Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pengolah hasil tes fisik seluruh cabang olahraga berbasis digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan level 3. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisoner. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mendapatkan penilaian yang positif dari pelatih dengan kriteria penilaian sangat baik, baik dan cukup. Persentase rata-rata penilaian sangat baik sebanyak 16.6 %, baik sebanyak 67.96 % dan cukup sebanyak 1.43 %. Lebih lanjut, penilaian secara deskriptif oleh responden menunjukkan bahwa sistem dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi dan dengan revisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan valid dan dapat digunakan untuk mengolah hasil tes fisik seluruh cabang olahraga pada uji coba terbatas.

Abstract

Abstrak Istilah "Indeks Kelelahan" mengacu pada tingkat penurunan output daya atlet selama aktivitas intensitas tinggi, yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang kapasitas anaerobik atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih baik kinerja fisik dan indeks kelelahan mahasiswa setelah mengikuti perkuliahan selama pertengahan semester di jurusan pendidikan olahraga universitas Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah dua puluh lima mahasiswa semester tiga (umur: 19,36 tahun; tinggi: 169,88 cm; berat: 61,92 kg). Instrumen indeks kelelahan berupa tes Repeat Anaerobic Ability (RSA) dengan lari sprint jarak 10X30 meter yang dilakukan setiap 30 detik. Hasil pengukuran diperoleh satu siswa memiliki indeks kelelahan kategori istimewa, delapan siswa memiliki kategori baik, lima belas siswa kategori sedang, dan satu siswa kategori kurang baik. Hasilnya, Indeks Kelelahan mahasiswa semester tiga pada tengah semester termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Abstract The term "Fatigue Index" refers to the rate at which the athlete's power output decreases during a high-intensity performance, which can provide information on the athlete's anaerobic capacity. This study aims to understand better student university's physical performance and fatigue index after mid-semester at the department of sports education, university of Riau. This quantitative descriptive study uses survey methods with test and measurement techniques. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of twenty five third-semester students (age: 19.36 years; height: 169.88cm; weight: 61.92 kg). The fatigue index instrument is Repeat Anaerobic Ability (RSA) test involving 10X30 meters performed every 30 seconds. The measurement results obtained that one student had an excellent category of fatigue index, eight students had a good category, average categories belonged to fifteen students, and Poor categories belonged to one student. As a result, the Fatigue index of students third semester in the mid-semester is the average category.

