Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that the athlete has a physical condition  that is less than optimal or still needs improvement in several aspects of physical condition  because in approximately five matches and during sparring he always loses the game, and the  researcher sees that there are deficiencies or weaknesses in the athlete, namely; when the ball  serve does not go over the net or does not enter the opponent's area, secondly when smashing is  not good due to the blow being not strong enough and the ball often gets caught in the net,  thirdly the athlete's passing is often uncontrolled, fourthly the block, when making the block the  jump does not reach and finally the athlete is less nimble or less agile when receiving the ball is  difficult. Therefore, athletes need physical conditioning training to train muscle strength, speed,  agility, flexibility and explosive power. The aim of this researcher is to determine the Physical  Condition Profile of the Men's Volleyball Beginner Team at MTs Roudlotul Ulum Bono Tapung.  This research method is quantitative research with a descriptive approach, namely collecting  data to obtain information related to phenomena. The population in this research was 13  students at MTs Roudlotul Ulum Bono Tapung. The instruments used in this research are  observation, tests and measurements. The data analysis technique uses the t test, to determine  the results of the physical condition profile after treatment or training is given. Based on the  results of research on the physical condition of MTs Roudlotul Ulum beginner volleyball  athletes, it can be concluded that the "very high" category was 7.69% as many as 1 athlete, the  "high" category was 23.08% as many as 3 athletes, the "medium" category was 38.46% as  many as 5 athletes, the "low" category was 30.77% as many as 4 athletes, the "very low"  category was 0% as many as 0 athletes. Thus, it can be concluded based on the categories that  the physical condition profile of the men's beginner volleyball team at MTs Roudlotul Ulum  Bono Tapung is in the "medium" category. Key Words: Profile, physical condition, volleyball.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness survey through the Indonesian student fitness test on class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kuok. The average score of the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) of 1.55 in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kuok places them in the Poor category, which objectively reflects the inability of the majority of students to meet basic physical demands such as cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and agility. The range of values 1–1.9 in the TKPN norm indicates that 76.92% of students (19.23% Very Poor and 57.69% Poor) have a fitness capacity below the national average for their age group. This has implications for short-term health risks, such as fatigue during distance learning or extracurricular activities, as well as decreased quality of life due to limitations in optimal participation in the social environment. Furthermore, the Sit Up scores (18.38) and Pacer Test (18.92) which are in the Very Low category indicate weak core muscle endurance and cardiorespiratory system, which are important foundations for physical growth and cognitive development of adolescents. Without intervention, this condition has the potential to worsen learning motivation and increase the risk of degenerative diseases in adulthood.Keywords: Physical fitness survey, student fitness test

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the learning motivation of students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, UNRI in Following Online Lectures of MBKM Entrepreneurship (Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka). This study uses a quantitative approach that is descriptive in nature. The place of this research was conducted at the FKIP Campus, Universitas Riau, Jl. Binawidya District. Tampan, Pekanbaru, Riau. It was carried out on July 27, 2024 to September 29, 2024 starting from the questionnaire trial to the research. The research instrument used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire, the researcher conducted a statistical analysis technique calculating the percentage. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions obtained in this study are: The Learning Motivation of Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Unri in Following Online Lectures of MBKM Entrepreneurship is included in the range of 50.01 - 75% or in the Good category with a percentage of 72.27%. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Online Lectures

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the author in conducting this research is to determine the Perception of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers on Physical Education and Sports Learning in the Independent Curriculum. This research is classified as descriptive research. This design is carried out through several procedures to determine the population, sample, create a questionnaire and distribute it to teachers and students. Then the data that has been obtained is processed using descriptive techniques. The research was conducted at Bunut District School from January 2025 to March 2025. Based on the results of the research and discussion regarding the perceptions of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) teachers on PJOK learning in the Independent Curriculum in Bunut District, it can be concluded that PJOK teachers generally have a positive perception of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PJOK learning. They realize the importance of curriculum flexibility in providing space for creativity and innovation in the teaching and learning process. Even so, the main challenge faced is the limited facilities and infrastructure that affect the effectiveness of the implementation of PJOK learning. Learning indicators, such as learning models, teacher competencies, and school environments, show good results, but there is a need for infrastructure improvement, teacher competency development, and further understanding of the Independent Curriculum so that its implementation can be more optimal. Overall, teachers' perceptions of the Independent Curriculum in PJOK learning are in the very good category, with an average achievement of 82.50%. Keywords: Teacher Perception, Independent Curriculum

