraco Spices Indonesia was at medium level and above, this is very worrying because if it is not addressed further it can disrupt productivity so that it disrupts the entire production process. Keywords: mental workload, physical workload, NASA-TLX, level of caloric needs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Profitability and Leverage on Tax Avoidance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosures as Moderating Variables in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method. This study uses a sample of 24 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The results showed that profitability had an effect on Tax Avoidance. Leverage has an effect on Tax Avoidance. Corporate Social Responsibility can moderate the effect of profitability on Tax Avoidance. And Corporate Social Responsibility can moderate Leverage on Tax Avoidance. Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Tax Avoidance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
