Abstract

Guided inquiry learning model with laboratory activities is one of the learning model that facilitates students to do the discovery in guidance. The results of interviews in 1 Manyar Senior High School showed that 50% students got low score under the minimum mastery criteria especially on the subject of global warming symptoms in which one of the factors is caused by the lack of activity in the form of invention. Based on that, the researcher applied guided inquiry learning model by using virtual laboratory to improve the students? process skill. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of learning model by using virtual laboratoirum to improve students science process skills and to describe the students? responses on the material of global warming symptoms. This research used quantitative research type with pre-experimental research design by using one group pretesst-posttest design with one experiment class and two replication classes. The data collection methods used were observation, test, and questionnaire. The data that was obtained in the form of pretest and posttest result were analyzed by using normality test, homogeneity test, t-test and normalized gain test. The results of the research are: a) the learning implementation in the three classes observed from the teachers activities was well executed; b) based on gain analysis, students science process skills on the material of global warming symptoms after using the virtual laboratories increased significantly; c) the learning got positive responses from the students with very good category. Based on that, it can be concluded that the application of virtual laboratory can improve the students science process skill. Abstract

Solopos.com as part of the local digital media development for Solopos should be a big information contributor to the public regarding issue activities and political developments of the elite. One year ahead of the 2020 regional election in Klaten, Solopos.com reported the phenomenon of politicizing the agenda of activities in Klaten Regency Government by government officials. For this reason, this study aims to examine how the Solopos.com framing in informing news about politics ahead of the Pilkada in Klaten Regency. The approach in this study was literary qualitative, with the framing analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This analysis shows the construction of the reality of the Solopos.com news framing by promoting the power monitoring function. Solopos.com directed readers that there was a politicization of the agenda of activities in Klaten Regency Government. The ideology of Solopos.com siding with the community over the function of media as social control. Through framing, the objectivity of Solopos.com news was built firmly and shown by reality. Solopos.com media politics in this phenomenon was seen as not neutral because of the lack of balance in the quantity of coverage of the PDIP Political Party with other Political Parties, one of which could be seen through political persuasion over the news of the politicization of the agenda of Klaten Regency Government activities by a pro-incumbent official, Sri Mulyani, who has a PDIP background.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi tentang Penanaman Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam Dalam surah al-Fatihah Bagi Masyarakat di Desa Bandar Setia Kec.Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang. Pendidikan Islam pada dasarnya merupakan upaya pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi manusia, agar tujuan keberadaannya di dunia ini sebagai ‘Abdullah dan sekaligus tugasnya sebagai terlaksana dengan baik. Potensi yang dimaksud meliputi potensi yang ada pada kedirian manusia meliputi kognitif (akal), Afektif (psikis) dan psikomotortiknya (fisik). Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang konsep pendidikan Islam. Adapun target khusus pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar masyarakat paham dan mengerti tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam surah al-Fatihah dan membentuk masyarakat yang islami sesuai dengan tuntunan Alquran. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini secara luas adalah mencerdaskan masyarakat dan bangsa terhadap pemahaman pendidikan Islam. Abstract