Abstract

Abstract: The issue addressed in this study is that some referees in the Indragiri Hulu Regency Football Association still experience doubts due to fear of failure in officiating matches, fear of declining performance quality, fear of injury or other incidents, and concerns about physical condition affecting their ability to complete their duties. Additionally, referees reported experiencing anxiety during football matches due to fear of physical or non-physical aggression from spectators and players. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety experienced by referees while officiating football matches in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research employed a descriptive method. The population in this study consisted of all licensed C1, C2, and C3 football referees in Indragiri Hulu Regency, totaling 21 individuals. The sampling technique used was total sampling, resulting in 21 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative analysis in the form of percentage values. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the overall level of referee anxiety while officiating football matches in Indragiri Hulu Regency falls into the very low category, with an average percentage of 54.78%, which is below the 55% threshold. Keywords: Referee anxiety level, football

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of anxiety of class VII students of SMPN 47 Pekanbaru in participating in PJOK learning, especially the material of backward roll floor gymnastics. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the main instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire and supported by interviews and documentation. The subjects of the study were all 31 students of class VII.1 of SMPN 47 Pekanbaru. The results showed that most students experienced anxiety in the moderate category (74.2%), low category (25.8%), and no students experienced anxiety in the high category. In terms of causative factors, psychological factors (such as fear of failure, lack of self-confidence, anxiety) are more dominant than physiological factors (such as heart palpitations or sweaty hands). Specifically, 90.3% of students experienced physiological anxiety in the low category, while 80.6% of students experienced psychological anxiety in the moderate category. This study concludes that the level of anxiety of students in participating in PJOK learning of backward roll floor gymnastics is still within reasonable limits, but still requires attention, especially in creating safe, enjoyable and emotionally supportive learning. Keywords: Anxiety Level, Backward roll floor gymnastics

Abstract

Abstrac: This study aims to describe students’ cognitive learning outcomes after the implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy assisted by Truth or Dare card media, as well as to identify differences in cognitive learning outcomes between the class using the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy assisted by Truth or Dare cards and the class that continued to use conventional methods. The research was conducted at MTsN 2 Kuantan Singingi from April to September 2025. The method employed was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent posttest-only control group design. The data were obtained from the posttest results of both classes. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the average cognitive learning score of the experimental class was 74.4, categorized as good, while the control class achieved an average score of 63.4, categorized as fair. Inferential analysis using a t-test produced a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy assisted by Truth or Dare card media is proven to be effective in improving students’ cognitive learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Smash Drill Training on Volleyball Smash Skills in the Men's Football Team of SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study is an experimental research type. It was carried out on the Volleyball field of SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru on Jalan St. Syarif, Rintis, Lima Puluh Kota District, Pekanbaru, on Tuesday, May 28, 2025, to July 29, 2025. The data collection method in this study was carried out two tests, namely the initial test (pre test) before performing the attack/smash stroke and the final test (post-test), after performing the attack/smash stroke practice for 16 meetings three times a week. The sample consisted of 12 people. Based on the t-test analysis, it produces a t-count of 5.333 and a T-table of 1.363. This means that t-count>t-table. And based on statistical data analysis, there is a pre-test average of 22.08 and a post-test average of 46.42. Based on the t-test after calculating the basis, there is a difference in numbers that increase or increase by 24.34. It can be concluded that the athlete's ability is influenced by the Smash Drill Training needed to support the frequency when doing training in improving Smash skills. Based on the findings and data processing above, it can be concluded as follows: There is a significant influence of smash drill exercises (x) on smash skills in the men's volleyball team of SMPN 1 Pekanbaru. Based on the researcher's view of Smash Drill Training, it can reap maximum results because of the habits carried out by each individual athlete. Key Words: Smash Drill Practice, Smash Skills
