Abstract

Survey of 400 students from 14 faculties in Universitas Brawijaya. The technique of determining samples using Stratified Random Sampling and determining the number of samples using Slovin formula. Scale used to collect data on variables using Likert scale 7, and to test the validity and reliability of researchers using SPSS 20 fof windows The main purpose is to know how University Context influence on Entrepreneurial Intention through Education on UB students. Results The descriptive analysis in this study showed that University Context variable has mean value 4.74. While the Entrepreneurial Intention variable has a mean value of 5.04, and the Entreprenerial Education variable has a mean of 4.91. In addition, the relationship between variables have significant values that affect each other Keywords : University Context, Entrepreneurial Education, Entrepreneurial Intention ABSTRAK Survei terhadap 400 siswa dari 14 fakultas yang terdapat di universitas Brawijaya. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada variabel menggunakan skala Likert 7, dan untuk menguji validitas dan reabilitas peneliti mengunakan  menggunakan SPSS 20 fof windows. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh University Context terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention melalui Education pada mahasiswa  Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil Analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel University Context memiliki nilai mean 4.74. Sedangkan variabel Entrepreneurial Intention memiliki nilai mean 5.04, dan variabel Entreprenerial Education memiliki nilai mean 4,91. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation (X1), career development (X2) on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously and partially. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 609 employees of PT.Woonam Music. The number of samples taken as many as 86 employees. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing performed. So from the research it can be concluded that (1) the variable of compensation and career development have a significant effect on the variable of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with F count> F table (127.895> 3.11), (2) compensation variable significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a beta coefficient (β) of 0.536, and career development variables significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with beta coefficient (β) of 0.389. Keywords: Compensation, Career Development, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi (X), pengembangan karir (X2) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) secara simultan dan parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Poplasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 609 karyawan PT. Woonam Music, jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 86 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasrakn hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan. Maka dari penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa (1) variabel kompensasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel (127,895 > 3,11), (2) variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,536, dan variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,389. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The purpose of doing this research is to find out the effect of Relationship Marketing Variable toward Customer satisfaction and the impact to Customers Loyalty at Customer’s Saving of Bank Central Asia Cash Office Sawojajar Malang. This research use explanatory research and quantitative approach. Data collection was done with spreading a questionnaires to 116 respondents from customer’s saving of Bank Central Asia Cash Office Sawojajar Malang with minimum age is 20 years old and has been the customer for at least 2 years. The technique sampling is use purposive sampling.  Data analysis that used is descriptive and path analysis. Based of this research showing there is a significant effect between Relationship Marketing (X) to Customer Satisfaction (Z) has a beta coefficient value of 65,% and probability value 0,000 (<0,05). There is a significant effect between Customer Satisfaction (Z) to Customer Loyalty (Y) has a beta coefficient value of 37,8% and probability value 0,000 (<0,05). There is a significant effect between Relationship Marketing (X) to Customer Loyalty (Y) has a beta coefficient value of 41,4% and probability value 0,000 (<0,05). Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty ABSTRAK Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Relationship Marketing terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dan dampaknya pada Loyalitas Nasabah pada nasabah tabungan Bank Central Asia Kantor Kas Sawojajar Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research atau penelitian penjelasan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan  kuesioner pada 116 responden yaitu nasabah tabungan Bank Central Asia Kantor Kas Sawojajar Kota Malang yang berusia minimal 20 tahun, memiliki buku tabungan Bank Central Asia, dan telah menjadi nasabah Bank Central Asia minimal 2 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Relationship Marketing (X) terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah (Z) memiliki nilai koefisien beta sebesar 65,7% dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) . Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Kepuasan Nasabah (Z) terhadap variabel Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) yang memiliki nilai koefisien beta sebesar 37,8% dan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Relationship Marketing (X) terhadap variabel Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) yang memiliki nilai koefisien beta sebesar 41,4% dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 (<0,05). The research aims to (1) describe the influence of the products and word of mouth together against the decision of the purchase, (2) The effect of the attribute product in a partial on the purchasing decision, (3) The effect of word of mouth in a partial on the purchasing decision, (4) variable that's where the powerful dominant against the decision of the purchase. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence intellectual capital to the financial performance. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variabel examined included intellectual capital is created by capital employed (Value Added Capital Employed - VACA), human capital (Value Added Human Capital - VAHU), and structural capital (Structural Capital Value Added - STVA), and financial performance measured by return on assets (ROA). The study population was the property and real estate sub sector companies listed. The sample is this research totalled 34 companies obtained from sampling purposive sampling. This type of data used is an secondary data. The technique of data collection was done with the methods documentation. Analysis of the data used in the form of descriptive, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research finding indicate that the VACA, VAHU, and STVA variables are simultaneously affected on ROA. The finding partially indicate VACA, VAHU, and STVA effest significantly to Return On Assets (ROA). Variabel yang diteliti meliputi intellectual capital yang diciptakan dari penjumlahan capital employed (Value Added Capital Employed - VACA), human capital (Value Added Human Capital - VAHU), dan structural capital (Structural Capital Value Added - STVA), serta financial performance perusahaan, yaitu return on assets (ROA). Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 perusahaan diperoleh dari metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan VACA, VAHU, dan STVA secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa VACA, VAHU, dan STVA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Abstract