Abstract

Ketika tim lawan tidak sedang menjaga pemain, gerakan chest pass sangat efektif. Seorang pemain membutuhkan atribut fisik pendukung, seperti ledakan otot lengan, untuk menjalankan metode chest pass. Hal ini karena mendorong diperlukan saat mengoper ke rekan satu tim. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 3 Mandau ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan terhadap kemampuan chest pass pada pemain basket putra yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasi ganda kuantitatif. Pengukuran, pengujian, literatur, dan observasi adalah beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Momen produk korelasi sederhana dan ganda digunakan dalam pendekatan analisis data. Para peneliti menemukan bahwa di antara siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMAN3 Mandau, kekuatan otot lengan dan kemampuan chest pass berkorelasi. Ini ditentukan dengan menghitung > rtable, atau 0,538 > 0,444 (N=20). Tingkat koneksi yang termasuk dalam kisaran menengah. Selain itu, di antara siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMAN3 Mandau, ada korelasi antara power otot lengan dan keterampilan chest pass, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukkan bahwa > rtable atau 0,530 > 0,444 (N=20) diperoleh. Pada siswa ekstrakurikuler basket SMAN3 Mandau, terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan dan power otot lengan dan skill chest pass yang masuk ke dalam kelompok medium. Dengan 0,567 > 0,444 (N=20) atau > rtable sebagai hasil yang dihitung. Intensitas hubungan berada dalam kisaran menengah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan passing bawah dan servis bawah bola voli pada siswi ektrakulikuler SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui kontribusi koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan passing bawah dan servis bawah bola voli pada siswi ektrakulikuler SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini diterapkan pada penelitian korelasi dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dengan tes dan pengukuran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 orang siswi ektrkulikuler SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru. Data diolah menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dibantu dengan IBM SPSS Statistik 25 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwasanya terdapat hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan passing bawah pada siswi yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler SMK taruna satria Pekanbaru dengan tingkat hubungan termasuk kedalam kategori “Kuat”. Terdapat hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan servis bawah pada siswi yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler SMK taruna satria Pekanbaru dengan tingkat hubungan termasuk kedalam kategori “Sedang”. Terdapat kontribusi koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan passing bawah pada siswi yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler SMK taruna satria Pekanbaru dengan kontribusi 59% yang mempengaruhi keterampilan passing bawah sedangkan sisanya 41% variabel lainnya. Terdapat kontribusi koordinasi mata-tangan terhadap keterampilan servis bawah pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler SMK taruna satria Pekanbaru dengan kontribusi 27% yang mempengaruhi keterampilan service bawah sedangkan sisanya 73% variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract: This research problem lacks good self-confidence because thelearning results have less satisfactory values. This research aims to find out therelationship of self-efficiency to the learning results of physical education at State HighSchool 2 Rambah Hilir district of Rokan Hulu. The research method used is thecorrelational method. The population used as many as 60 students with total samplingtechniques. The tool uses data capture through a questionnaire and is analysed usingmoment product correlation. Test data analysis requirements using KolmogorovSmirnov's test that asymp sig. self-efficacy 0.331 and asympt sig. 0.257 when comparedwith sig. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship betweenself-efficiency and the learning outcome of physical education (r count = 0,566, r table< 0,237). This study concluded that students with high levels of efficiency tend to havebetter learning outcomes compared to students with low levels of effectiveness.Keywords: Self-efficacy, PJOK Learning Results, Jasmani Learning

Abstract

Abstract: Physical education is a learning process through useful activities toimprove a person's quality and train psychomotor skills to achieve the desired goals. In physical education there are several aspects, one of which is physical fitness. According to Wirnantika (2017) in Cristiana (2020), physical fitness activities can be carried out every day without experiencing significant fatigue, so that you still have the energy to carry out other activities. Cooperative Learning is a learning model developed to achieve learning outcomes in the form of academic achievement, tolerance, acceptance of diversity, and skill development." This means that Cooperative learning is a learning used by teachers so that students achieve certain results. Apart from that, through the application of the cooperative learning model, students will learn how to respect the opinions of their friends, accept diversity and develop skills in expressing their opinions. The Think Pair Share method is called a pair learning method. This method was first developed by Frank Lyman from the University of Maryland as a structure for mutual cooperation learning activities. This model provides opportunities for students to work alone and collaborate with others. Think Pair Share has procedures explicitly implemented to give students more time to think, answer, and help each other. Think Pair Share is a simple learning method with big benefits. Think Pair Share can improve students' ability to understand and remember information, students also learn from other students, and share their ideas with each other in the group work process. Think Pair Share also increases self-confidence, students are given the opportunity to participate in class and present the results of their group discussions in front of the class. Based on the description of the background, the author concludes that the ThinkPair Share learning method can create active, effective and non-monotonous learningduring the learning process, thereby making students not feel bored during learning.Key Words: Learning, Fitness

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to evaluate the impact of xander resistance trainingon the speed of the kick in the high-speed athletes of Satria Young Indonesia SMKTaruna Indigenous Unit of Pekanbaru City. The research method used was a pre-testpost-test design with a total sampling of 16 silat peak athletes. The instrument used is aone-minute stick test. The data is analyzed using the t distribution test with theassumption that if t counts > t tables then there is an influence as suggested on thehypothesis. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the speed of thexander resistance exercise. Statistical analysis showed the t count of 6,310, exceedingthe t value of table 1,753 at the level of significance 0,05, showing a significantinfluence of the Xander resistence exercise on the increased speed of a xander. Inaddition, the normality test of the data showed that the data was distributed normally.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that xander resistance exercisessignificantly influenced the increase in the speed of the stick jump in the athletes of thesilat top. Therefore, xander resistance exercises can be recommended as an effectivemethod to enhance the thruster kicking capability of the silat tops.Keywords: Xander Resistance Exercise, Hard kick