Pada zaman pemerintahan Sultan Mahmud dari Dinasti Ghaznawiyah, terjadi kemajuan yang signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk politik, ekonomi, ilmu pengetahuan, sastra, dan arsitektur. Perkembangan yang dicapai oleh Dinasti Ghaznawiyah juga berpengaruh pada kemajuan di bidang pendidikan, di mana Sultan Mahmud memberikan perhatian yang besar terhadap perkembangan pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian penelusuran literatur, yaitu suatu tindakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, menganalisis dan mengelola informasi dari berbagai sumber literasi.Hasil penelitiannya adalah pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Mahmud, terjadi perkembangan dalam sistem pendidikan yang mencakup beberapa aspek: 1) Tujuan Pendidikan: Sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan memiliki tujuan yang berorientasi pada aspek keagamaan untuk mempertahankan ideologi (mazhab negara) dengan penganut faham Sunni. Selain itu, tujuan pendidikan juga termasuk aspek kemiliteran guna memperluas wilayah kekuasaan Kesultanan Ghaznawiyah. 2) Guru-guru Terkemuka: Para guru yang terlibat dalam sistem pendidikan ini adalah tokoh-tokoh (ilmuwan) yang memiliki reputasi internasional dan menganut teologi Sunni. Beberapa di antaranya adalah Abu al-Rayhan Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Biruni, Al-Firdausi, Ibnu al-Arraq, dan Ibnu Khamman. 3) Pelajar Beragam Asal: Para pelajar yang mengikuti pendidikan berasal dari daerah sekitar dan juga negara-negara lain. 4) Kurikulum Komprehensif: Kurikulum pendidikan meliputi berbagai disiplin ilmu, baik yang bersifat naqli (berasal dari Alquran dan Hadis) maupun yang bersifat aqli (rasional), seperti filsafat, falak (astronomi), matematika, sejarah, bahasa, sastra, syair, kedokteran, astronomi, geografi, dan lain-lain. 5) Metode Pengajaran Varied: Metode pengajaran yang digunakan mencakup beragam pendekatan seperti metode halaqah (dalam kelompok), lisan, ceramah, diskusi, hafalan, serta metode tajribah (eksperimen) dan rihlah 'ilmiah, seperti yang dilakukan oleh al-Biruni. 6) Fasilitas Pendidikan: Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada di madrasah pada masa Dinasti Ghaznawiyah mencakup perpustakaan, asrama pelajar (khan), masjid, dan juga di sekitar madrasah disediakan rumah tempat tinggal bagi para guru. 7) Jenis Lembaga Pendidikan: Lembaga-lembaga pendidikan yang ada meliputi maktab atau kuttab (sekolah dasar), madrasah, universitas, masjid (tempat pembelajaran agama), pendidikan rendah di istana, perpustakaan, majelis kesusastraan, dan bahkan rumah sakit. Semua perkembangan ini merupakan bukti nyata dari perhatian Sultan Mahmud terhadap kemajuan pendidikan dalam berbagai aspek di masa pemerintahannya.

