Abstract

Research problem is how the caregiver role in shaping the nature and attitude of the child, considering the role of mother urban communities largely supplanted by other institutions. Research objective is to determine the role of caregivers in shaping the nature and attitude of the child. This type of research uses qualitative research using primary data types obtained from in-depth interviews with informants. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people consisting of 2 people nannies, two mothers working women and housewives 2 people. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. These results indicate the background of urban society where every family is working couples. As a result, the role of the mother who should provide care and treatment to children optimally replaced by others ie nanny. Caregivers who plays surrogate mother to establish the nature and attitude of his foster children because of the intensity of the child more time with caregivers. Children will be more interaction and communication with caregivers. Time together will create dependency relationship and the child will be closer to the nanny than with her birth mother. However, the use of caregivers are impact will be generated both positive and negative impacts.Keywords: Caregivers, role, attitudes of children

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of the National Employment and Training in motivating the employees to the Employment and Training Agency for discipline in work. What research is Employment and Training Agency Pesawaran District. Source of data obtained through in-depth interviews. The results showed that the role of Personnel and Training Agency in an effort to motivate employees to discipline the work are (1) a program of administrative services, (2) program to improve facilities and infrastructure apparatus, (3) quality improvement program personnel resources, (4) Program coaching and personnel development. The program motivates done as a follow-up to motivate employees to discipline. Factor supporting the existence of sufficient funds from the government and support from local government agencies as well as the desire of the employees own self. Inhibiting factor is the lack of infrastructure, the lack of data from year to year employee.Keywords: Work, motivation, employee, discipline

Abstract

This study examines gender issues in the fulfillment of the rights of children in disadvantaged families. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, while using the method of analysis used descriptive. From the research results obtained illustrate the fact that there are many inaccuracies in the fulfillment of child rights in particular his poor family. Things like this are caused by many things including the limitations of economic and cultural presence menganit patriarchy. Impact resulting from the above override most women, although there are some that hit men. Abstract

This research aims to know and explain how factors cause of hedonism, other forms of  hedonism, lifestyle and impact the hedonism lifestyle among students. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive study using a kind of primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with informants. Based on research conducted the obtained results that cause factor lifestyle hedonism on informants is intercommunication friends who is also had similar lifestyle, factor media such as the internet often offer pleasure instant, and there are also environmental factors about the insensitive actions deviate from college students, as well as the lack of control of the parents of his sons lifestyle. Forms of hedonism lifestyle seen on informants is promiscuity as out at night with go to discotheques and nightspots, as well as consuming alcohol even using drugs, consumptive as many students shopping to look fashionable and following the online gambling, and ignore college with often absent college, asked absent while absent college, and hired services workmanship their jobs lesson college on others. Hedonism impact on informants cones on three things, is a decrease in motivation and achievement students, changing patterns of life being materialistic, and change the mindset of being pragmatic and indifferent.Keywords: Portraits, lifestyle, hedonism

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the role of Central Penitentiary Class II A of Bandar Lampung in developing children that conflict with the law are: (1) Implement coaching and guidance to children in trouble with the law. Community mentors provide personal guidance and independence. Guidance personality meant that prisoners have the religious consciousness, awareness and consciousness of nation and state law. Guidance independence is so that inmates can work or create jobs after the prisoners back into society, and not to repeat criminal acts in violation of the law (2) Carry out observations of children in trouble with the law. Abstract

Forest with all its fungtion can give benefits and even cause problem or conflict to people. The encroachment of activities undertaken by Resident in state. Owned forests definitely a violation. This violation caused conflict either between people and their environment or conflict with the goverment an citizens. Desire to obtain a decent living land venturing intu the cause of residents in state-owned forests. This research used purpose to know characteristic and activities of encroachers in village Karya Jaya Rural Districts Mesuji Eastern. This research used type of qualitative researcl with data collection techniques through In-depth interviews, observation, and documentations. Result of this research showed that characteristic the encroachers in village Karya Jaya can be looked at trough some of the aspects they are the community forest encroachers chronological Register 45 sungai buaya (the trip encroachers), sosiological characteristics of the forest encroachers Register 45 (cronological villagers, knowledge of residents about status of forest area, purposes of residents to do encroachment), conditions of villagers Karya Jaya (comfort level and health level), the proses of acquiring land (community organizing, land purchase, and to prerare the land), survival strategies (defersifikasi business, compliance clothing, food, and sheiter),community resistance to government policy, and the reasen people survive in the forests of the Register 45 (internal factors and external factors).Keywords: Forest, encroachment, Register 45