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the relationship between the motorability test and the dribbling ability in futsal games on the Sparta FC Pekanbaru FutsalTeam. Hypothesis testing resulted in a relationship between the motor ability test andthe dribbling ability of the Sparta FC Pekanbaru Futsal Team. The sequence ofactivities carried out so that conclusions can finally be drawn is as follows: (1) amotorbike ability test was held on the Sparta FC Pekanbaru futsal team as a totalsample with the aim of making the participants' dribbling abilities known, (2) adribbling test was held to see the ability of the Sparta FC team Based on the resultsobtained, it shows the relationship between motor ability and futsal technical skills(dribbling). After carrying out the motor ability test with the dribbling test, the SpartaFC Pekanbaru Futsal Team received a motor ability test with 5 test stages. The SpartaFc Pekanbaru Futsal Team shows that the level of motor ability tests carried out by theSparta FC Pekanbaru Futsal Team shows that there is a relationship between the basictechnical skills of futsal dribbling. According to the Product Moment correlationanalysis, rx.y = 0.692 > r table: 0.553, which means "Motor ability (X1) has asignificant effect on dribbling technique. Abstract

Having good physical fitness is one of the important elements that must be possessed by someone, especially sports students, because most of the study process is by doing physical activity. Meanwhile, during the Covid-19 pandemic, all study activities are carried out by online methods. This of course will result in a decrease in their physical fitness. This study aims to see and determine the Physical Fitness Level of sports coaching education students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive research method with a population and a sample of 38 people who are students of sports coaching education in semester 3. The data retrieval used in this study was an Indonesian Physical Fitness Test which consisted of several test items, namely: a 60 meter running speed test, a pull up test, a sit up test, an vertical jump test, and a 1200 meter run test. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques with presentation in the form of percentages. The results showed that there were no students who had a very good physical fitness level, 3 students (7.89%) had a good physical fitness level, 20 students (52.63%) had a physical fitness level with Medium classification, 10 students (26.32%) have a level of physical fitness with a classification of Poor and 5 students (13.16%) have a level of physical fitness with a classification of Very Poor. Based on this data, the researcher can conclude that the Physical Fitness Level of the Sports Coaching Education Students at the Riau University during the COVID-19 Pandemic mostly fell into the Medium and Poor category, with a total of 20 people (52.63%) in the Medium Level category and 10 (26, 32%) People in the Poor Level category.

Abstract

Purpose: This study compares differences in physical fitness (PF), learning motivation, and learning outcomes based on senior high school students' BMI (BMI). It examines students' PF across different BMI categories, the relationship between BMI and learning motivation, and Physical Education learning outcomes based on BMI. Materials and Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach of ex-post-facto type and comparative studies. The research population is 859 senior high school students. The sample was 95 students, who were selected using random cluster sampling and purposive random sampling techniques. The instruments used are TKJI, learning motivation scales, and grades. The data was analyzed using a multivariate statistical analysis of variance (MANOVA). Result: 1) There were differences in PF, learning motivation, and learning outcomes of students based on BMI (sig 0.000); 2) There is a difference in students' PF based on BMI (sig 0.000); 3) There was no difference in student learning motivation based on BMI (sig 0.867); 4) There is a difference in the learning outcomes of Physical Education students based on BMI (sig 0.000). Conclusion: This study found differences in PF and Physical Education learning outcomes based on BMI but not in learning motivation. The results highlight the need for tailored learning models, improved strategies, and a more decisive role for Physical Education in student well-being and learning quality.
