Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dari waktu ke waktu semakin membaik dengan ditandai meningkatnya konsumsi rumah tangga. Peningkatan konsumsi ini menyebabkan banyaknya pola perilaku pembelian impulsif masyarakat khususnya di Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh shopping enjoyment tendency dan impulsive buying tendency terhadap Impulsive Buying Behaviour di Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey dilakukan kepada 140 responden konsumen Carrefour Kota Mojokerto. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa impulsive buying tendency berpengaruh positif secara signifikan, sedangkan shopping enjoyment tendency berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying Behaviour. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Impulsive Buying Behaviour yaitu impulsive buying tendency.Kata kunci: Shopping Enjoyment Tendency, Impulsive Buying Tendency, Impulsive Buying Behaviour.

Abstract

Sales are one of the significant activities for company survival heavily upon the success of this activity, if sales increase so that companies had progress and vice versa. Successful of advisability management in doing his duty are dependent upon ability decision by using relevant and properly information.Accounting information system sales in part of information systems specialized for processing data coming from sales transactions only so that accounting information is generated that related to sales only. From the above condition, sales requires a sales accounting information system transactions that understands both carry out transactions, record book keeping and also reporting transactions.The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of accounting information system in decision making so that sales can do the planning and controlling of sales at PT. Pupuk Kaltim Surabaya Branch. The results showed that PT. Pupuk Kaltim Surabaya Branch has two sales systems which are subsidized fertilizer and non-subsidized fertilizer. In sales subsidized fertilizer is the main case must be considered to controlled the fertilizer available on the market according to farmer’s needs, in case if the fertilizer is too much in market it will cause possibility fertilizer to be leaked to another. Sales non-subsidized fertilizer different with subsidized fertilizer, sales for non-subsidized fertilizer can be served from the market request how much they want. Sales prices used the international market price. The main thing in decision making for the sales of non-subsidized fertilizer is determination of the sales price. Determination should consider several aspects that took place in the international market and domestic market. The role of accounting information in planning and control in sales at PT. Pupuk Kaltim Surabaya Branch for gathering information is complete and relevant, so it could take a decision for the right sale.Keywords: Sales, Accounting Information Systems, Sales Transactions.

Abstract

Prior to this study, there are several previous researches that examine the factors that influence the granting of going concern audit opinion. However, the results of these studies are still generating inconsistencies. Therefore this research was made to reexamine some of the factors that indicated may affect the granting of going concern audit opinion. This study used secondary data, which is Property and Real Estate Company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for period 2012 to2014. Population used in this research is 49 companies taken from IDX and then through the purposive sampling process, 19 companies are elected to be sample. Logistic regression analysis is used as the technique to test the hypothesis. Results of hypothesis testing concluded that the audit opinion the previous year and the leverage ratio are proven to positively influence the going concern audit opinion. While the liquidity ratio has significant negative influence on going concern audit opinion. However, this study cannot prove that profitability ratio possessed has significant influence on the granting of going concern audit opinion.Keywords: audit, going concern audit opinion, financial ratio, previous year audit opinion, and logistic regression

Abstract

AQUA Group is one of leading manufacturing companies in  Indonesia that has run the business for more than 40 years. The sustainability of the company must be established on a supportive management and a particular culture. Thus, this research aims to examine business ethics of AQUA Group through its corporate culture. By this research, it is expected to explore whether the company has been ethical in treating people and environment, instead of conducting beneficial business only. This qualitative study was taken in AQUA Group – PT. Tirta Investama (TIV) Pandaan. The methods used in collecting data were observation in Pandaan plant, as well as interview to employees and residents living around the plant. Based on the research results, it was found that personal values of local employees in PT. TIV Pandaan are more dominant than the culture designed by the foreign company (French). This disparity occurs because there is a cultural relativism between Danone Group management and Indonesian local community. Even though the implementation of corporate culture in field is different with the way it is set, the existence of ethical relativism theory supports that the way of employees establish their own culture is ethical based on their local values.Keywords:  business ethics, corporate culture, AQUA Group, PT. Abstract

E-commerce was a trade transaction contract between buyer and seller using internet media. Shopping with e-commerce delivered many advantages, and one of them was that consumers could buy items through easier selection at shorter time. Online shop was also obtaining profit and income from online sale at cheaper cost to manage. Therefore, research was aimed to examine factors influencing online purchase intention by customers who used e-commerce. Research was done at Faculty of Economic and Business, University of Brawijaya. Method of research was survey. Independent variables were perceived benefit, perceived risk, system quality,  and  shopping  satisfaction.  Repurchase  intention  to  use  e-commerce  in  online shopping was dependent variable. For hypothesis testing, this research applied Partial Least Square (PLS) with sample of 273 persons. Result of analysis in this model showed that perceived benefit, system quality and shopping satisfaction were influential supported to repurchase intention of the customers who used e-commerce in online shopping. Perceived risk was not supported influencing repurchase intention of the customers who used e- commerce in online shopping. Therefore, perceived benefit, system quality and shopping satisfaction were quite influential to repurchase intention of the customers who used e- commerce in online shopping. The implication of research was that the result of research could provide inputs to the management and system developer which enforced them to be more attentive to the variables of shopping satisfaction, perceived benefit, and system quality when they developed and implemented e-commerce transaction.Keywords:    Perceived Benefit, Perceived Risk, Quality System, Satisfaction, Repurchase  Intention, and E-commerce

