Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori yang menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 41 perusahaan pertambangan dan sampel sejumlah 8 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan pertambangan dari BEI periode 2012-2015. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian adalah Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah return saham.  Penelitian ini menggunakan uji parsial yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap return saham, sedangkan Return on Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif terhadap return saham.Kata Kunci:  Net Profit Margin (NPM),  Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return Saham

Abstract

This study aims to determining the effect of working capital on the company’s profitability. The independent variables are inventory conversion period, average collection period, payable defferal period and cash conversion cycle. The dependent variable of this is profitability measured using Return on Asset (ROA).This quantitative research is an explanatory research which explains the relation or influence among variables. From a population of 14 food and beverages and used non- probability sampling method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This studu  uses  secondary  data  in  a  form annual financial  report  of  food  and  beverages companies dusring 2012-2016, which were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and were then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression.The partical test of the research shows that average collection period, payable defferal period and   cash conversion cyle has a negative and significant relation with probability and  inventory conversion period have a positive and significant relation with probability (ROA).Keywords  :  Profitability, Cash  Conversion  Cycle,  Inventory  Conversion  Period, Average Collection Period and Payable Defferal Period

Abstract

Acquisition is one type of business combination, where the acquired company’s system and ownership, wholly or partially, go to the acquiring company. However, after the acquisition both companies continue their business. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the financial performance of PT Pakoakuina before and after its acquisition by PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk. the financial performance is measured using liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio), solvency ratios (total debt to equity ratio, total debt to asset ratio), profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on equity, return on asset), activity ratios (total assets turn over) and market ratios (earning per share). The overall values of these ratios decreased after the acquisition. Paired Sample t-Test was used to find any difference on the financial performance before and after the acquisition. The results show that there is no significant differences on current ratio, quick ratio, net profit margin, return on equity, return on asset, total assets turn over, and earning per share before and after the acquisition. However, there are significant differences on total debt to equity ratio and total debt to asset ratio before and after the acquisition by PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk.Keywords: Acquisition, Financial ratio, and Paired Sample t-Test

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Karya Tani merupakan salah satu Koperasi yang terletak di Kabupaten Malang, yang memiliki 38 karyawan dan kegiatannya hanya usaha simpan pinjam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) yang menggunakan variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Oleh karena jumlah populasi kecil, maka sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F,  uji t dan uji dominan. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dan pembahasan terhadap data yang ada,  pengujian secara simultan dan parsial memberikan kesimpulan bahwa dari kedua variabel yang terdiri dari Insentif Finansial dan Insentif Non Finansial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Uji dominan menunjukkan bahwa variabel insentif finansial berpengaruh dominan. Dilihat dari nilai Adjust R Square yang diperoleh, maka variabel insentif finansial dan insentif non finansial memiliki pengaruh sebanyak 70,9% dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 29,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Insentif finansial, insentif non finansial, kinerja

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining and analyzing the effect of experiential marketing on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as intervening variable (study at The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh). This is an explanatory research. The sampling technique used is non probability sample with purposive sampling method. The sample in this study comprised 110 respondents who are the visitors of The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary. Data collection instrument is questionnaire measured by using Likert scale. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS), supported by software SmartPLS 3.0, and sobel test is used to examine the relations of the mediating variables. The results showed that experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate is able to simultaneously increase repurchase intention of The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. Experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate is able to simultaneously increase customer satisfaction of The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. Customer satisfaction is able to increase repurchase intention of The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh. Experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate through customer satisfaction has a positive impact on repurchase intention of The Bagong Adventure Museum Tubuh.KEYWORDS: Experiential Marketing, Customer satisfaction, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external environment of Agricultural Machinery Engineering Division of PT. Pura Barutama, especially in the environment of industrial competition, and to identify the company’s competitive advantages. The analysis of the industrial competition environment is carried out using Michael Porter's five competitive forces model. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Of the five competitive forces, the most influential ones are customer's bargaining power and rivalry among existing competitors. The company’s customers, who are mostly governmental agencies, have the power to control prices, specifications, and regulations pertaining to agricultural machinery. In addition, other companies that are financially strong and have their own market share make the company difficult to dominate the whole market of agricultural machinery industry. Newcomer’s threat and supplier’s bargaining power have a moderate effect. The threat of substitute products does not have a major impact on the company since there is a governmental policy which mentions that the procurement of goods and services for governmental institutions must be done through e-Katalog. The company's competitive advantage is on the biomass technology embedded in its products and the responsive and long-lasting after-sales service.Keywords: Agricultural machinery, Porter’s Five Forces, Internal Environment, External Environment, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