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of oyster mushroom cultivation, explains the constraints and strategies in the cultivation of oyster mushroom, and explains the role of entrepreneurship in the oyster mushroom cultivation in District Gisting adolescents empowerment Tanggamus. This study uses qualitative methods. Collecting data using in-depth interview techniques. The results showed that. First, the process of oyster mushroom cultivation in the District Gisting starts from obtaining the oyster mushroom cultivation, namely: through friends, books, the internet, and training. Motivation oyster mushroom cultivation: business opportunities, skill requirements are not so high, the process relatively easy maintenance, not knowing the season, delicious food alternatives, healthy and highly nutritious, and does not cause environmental pollution. Second, internal constraints include the capital and the (mushroom) is less extensive. Strategies in the internal constraints are borrowing from the bank, modify the shelves in the mushroom house mushroom production further external constraints include the supply of raw materials and the scarcity of seeds. Strategies in the external constraints are stockpiling of raw materials, bought seeds from Purwokerto, Central Java and start doing experiment in developing seeds Thirdly, entrepreneurial empowerment conducted by the oyster mushroom cultivation with enablement in oyster mushroom cultivation and positive motivation to the business world, adolescents are expected to be an independent entrepreneur.Keywords: Roles, entrepreneurship, oyster mushroom cultivation, empowerment, adolescents

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain how the public response to the application of Law No. 22 of 2009 Section 107 Paragraph 2 of the Main Lamp Lit Day For Motorcycle Riders in the Village District of Aston Tropicana Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung, this study used a descriptive research method using data collection techniques, the questionnaire distributed to respondents using accidental sampling technique domiciled in Labuan Ratu Village District of Aston Tropicana Bandar Lampung. Selection of communities in the region because of social phenomena which occur very dynamic, especially concerning the application of rules in driving the light on, meaning that peoples behavior patterns in the region in the application of rules in driving not much different. So the researchers took a sample of 30 people motor.Teknik bike users using a single table of data analysis, a method that is done by entering the data from the questionnaire within the framework of the table to calculate the frequency and make a percentage. The results of this study were 12 respondents (40%) gave a positive response or agree with the implementation of Law No. 22 of 2009 Section 107 Paragraph 2 of the headlights turned on during the day for motorcyclists and 18 respondents (60%) gave a negative response or no agree to the application of Law No. 22 of 2009 Section 107 Paragraph 2 of the headlights turned on during the day for the bikers.Keywords: Public response, light on, motorcycle riders

Abstract

Prostitution as a social problem as is seen from the relation of cause and effect and its origin can not be known with certainty, but to brothels mation encountered in everyday life, therefore, the public in general will condemn the practice of prostitution should do actions to stop or at least be aware and inform the public impact that will arise from the practice of prostitution. The length of the harbor area is an area in which we have encountered many cafes that operate at night, these cafes provide plenty of entertainment for the guests who come, therefore most of the people living in the area have experienced their impact on everyday life to-day. The formulation of the problem in this research is the social impact of the existence of the cafes in the area long. Type of research used in this study is a qualitative in-depth interviews. Based on the research and discussion by the author it could be concluded that, the limited interaction between community, community was disturbed by the cafes is due to the strains of loud music coming from the cafe and public perception outside the Long bahwasannya their place is a place of prostitutionKeywords: Prostitution, cafes

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the reasons why a person joins the fixie bicycle teenager group, to analyze activities of the fixie bicycle teenager group in Bandar Lampung, and to analyze effects of joining the fixie bicycle teenager group. This was a qualitative research focusing to the reasons why a person joins the After Skool fixie bicycle teenager group, activities of After Skool, and effects of joining After Skool fixie bicycle teenager group. Data were collected from deep interviews with informants and literary study. Informants were 5 members of After Skool who were suitable with determined criteria. Informants were selected based ont their knowledge about conditions and activities of fixie bicycle teenager group, duration of joining the group, routine levels, and education levels. Data were analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, data display and data verification.  The results showed various reasons of After Skool members in joining the fixie bicycle teenager group. Fixie bicycle as a life style recently attracted teenager interests especially those who loved bicycle. It was a particular proud for the member to join the group. When a teenager drove a unique and “cool” fixie bicycle,he/she felt to be “fashioned” and “cool”. Activities of After Skool group were not only bicycling, but After Skool group also committed social service activities. The effects were not only the members got healthy, but their social sensitivity also increased.Keywords: Images, group, teen, fan fixie bike
