Abstract

Bank as financial institutions perform traditional and non traditional activities. Traditional activities related to the intermediation function of banks collecting and releasing funds to people who earn income in the form of interest. While non-traditional ktivitas may include the provision of other financial services are getting returns in the form of fee-commonly referred to as non-interest income (fee-based income). Banks earned income of banks is essential to ensure the sustainability and the health of banks. Thus, this study wanted to know the factors that affect interest income and fee-based income. This study uses panel data regression and model chosen is the Fixed Effects Model (FEM). Variable LDR, deposits, and net income positive significant effect on the interest income. The only variable that was not significant NPL against interest income. Further to the variable equity and net income has a significant positive effect on fee-based income. While e- banking variables have a significant influence in a negative direction and variable assets no significant effect on fee-based income. Kata kunci: Interest Income, Fee Based Income, LDR, NPL, DPK, Asset, Equity, Net Income, E- banking

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the understanding of accounting students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Brawijaya about zakat and taxes, and students priorities as candidate muzakki and tax payers. The research method in this research is case with a descriptive method. Data were obtained by interviews and the documentation of ten informants. This research shows that basically the accounting students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Brawijaya more prioritize paying zakat than tax, because the religious law is precedence over the law created by human. Additionally, from the point of view of the students the process of distribution of zakat is viewed more transparent, and zakat rated more fair, because people that need helping must be priorities. Key word: Perception, students, zakat and tax compliance

Abstract

Human Resource is the most important resource to realize the company’s visions to optimize  the  potential  of the  human  resource,  a  good  management  is  needed  including management policies such as procedures and systems application which is handled by Human Resource Division or Personnel Department which are responsible for getting, utilizing, and maintaining the human resource. Human Resource (HR) Management Audit is important in noticing the effectiveness and the efficiency of the whole function of HR in managing human resources of a company. PT Samator has competent human resources in the field. Because companies want to provide the best kind of stakeholders, is committed to product quality, improve services and customer solution orientation, the functions, duties and responsibilities of the HR can be  judged  effective or through a performance audit  of human resources management. The type research is a case study with descriptive method that the problem characteristic related to the background of the study with the recent condition and also observes the subject interaction with the environment around. The research focused on performance scoring towards the employee of PT Samator which includes human resources recruitment, orientation, and placing, employee training and development, employees’ work achievement scoring, employees’ performance evaluation, carrier training and development, allowance giving, maintenance of relation between employee and separation and retirement. Of the nine human resource audit functions has been operating effectively. And of the development of criteria, causes, effects of each function in each department, discovered a weaknesses that the company still has not done an employee satisfaction survey as an evaluation and feedback for the formulation of the HR plan the next period.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  examine  the  influence  of  Brand  Loyalty, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Brand Association on Customer Satisfaction of E-commerce business both partially and simultaneously on resident of Makassar City. Further purposive sampling technique was used in this research 125 respondents. The analysis tools are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. The result of the study explained that Brand Loyalty, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Brand Association of the E- commerce have a significant effect partially and simultaniously to customer satisfaction. Therefore, the research result shows that Brand Awareness is the dominant variable that affects Customer Satisfaction. The result from this study can be applied to marketing strategy for the companies and interested parties for retaining and maximizing Brand Loyalty, Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Brand Association to get a positive effect on the potential consumers that can lead to the fulfillment of Customer Satisfaction.   Keywords:  Brand  Loyalty,  Perceived  Quality,  Brand  Awareness,  Brand  Association, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan terhadap harga  saham.   Banyaknya  perusahaan  yang   go  public  mengakibatkan  arus informasi yang banyak pula terlibat di dalam pasar modal. Hal itu mendorong para investor untuk berhati-hati dalam menentukan keputusan yang diambilnya terkait  dengan pembelian saham yang optimal.  Harga saham mengindikasikan setiap  informasi akuntansi dari suatu perusahaan. Jika perusahaan mempunyai kinerja yang baik, maka investor akan mempertimbangkan untuk memiliki saham perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu pertimbangan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan  analisis  rasio  keuangan  pada  laporan  keuangan  perusahaan  karena hasil analisis tersebut cukup berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu penulis memilih lima buah rasio keuangan untuk diteliti lebih lanjut yaitu Rasio Cepat (QR), Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas (DER), Perputaran Total Aktiva (TAT), Marjin Laba Bersih (NPM)   dan Marjin Laba Operasi (OPM). Sampel  penelitian  ini  adalah  33  perusahaan  yang  terdaftar  di  Bursa  Efek Indonesia  khususnya  yang  dimasukkan  dalam  daftar  LQ45  dari  tahun  2011 sampai 2013 dengan jumlah observasi 99. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik untuk menguji normalitas data dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan rasio-rasio keuangan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.   Kata kunci  :   Harga Saham, Rasio Cepat (QR), Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas (DER), Perputaran Total Aktiva (TAT), Marjin Laba Bersih (NPM), Marjin Laba Operasi (OPM)

