<![CDATA[Sejahtera stores have difficulty in dealing with the administration because its operation is still manual, i.e. the sale and purchase transactions, preparing reports and other expenditures problems. Thus allow for errors in the calculation of the invoice and the risk of losing documents. It can be harmful if done every day.To resolve the problems then a new system was designed and implemented. The new system was designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) using Microsoft Visio and Power Designer, and implemented using Microsoft SQL Server 2012. The system includes the purchase is process, process of sale transaction, process of making an income statement, making the card stock.The system was created to facilitate the Sejahtera Stores to solve existing problems and to assist in the administration of Sejahtera Store.]]>

<![CDATA[Animasi merupakan salah satu pengolahan citra digital yang membuat sebuah objek tampak bergerak. Animasi terdiri dari kumpulan gambar dengan urutan tertentu pada sebuah timeline yang mengalami perubahan sedikit demi sedikit. Pada teknik animasi klasik atau konvensional untuk membuat sebuah objek tampak bergerak dilakukan penggambaran ulang satu per satu dari gambar semula hingga menjadi gambar akhir yang diinginkan animator sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama.Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membantu mempercepat proses pembuatan animasi dengan memanfaatkan teknik deformasi yang dapat menghasilkan file animasi. Metode deformasi objek gambar yang digunakan adalah Moving Least Square dengan rigid transformation. Selain objek gambar sebagai salah satu input diperlukan juga control point dan line segment untuk menentukan arah deformasi. Perhitungan tidak dilakukan pada semua pixel objek gambar namun berdasarkan grid. Proses dimulai dengan membentuk grid dan dilakukan proses deformasi berdasarkan control point dan line segment. Setelah mendapatkan grid yang baru, dilakukan inverse projective mapping untuk memetakan pixel gambar asli ke tujuan dan juga bilinear interpolation agar hasilnya menjadi smooth. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan Visual Studio 2012 sebagai IDE.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa hasil deformasi dipengaruhi oleh ukuran dari grid, nilai alpha, dan peletakkan control point dan line segment. Kecepatan proses dan kualitas berbanding terbalik terhadap banyaknya titik yang dihitung. Proses deformasi dengan control point memiliki kompleksitas waktu O(n3) sedangkan dengan line segment O(n4). Tidak ada setelan parameter yang pasti untuk dapat menghasilkan hasil yang sesuai. Pengembangan selanjutnya dapat dilakukan deformasi untuk objek 3D.]]>

<![CDATA[Organization X is currently using a manual system to manage the execution of procurement. The system, however, is ineffective to the efficiency and human error in the process of recording and loss of collections. Analyzing this problem, a new application was designed to assist with the workflow in Organization X. The application supports the lifecycle in the library trough circulation, maintenance, and reports. The application is using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 for programming language and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as data storage media. Based on the results of tests performed, the application could launch collection monitoring and manage the opname book. <![CDATA[Saat ini, banyak masyarakat Surabaya yang berpergian baik itu ke kantor atau sekedar jalan â jalan menggunakan alat transportasi umum seperti bus atau bemo. Tidak sedikit pula orang yang merasa kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi rute angkutan umum yang ada di Surabaya.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan itu, penulis merancang sistem informasi pencarian transportasi umum yang ada di Surabaya dengan menggunakan perangkat Android. Aplikasi pencarian informasi transportasi umum menggunakan koneksi Internet untuk berkomunikasi dengan server. Aplikasi pencarian informasi transportsi umum dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini dapat melakukan pencarian nama angkutan berdasarkan lokasi awal dan lokasi tujuan, menampilkan list rute yang dilalui oleh setiap angkutan, menampilkan posisi jalan â jalan yang dilalui oleh angkutan melalui google map dan melakukan perhitungan jarak dari lokasi awal sampai lokasi tujuan.]]>