This research using the model qualitative descriptive. To research this there are three formulation problems, which are (1) How is the development and destination image change in Pulau Santen? (2) What potential of Pulau Santen have for supporting the halal tourism concept? (3) What an attempt carried out by government of Banyuwangi to promote Pantai Syariah as a new tourism destination in Banyuwangi?. The Sources of data were obtained from interview with an informant, study observation, documents and documentations. Data analysis proses use four staged process, which are data collecting, data reduction, data presentation and inference. The result of this research successfully answering the problem formula. There was a change in a positive image of Pulau Santen which using halal tourism concept. Pulau Santen formerly viewed negative have become one of tourism objects attractive to tourists from various parties. The government Banyuwangi use strategy advertising which using internet as the media. The researchers said that the promotion less effective because not the whole community get promotion and information related to the Pantai Syariah causing doubt for travelers visit those areas. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the tendency of SMEs in Malang City to Business Exit and to know the factors that influence in forming the intention to business exit. This research uses exploratory research with quantitative approach done by using factor analysis technique through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) approach to confirm the construct previously used by the previous researcher. Data collection method used is survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study is the owner of SMEs in Malang with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis prove that there are still differences in understanding of business exit and SME business governance in Malang. That the perpetrators are generally still in a simple stage of understanding the concept of exit. This is possible because the things that are governance are still conventional and not understood as a strategic aspect that can make these efforts become sustain. The result of the analysis also proves that the factors that influence the form of intention to do business exit are innovativeness, proactiveness, risk taking, goal achievement, social status, knowledge of the business, attitude, subjective noun, and perceived behavior control. Keywords : Business Exit, Factor Analysis, SMEs ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecenderungan pelaku UKM di Kota Malang terhadap business exit dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam membentuk intensi terhadap business exit. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian exploratory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik factor analysis melalui pendekatan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) untuk menkonfirmasi konstruk yang sebelumnya telah dipakai oleh peneliti terdahulu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode survei melalui pembagian kuisioner kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik UKM di Kota Malang dengantotal sampel 100 orang responden. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa masih terdapat perbedaan pemahaman mengenai business exit dan tata kelola usaha UKM di Kota Malang. Bahwa para pelaku umumnya masih berada dalam tahapan yang sederhanamengenai pemahaman konsep exit. Hal ini dimungkinkan terjadi karena hal-hal yang bersifat tata kelola masih bersifat konvensional dan belum dipahami sebagai suatu aspek yang stratejik yang dapat menjadikan usaha-usaha tersebut menjadi sustain. Hasil analisis juga membuktikan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam membentuk intensi untuk melakukan business exit yaitu innovativeness, proactiveness, risk taking, goal achievement, social status, knowledge of the business, attitude, subjective noun, dan perceived behavior control. Abstract

Every company is founded in the hope of generating a profit and is expected to survive in the long run. This means it can be assumed that the company will continue to live and is expected to never experience liquidation. At present, there are various economic indicators used to measure performance in business. Bankruptcy prediction analysis on firms using Ohlson (Y-Score) and Altman (Z-score) models as part of corporate bankruptcy prediction indicator which in its calculation requires financial data presented through company financial report. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population used is 18 companies of textile and garment industries period 2014-2016 with the number of samples selected as many as 13 companies. The data used are secondary data and data analysis used is the application of Ohlson Model (Y-Score) and Altman (Z-Score). The application of Altman (Z-Score) model on textile and garment company in 2014-2016 period which is categorized as vulnerable and bankrupt are 11 companies and 2 companies are in healthy category. Meanwhile, based on the application of Ohlson (Y-Score) model in Textile and Garment company in 2014-2016 period, there are 4 companies that are in predicted position of bankruptcy and there are 9 companies that are categorized in healthy condition. Sеdаngkаn bеrdаsаrkаn pеnеrаpаn modеl Ohlson (Y-Scorе) pаdа pеrusаhааn Tеkstil dаn Gаrmеn pеriodе 2014-2016 tеrdаpаt 4 pеrusаhааn yаng bеrаdа dаlаm posisi di prеdiksikаn mеngаlаmi kеbаngkrutаn dаn tеrdаpаt 9 pеrusаhааn yаng di kаtеgorikаn dаlаm kondisi sеhаt. Abstract