Di era globalisasi sekarang ini, ternyata tidak hanya saja perkembangan teknologi menjadi canggih akan tetapi juga pola hidup manusia sekarang ini menjadi modern dan serba mudah. Begitu pula dengan cara masyarakat menikmati musik. Saat ini, semakin banyak bermunculan aplikasi hiburan yang salah satunya adalah aplikasi Music Streaming JOOX yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat di Indonesia. Brand Image kuat yang dimiliki oleh JOOX membuatnya mudah diingat oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Sebagian besar pengguna merasa bahwa brand image kuat yang tersebar lewat electronic word of mouth menjadi salah satu alasan masyarakat menggunakan aplikasi music streaming khususnya JOOX.Kemajuan teknologi internet menjadikan penyebaran word of mouth tidak hanya terbatas pada komunikasi tatap muka, namun sudah dalam bentuk digital. Electronic word of mouth dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen salah satunya adalah minat beli konsumen terhadap produk. Minat beli muncul ketika pengguna internet membaca komentar positif dan menarik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image terhadap minat pembelian fitur VIP JOOX. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian berjenis explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan kepada 100 orang yang masih atau pernah menggunakan JOOX dengan pemakaian minimal 3 bulan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mengguanakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis F, variabel pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand image secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dengan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi minat pembelian ialah variabel brand image.Kata Kunci : Electronic Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Minat Pembelian, Music Streaming, JOOX

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the cost of capital company and analyze the optimal capital structure of cement companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2015. Method of data analysis in this research is done by doing WACC calculation, then compare it with industry average WACC value and combine it with firm value so that can be analyzed optimal capital structure in the company.From the result of this research can be known, based on calculation of weighted average cost of capital (WACC), the average WACC value at company in Cement Industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015 is equal to 10,41%. PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk and PT Semen Batu Raja (Persero) Tbk have WACC value is over the industry average WACC value. While PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk has a lower WACC value compared to the industry average WACC value.Then based on WACC calculation and company value obtained result that PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk has optimum capital structure and PT Semen Batu Raja (Persero) Tbk not yet optimum. The WACC concept does not apply to PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.Keywords: capital structure, firm value, cost of capital, optimal capital structure

Abstract

The   objective   of   the   study   is   to   examine   the  financial   performance   of PT. Bentoel Prima's employee cooperative, Tunas Harapan, during the period of 2013 up to 2015. The research tool used to assess the financial performance is the Regulation No. 06/Per/Dep.6/IVl20l6 issued by the Supervision Deputy of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. The regulation covers such research aspects as capital, productive asset, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and development, and cooperative's identity. This descriptive research attempts to explain the financial performance of the employee cooperative Tunas Harapan with the cooperative's accountability report as the primary data source. The data are collected by document study and interview. The collected data are further analyzed by the ratios contained in the tools. The result of analysis illustrates that the financial performance of PT. Bentoel Prima's employee cooperative Tunas Harapan is "FAIRLY HEALTHY" in 2013 and "HEALTHY" in2014 and2015. Out of seven aspects, management is not used in the research. Out of six research aspects, productive assets quality and cooperative's identity shows that the cooperative has a satisffing result as it obtains maximum score in every ratio for three respective years.Keywords: Capital, Productive Assets Quality, Efficiency, Management, Liquidity, Independence and Development, Cooperative' Identity.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  mendiskusikan peran  servicescape  dalam mendorong  niat  revisit pengunjung Jawa Timur Park 2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan apakah dimensi dari servicescape yang terdiri dari ambient codition, spatial layout and fuctionality, signs, symbols  or artifacts dan karyawan memberikan pengaruh terhadap niat revisit pengunjung Jawa Timur Park 2 dan mencari tau dimensi mana yang paling dominan dalam mendorong terhadap niat  revisit pengunjung Jawa Timur Park 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil wawancara dengan pengunjung Jawa Timur Park 2 yang telah berkunjung lebih dari satu kali. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengaruh dimensi servicescape terhadap niat revisit pengunjung Jatim Park 2, dimana dimensi ambient condition memberikan pengaruh yang kuat bagi seseorang untuk kembali berkunjung ke Jawa Timur Park 2. Dimensi spatial layout and fuctionality dan signs, symbols or artifacts cukup memberikan pengaruh terhadap niat revisit pengunjung, sendangkan dimensi karyawan bukan merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh.Keywords: Servicescape, Intention to Revisi, Ambient Condition, Spatial Layout and Fuctionality, Signs, Symbols or Artifacts