<![CDATA[Human techniques in manipulating picture are more and more, especially in character recognition. Various types of techniques to manipulate it also has advantages and disadvantages. One technique that is often used is to use artificial neural network. While the recognition technique using the feature extraction is still rarely used.Therefore, an application was made to recognize a feature extraction of capital letters in the image. The technique used is to find the intersection or edge and curvature features from images containing capital letters so that it can be done the recognition of features from such capital letters.Through the test results, has obtained an example of the introduction of the intersection and curvature features stored in the matrix as compared to the basic structure of the letter. Matrix generated from this testing , for some particular font will be quite satisfactory result . But there are still shortcomings in recognizing letters in a font that is not symmetrical.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowdays, registration, journalizing, and creating report system at PT. Lumajang Jaya Sejahtera still use the old methods or traditional way such as document word. Accounting which is doing manually, can enhance the risk of error calculation at creating journal. And regular data storage didnât exist yet, it causes the important data is easy to lose. Based on the background of the problem, accounting information will be designed with system which has been computering so that can decrease the error in calculation. The result which is gotten from application that has been made, are saving lease data, selling data and also supplier-customer data.Before creating the program, must do analyzing company, then proceed with the design of the program. Analysis performed directly on the company concerned. The process of its using software VB.net and SQL server.]]>

<![CDATA[KSU Surya Mandiri adalah Koperasi Serba Usaha yang memfokuskan kerjanya di bidang jasa simpan pinjam. Sistem yang digunakan saat ini adalah sistem manual sehingga lebih menyulitkan bagi orang yang menjalankannya.Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan itu, penulis merancang sistem informasi administrasi untuk koperasi.Sistem yang dirancang penulis yaitu sistem untuk mengolah data simpanan dan pinjaman.DSS atau Decision Support System juga termasuk dalam program untuk membantu mengambil keputusan survei suatu peminjaman.Laporan-laporan yang ditampilkan disesuaikan dengan sistem administrasi akutansi atau SIA yang ada.Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, CodeIgniter dan GroceryCrud sebagai framework, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya.Hasil yang diperoleh dari aplikasi yang telah dibuat antara lain, sistem informasi administrasi yang dapat membantu proses operasional, perhitungan DSS yang membantu pengambilan keputusan, dan menampilkan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh koperasi. Hasil dari pengujian dari pengguna dan kuisioner dapat disimpulkan 96% menjawab bahwa fitur sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari koperasi.Secara keseluruhan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi KSU Surya Mandiri Berbasis Web sudah baik.]]>

<![CDATA[For years, TK Anak Ceria does not have a centralized and organized academic information system. The data is being kept in archives and this situation complicates the school to control the schoolâs work and quality, such as studentâs grades data that are still kept in paper archives, unstructured studentâs data, manually written cash flow transaction and others.Based on that problems, the solution is to make a design and implementation of web based school administration information system on TK Anak Ceria. The system will facilitate the arrangement and data storage for the school administration data, and the schoolâs finance. This administration information constructed using SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005.From the implementation and application setting, it can be concluded that the system is useful enough to be used as school administration information system. However, it also can be concluded that there is a lack of interface design in the report forms.]]>

<![CDATA[Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting di era modern seperti sekarang ini. Hal ini juga berlaku dalam informasi di lingkungan perkuliahan. Pentingnya informasi perkuliahan yang update, dapat dilihat dari banyaknya mahasiswa yang datang untuk melihat informasi perkuliahan yang diikutinya di papan pengumuman setiap harinya.Pada skripsi ini, akan dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi perkuliahan yang update secara realtime. Pemberian informasi perkuliahan tersebut berupa broadcast informasi perkuliahan, upload file, dan share calendar perkuliahan. Selain itu juga ada saling kirim komentar, sehingga dapat langsung bertanya apabila ada yang kurang jelas dari informasi yang diberikan.Aplikasi ini menggunakan Google Cloud Messaging untuk mengirimkan broadcast informasi perkuliahan. Agar broadcast informasi dapat sampai secara realtime dan mudah diakses maka aplikasi ini dibuat pada mobile device berbasis Android, sehingga broadcast informasi akan sampai langsung begitu ada koneksi internet. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini sudah berjalan dengan baik pada mobile device berbasis Android dan memberikan informasi perkuliahan yang update dan realtime.]]>