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat persaingan bisnis outlet sportwear  yang sangat kompetitif dari segi harga promosi, sehingga konsumen akan sangat selektif pada saat akan melakukan pembelian terhadap suatu produk khususnya produk sepatu.. Pemasar dituntut agar dapat menyampaikan pesan penawaran harga promosi kepada konsumen untuk menstimulus niat beli mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel price discount framing terhadap niat beli, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui variable persepsi konsumen pada produk sepatu di Sport Station Malang.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah explanatory research. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel   purposive sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan software SPSS versi 20.0. Uji instrumen penelitian meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Uji hipotesis langsung menggunakan t-test sedangkan hipotesis tidak langsung menggunakan uji sobel.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa price discount framing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi konsumen. Persepsi konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Price discount framing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli. Sedangkan jika melalui pengaruh tidak langsung, persepsi konsumen secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh price discount framing terhadap niat beli.Kata Kunci: price discount framing, persepsi konsumen, niat beli

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan mutasi kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Variabel yang di gunakan dalam penlitian ini terdiri dari promosi dan mutasi kerja, Obyek penlitian pada PT. Taspen Persero Cabang Malang.Sampel penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai tetap PT. Taspen Persero Cabang malang yang terdiri dari 35 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara simultan Promosi dan Mutasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan dan secara parsial Promosi dan Mutasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Variabel yang lebih dominan adalah Mutasi Kerja.Kata Kunci : Promosi, Mutasi kerja, Kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari stress kerja yang terdiri dari variabel Individual Stressor dan Organizational Stressor secara simultan maupun parsial, serta untuk mengatahui variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak PT. Garuda Mitra Solusi Malang.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory (penjelasan) atau dikenl sebagai pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui tinggi rendahnya stress kerja dengan variabel bebas Individual Stressor (X1) dan Orgaizational Stressor (X2) terhadap variabel terikat kinerja karyawan (Y). dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 91 karyawan kontrak. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, kemudian untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji F, uji t, dan uji dominan.Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa stress kerja dengan variabel Individual Stressor (X1) dan Organizational Stressor (X2) secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan (Y). dari kedua variabel bebas tersebut yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) yaitu variabel Organizational Stressor (X2). Kemudian dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square menunjukan besarnya pengaruh antar variabel sebesar 0,510 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Individual Stressor (X1) dan Organizational Stressor (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 51% sedangkan sisanya 49% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak terdeteksi dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Stress Kerja.

Abstract

Persaingan yang sangat tinggi dalam industry otomotif khususnya mobil niaga      ( truck ) membuat para pelaku usaha harus melimiki strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Salah satunya adalah membentuk brand image serta reference group. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial brand image dan reference group terhadap keputusan pembelian dan mengetahui mana dari kedua variabel tersebut yang memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pelanggan P.T. Hudaya Maju Mandiri yang melakukan pembelian pada tahun 2013,2014 dan 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Jenis penelitian explanatory research, yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis, dimana pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung kelapangan dengan menggunakan kuesioner (survey). Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Brand image (X1) terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y) mobil Hino. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel reference group (X2) terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y) mobil Hino. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan bahwa variable brand image dan reference group cukup tepat karena mampu menjelaskan variabel Y dibandingkan dengan pengaruh variabel diluar model atau error terhadap Y. Dan pengaruh tersebut sebesar (48.3%). 4) Variabel reference group mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap  variabel keputusan pembelian dibandingkan dengan brand image. Abstract

Poverty is a classical problem that becomes a question of almost all countries and Indonesia is one of them. One alternative to reduce poverty can be through the MSME sector. This research purpose to analyze the growth of KUR distribution to MSME in the effort of poverty reduction in Indonesia. Data used from secondary data that yearly published by Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, Kementerian UMKM dan Koperasi, and Komite-KUR. Data analysis method who used in this research are error correction model (ECM). Based on the results of research, variable KUR distribution and MSME GDP have the negative impact on poverty in the long term, and MSME GDP and business unit MSME have the negative impact on poverty in the short term . A variable that has negative impact on poverty either in the short-term and long-term is  variable MSME GDP.Keyword: kemiskinan, UMKM, KUR