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai keberhasilan pembangunan suatu negara dari kegiatan ekonomi yang dapat mendorong peningkatan output dalam masyarakat dan juga dapat meningkatkan kemakmuran serta kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan dampak dari variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sebelum dan sesudah krisis 1997/1998. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder dari tahun 1983-2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh positif sebelum krisis dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sesudah krisis. Penanaman modal asing berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi baik sebelum maupun sesudah krisis. Ekspor neto berpengaruh negatif sebelum krisis dan positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sesudah krisis. Tingkat pendidikan menengah berpengaruh negatif sebelum krisis  dan  positif  sesudah  krisis namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.   Kata kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Krisis, Inflasi, Investasi, Ekspor, Impor, Pendidikan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test implication of motivation intrinsic and motivation extrinsic to employee performance and to determine which variables dominant to employee performance. This research was conducted in PT PERTAMINA RU V (persero) and using simple random probability sampling which generate in 100 respondents. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research. Simultaneously the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance is significant and positive. Partially, intrinsic motivation significantly influence employee performance, whereas extrinsic motivation no significant effect on the performance of the employee. In this research also found that the dominant influence intrinsic motivation rather than extrinsic motivation on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan program kemitraan  BUMN selama periode 2012-2014. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi program kemitraan adalah metode non-parametrik Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan menggunakan software Warwick for DEA. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui akses data Laporan tahunan PKBL yang diserahkan oleh masing-masing BUMN kepada Kementrian Negara BUMN.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas program kemitraan menunjukkan hasil rata-rata selama periode penelitian belum adanya tingkat efektivitas pada penyaluran dana Program Kemitraan.. Tingkat efisiensi program kemitraan BUMN 2012-2014 mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2013 dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2014 secara rata-rata. Peningkatan nilai efisiensi dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan atau menurunkan variable input, yaitu dana pembinaan dan biaya operasional, serta variable output yang terdiri dari pendapatan bunga, pendapatan lain-lain, biaya lain, pinjaman kemitran, dan beban pembinaan sesuai nilai target yang direkomendasikan oleh DEA. Kata kunci : efektivitas, efisiensi, program kemitraan BUMN, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan Data Envelopment Analysis.

Abstract

The Influence Perception usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Web Security and Online Banking Information on The Interests of Individuals Using Internet Banking. The  purpose of  this  study was  to  examine the  factors that  affect  the  interests of individuals  using  internet  banking  which  are  perceived  usefulness,  perceived  ease  of  use, perceived web security and online banking information using a modification Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research was conducted in three state-owned banks, namely Mandiri, BNI and BRI located in the town of Sidoarjo by using the survey method. Researchers obtained a sample of 200 customers of Bank Mandiri, BNI and BRI in Sidoarjo who use internet banking which were then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to examine the obtained research data.  Results of  the  analysis for  this  model  indicate that  constructed perception of usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived web security and online banking information strongly influence interest in the use of internet banking. It can be concluded that the interest in using internet banking can be influenced by perceptions of usefulness, perceived ease of use, web security perception, and online banking information. The implications of this study are relevant for the management of the bank to pay attention to returned usability factor, ease of use, web security, and information about online banking in implementing and developing the internet banking system and attracting more customer. ABSTRAK: Pengaruh Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi Keamanan Web, dan Informasi Online Banking Terhadap Minat Individu Menggunakan Internet Banking.

Abstract

Audit yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas fungsi sumber daya manusia serta hambatan dan kelemahan yang dihadapi pada PT. KAI (Persero) Daerah Operasi IV Semarang kemudian memberikan beberapa saran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Data-data yang dijadikan sebagai bahan audit didapatkan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penilaian efektivitas fungsi sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara kriteria, kondisi, penyebab, dan akibat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat sebelas fungsi yang dinilai telah efektif, yaitu perencanaan SDM, rekrutmen, seleksi, orientasi dan penempatan tenaga kerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM, perencanaan dan pengembangan karir, penilaian kinerja, pemberian kompensasi, perlindungan tenaga kerja, pemeliharaan hubungan dengan karyawan, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Seluruh fungsi yang ada dinilai efektif karena telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan aturan dan ketentuan yang ada. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja, maka diberikan beberapa saran dan rekomendasi dalam pencapaian efektivitas fungsi sumber daya manusia di masa yang akan datang.   Kata Kunci : Audit Manajemen, Efektivitas, Fungsi Sumber Daya Manusia