Abstract

This study describes students' interest in learning, teachers' teaching strategies, and inhibiting factors in learning Arabic at MTs Nurul Afifah Aceh Tenggara. Qualitative methods were used through observation, interviews, and documentation. the results of this study show that1.) variations in students' interest in learning, with some showing high levels of enthusiasm, while others experience a lack of motivation. 2) Teachers apply diverse teaching strategies, including lectures, discussions and project-based learning to keep students engaged. 3)The inhibiting factors involve a lack of environmental support and limited awareness of the importance of Arabic.This study provides an in-depth insight into the conditions of Arabic language learning at MTs Nurul Afifah Aceh Tenggara. Conclusions highlight challenges and potential for development, with constructive suggestions to improve learning effectiveness and student interest.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems of students of the English education study program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Some students pronounce the dental fricative sound in various ways. First, some students pronounce the sound /?/ correctly, however, there are also some students pronounce the sound /?/ by replacing it with the sound /t/. Second, some students pronounce the sound /ð/ correctly, however, there are also some students pronounce the sound /ð/ by replacing it with the sound /d/. The researcher's question in this study was how students pronounce the dental fricatives sound at the initial, medial and final position of a word based on the PRAAT application. The purpose of this study was to analyze the way students pronounce the dental fricative sound at the initial, middle and final of a word based on the PRAAT application. This study uses a qualitative research method with seventh semester students as the research population. The research sample amounted to 13. Data was collected through audio recordings. Students are asked to pronounce 12 words that contain the sound of dental fricative sound. The sound is uploaded to the PRAAT software. The results showed that some of the students pronounce the dental fricative sound correctly, showed by a spectogram display like a scribble pattern in the focus phoneme. others pronounce the dental fricative sound incorrectly, showed by an empty area on spectrogram in the focus phoneme. It showed that they replaced the phoneme with another phoneme such as /t/ or /d/. Researchers can conclude as follows. First, some students pronounce the dental fricative sound correctly. Second, most of the students pronounce the dental fricative sound incorrectly.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly transformed various fields, including education. This study aims to optimize the utilization of AI to enhance the quality of Islamic education learning at Islamic Boarding School Hatyai, Thailand. The methods employed in this community service initiative include training teachers to use AI applications for designing more interactive and adaptive teaching materials, as well as implementing AI for personalized student learning experiences. The expected outcomes of this initiative are improved learning effectiveness, higher student engagement, and enhanced teacher capabilities in utilizing AI technology optimally. Therefore, AI implementation is expected to provide innovative solutions for improving the quality of Islamic education in technology-based boarding schools.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1). Concept of strategy for applying the talaqi method in learning tahfiz Al Qur'an at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan.. 2). Strategy for applying the talaqi method in learning tahfiz Al Qur'an applied at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan 3). Factors influencing the strategy for implementing the talaqi method in learning tahfiz Al Qur'an at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan with a focus on the strategy for implementing the talaqi method in learning tahfiz al Qur'an at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. Through tests, interviews and documentation studies conducted for 20 days (19 May to 10 June 2025), it was found that SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan had implemented the tahfiz Al Learning program Qur'an to increase students' religiosity, especially memorizing certain verses in the Qur'an. through the application of the talaqi method with a monotonous strategy, namely memorizing, depositing verses evaluated including memorization, makhraj and tajwid. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interview methods, observations, and document studies to explore in-depth information about the application of the talaqi method of learning tahfiz Al Qur'an The results of the study indicate that the strategy for implementing the talaqi method that was 1). The concept of the talaqi method implementation strategy in learning to memorize the Qur'an at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan involves the principal, tahfiz teachers and students themselves actively, 2). The strategy of implementing the talaqi method in learning to memorize the Qur'an applied at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Measn has planning, learning activities and evaluation, 3). Factors that influence the strategy of implementing the talaqi method in learning to memorize the Qur'an at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan have 2 factors, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to illustrate the successful implementation of Quran reading assistance that has been taking place at the residence of residents in Gang Sastro, Dusun V, Desa Bandar Setia. This activity is expected to provide benefits and tangible contributions to the children in the area. The approach used is a guidance method through direct practice assistance in reading the Quran for children of standard elementary school age in Bandar Setia Village. Where in reading the Quran, children still experience many difficulties in pronouncing letters and reading rules, so they still need guidance. The main source of learning is the Quran. The results of this activity reveal that Quran literacy mentoring for the children of Gang Sastra residents, Dusun V, Desa Bandar Setia has a positive impact and makes a tangible contribution. The children showed enthusiasm in learning, were able to read hijaiyah letters accurately, place harakat according to the rules, understand the rules of Quranic recitation according to tajwid principles, and could practice them correctly according to the guidance and instructions of the mentors.

Abstract

The main aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between the variables included in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and the core variables and the extended variables of the TAM. The research method is a quantitative research that tests hypotheses derived from variables extracted from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which include the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude towards use, actual use, e-learning self- efficiency, and a set of variables. complexity To test the relationship between each variable, this study uses statistical tests using structural equation modeling (SEM) application tools SmartPLS. The results of the research hypothesis are (H1) the positive effect of e-learning self-efficacy (learning self-efficacy online) on the perception of comfort (perceived ease of use). (H2) positive effect of e-learning self-efficacy on perceived usefulness (perceived usefulness), (H3) positive effect of complexity on perceived ease of use. (H4) complexity has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. (H5) perception of ease of use (perceived ease of use) the use of e-learning affects the attitude to use (attitude to use). (H6) view of usefulness (perceived usefulness) positive effect of e-learning on usage attitude (attitude towards usage). (H7) perceived ease (perceived ease of use) negative effect on actual use e-learning (actual use). (H8) perceived usefulness of e-learning (perceived usefulness) positively affects actual use (actual use). (H9) usage attitude (attitude towards usage) positive effect on actual usage (actual usage). The practical implication of the research include conducting an extension study of external TAM variables, conducting a study with different objects and subjects and conducting a pretest of the samples to be studied in the prior to the research.