This research has purpose to evaluate system and procedure of giving of micro credit and internal control which exist in system and procedure of giving of micro credit in PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Kediri. In this study using descriptive qualitative research type aims to describe the nature of something that is going on at the time of study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews with resource persons. The results of analysis and interpretation of data system and crediting procedures there is a very dominant function in the provision of micro credit at PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Kediri and in terms of archiving important documents still use the services of other companies. The advice given should not make one function become dominant because it will be very burdensome in its performance and preferably in archiving important documents do not use service of other company because will cause loss of document or penglopyan unwanted document by PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Kediri Keywords :  System And Procedure, Micro Credit, Internal Control ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit mikro serta pengendalian intern yang terdapat pada sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit mikro di PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Kediri. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penilitian deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sifat sesuatu yang sedang berlangsung pada saat studi. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil analisa dan interpretasi data sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit terdapat fungsi yang sangat mendominan dalam pemberian kredit mikro pada PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Kediri dan dalam hal pengarsipan dokumen – dokumen penting masih menggunakan jasa perusahaan lain. Saran yang diberikan sebaiknya jangan menjadikan satu fungsi menjadi dominan karena akan sangat memberatkan dalam kinerjanya dan sebaiknya dalam pengarsipan dokumen – dokumen penting jangan menggunakan jasa perusahaan lain karena akan menyebabkan hilangnya dokumen atau pengcopyan dokumen yang tidak diinginkan oleh PT. Bank Jatim Cabang Utama Kediri. Kata Kunci : Sistem Dan Prosedur , Kredit Mikro, Pengendalian Intern

Abstract

One of the forms of special interest tourism that has collected special attention is tour related to sports tourism. Football is one of the most popular tourisms in this world. Football team championship at this time has become one of the most visited tourism attractions by tourists and travelers which also gives benefit to the hosting area of the championship and the football club itself. Currently, football competition in Indonesia is participated many professional teams, one of them is Arema based in Malang. Arema is one of the biggest Indonesian Clubs. This research will analyze the development of sport attraction using SWOT method, strength and weakness analysis from internal side, and also opportunities and thretas analysis from external environment side of Arema as the object of sport tourism. This research uses descriptive method and qualitative approach which has two problems of study, how is the SWOT of Arema as the sport tourism attraction? And how is the formula of the development strategy of Arema as the sport tourism attraction? The result of the research has found Several strength, weakness, threat, opportunities of Arema as the sport tourism attraction and Various future development strategies, especially Arema as the sport tourism attraction. Keywords : Special Interest Tourism, Sport, Football, Arema FC ABSTRAK Salah satu bentuk wisata minat khusus yang telah mengumpulkan perhatian khusus adalah perjalanan yang berhubungan dengan wisata olahraga. Sepakbola merupakan jenis pariwisata even olahraga yang sangat populer didunia. pertandingan tim-tim sepakbola saat ini mulai dijadikan sebagai obyek daya tarik wisata yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan dan pelancong yang dalam kunjunganya tersebut memberikan keuntungan bagi daerah penyelenggara pertandingan dan klub sepakbola itu sendiri. Kompetisi sepakbola Indonesia kini telah diikuti oleh banyak tim-tim professional, salah satunya Arema yang berbasis di Malang Jawa Timur. Arema adalah salah satu klub besar di Indonesia Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengembangan obyek daya tarik wisata olahraga dengan metode SWOT, menganalisis strengths dan weakness dari sisi internal, juga menganalisis opportunities dan threats dari sisi lingkungan eksternal Arema sebagai daya tarik wisata miant khusus sport tourism Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan dua rumusan masalah, yaitu Bagaimana analisis SWOT (kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman) Arema sebagai daya tarik sport tourism? dan bagaimana formulasi strategi pengembangan Arema sebagai daya tarik sport tourism? Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Berbagai potensi kekuatan, kelemahan, ancaman dan peluang Arema sebagai daya tarik sport tourism dan Berbagai Strategi-strategi pengembangan kedepan khususnya Arema sebagai daya tarik sport tourism.
