Abstract

Brand switching has an internal factor and external factor. Customer dissatisfaction and the desire seeking for variation are examples for internal factor. The need for seeking a variation (variety seeking) and the effect of promotion and price are examples for external factor. Positive perception and love attitude for brand product that had been purchased and used can reflect consumer personality. Statistical test in this research shows that the direct effect of internal and external factors in brand switching has coefficient value 0.283 and statistically significant in α level = 0.05 that show by significant t value 0.000 (smaller than α = 0.05). Meanwhile, the indirect effect of internal and external factors through quality perception is (0.524 x 0.602) = 0.315. The calculation results can show that direct influence of internal and external factors variable is smaller than indirect influence of internal and external factors through quality perception. This results indicate that quality perception variables can be used as intervening variable. It means that quality perception can strengthen (moderating) the relationship between internal and external factors with brand switching, because the students feel that a good smartphone quality perception is in accordance with customer desires and expectations.  Key words: Brand Switching, Internal and External Factor, Quality perception

Abstract

The role of women at this time have a big impact for domestic life, because besides in addition to family income but also can improve the welfare of the family. Therefore increased participation of women working to help the economy. It greatly affects the mothers role in the economic life, other than that the woman also has a dual role, namely as the role of mother and wife in the household and the role of women in work that does not interfere with family life. Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia has always received attention from various parties. One of the components that also affect educational change is the selection of majors. Selection of majors usually done when the learners (students) enter upper secondary education either SMA / MA and SMK. Selection of department at SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari done at the beginning of the new school year.Making the decision support system aims to simplify the committee PSB in the calculation. Methods in making this system using Simple Additive weighting which is one method of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) with a value criterion psychological tests, medical tests, interview English, written tests, math scores, the value of science, the value of Indonesian and value Language Britain from the previous school.Based on the results of testing the quality of the system is obtained an average value of 3.91 which shows the system in both categories, thus helping the committee PSB in determining the direction according to their talents and interests of students.Keyword: Elections Department , Simple Additive weighting , Decision Support System

Abstract

Development of the marketing area greatly affect the effectiveness of the work of all departments. One of the problems of efficiency needed by the Training department to reach all areas of marketing PT. KSI. Training by way of face to face directly, to an area that already has branch offices, is a matter that is not very effective in terms of cost and time. Based on these problems, it is very important to establish a media that can simplify the process of training with the concept of Self Learning. Making interactive multimedia learning media using the model of product development-CAI Computer Assisted Instruction, or Computer Assisted Learning-CAL (Computer Assisted Learning), developed by Luther (in Sutopo, 2003: 32). According Sutopo who found Multimedia development methodology consists of six stages, namely the concept, design, collecting materials, assembly, testing and distribution. The stages are very complete in making computer-based instructional media. Furthermore, the authors apply the Hierarchical Navigation method as implemented into the design of Interactive Training Applications at PT. KSI. From the results, the researchers made a model of training using computer-based interactive multimedia. This training model can improve the cost effectiveness and time for employee training. With the design and implementation of interactive training applications, it can be a good contribution to the PT. KSI. Abstract

Among the many types of mushrooms, which currently has a good prospect is the kind of White Oyster Mushroom (Pleuratus ostreatus sp) which is also called wood fungus, because it grows on media decayed wood or sawdust. Oyster Mushrooms have very high nutrient content and includes food that is safe to be consumed by humans. Desa Manggis Subdistrict Lawang Malang is an area that many people cultivate oyster mushrooms, approximately 2-6 years before only as a laborer. Most people depend on the type of business, business karana is considered particularly help raise revenue than first job as a laborer. In the village of Manggis are 2 partners as coordinator of oyster mushroom farmers cultivating more. Daily average of 1,000 ± able to work with labor baglog 5 to 8 people / day, while the order is very high and limited production. This is because the packing bag log is done manually and also the lack of knowledge about partner management, marketing and accounting. The results of the activities IbM conducted by Tim proposer has provided alternative solutions to some of the problems faced by the partners, including: the provision of appropriate technology ie pressing machine bag logs, training and assistance: the use of production machines, the importance of organizational structure, effective communication, and manufacturing simple bookkeeping. After getting this program, partners are already better than before their training and are expected to develop in parallel with its business and the other oyster mushroom farmers. Abstract

Craft slippers eva sponge widely grown in Malang, one of them in the village Gunungrejo Singosari. In the process of making sandals, there are several issues, including the process of gluing and gluing glue. At this stage of gluing, gluing process with emphasis sponge eva glue between the top, middle, bottom and rope sandals done in a simple / manual so that less precision, less strong adhesive power and take a long time. As the solution of the problems described above, it was designed and created tools for sizing and adhesive glue, along with the increase in workforce skills in the operation of the equipment. Abstract

The accuracy of the study period can be determinant the students to pursued undergraduate degree. The available data indicated that only 30% of students can graduate <5 years, the rest graduate > 5 years and became non-active students. To overcome of low graduation rate is needed the system to determine the relationship between the masters students with study period that taken by the students. The use of data mining techniques in this system is expected to provide insights that were previously hidden in the data warehouse to be valuable information. By utilizing data mining techniques particularly algorithm ID3, then the researchers made an application to find a pattern that can predict the future of a students study period based on the data from students and academic score. The student data, scores, and the study period integrated into the data training. The data training is processed into a decision tree based on the calculation of the gain and entropy. From that tree made a rule that can predict a students study period. From 140 data training and 20 data testing with 6 kinds of attributes input and 2 kinds of target attributes, can be obtained by the accuracy of the ID3 prediction result for 85%, while the error rate prediction results for 15%. Keywords : Optimasi, Jumlah Mahasiswa Asia, Prediks, Induksi Decision Tree

Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to analyze whether Human Resource planning and competence simultaneously affect the performance of employees (2) for Human resource planning and competency as partial effect on employee performance. Based on the researchers previously, the first hypothesis is Human Resource planning and employee competency has simultaneous influence to employee performance proved to be true. This is indicated by F count 66.045 with a 0.000 probability of error of 5% (0,000 Sig) <α (0.05). Determination coefficient value (R Square) or R2 = 0.781 means that Human Resource planning and employee competencies has contribute to employee performance, amounted 0,781, or 78.10%. It is means that human resource planning and competency of employees has a significant influence to performance of the manager, amounted 78.10%, while the remaining 21.90% is the influence of other factors that were not studied. The second hypothesis which states that Human resource planning and employee competency as partial to performance of employees. Regression analysis showed that the variables of planning (X1) obtained t-count 11,345, because t-count > t table is 11.345> 1,98 therefore H0 refused and H1 accepted, meaning planning (X1) effect on employee performance variable (Y), while competence variable (X2) obtained t count 0.490, because t-count <t table is 0.490 <1,98 therefore H0 refused and H1 accepted, it means that competence variable has no effect to employee performance variable (Y). Keywords: Human Resource Planning, Competence Employees, Employee Performance
