Abstract

With many Linux Operating System, automatically many Linux users. From the start of the installation of the Operating System, Linux has 2 modes for zoom (Interface), the TEXT mode and mode GUI (Graphic User Interface). To TEXT mode is usually used for servers that promotes speed and efficiency of hard drive capacity. For GUI mode is used for desktop computers, because it is easy to operate with excellence zoom an image. Based on the above background, it is concluded several issues, among others: 1.Bagaimana how application installation on Linux Ubuntu Server? 2.Bagaimana how to configure Ubuntu Server Linux server remotely? 3Bagaimana how WEB-based DNS server settings on Ubuntu Linux Server? The purpose of the study is as follows: 1.Mempermudah setting up a server without having to be in front of the server machine. 2.Mensetting server does not use the text but using the GUI. 3. Abstract

Perkembangan media penyimpanan pada teknologi komputer saat ini sangat pesat , teknologi ini telah terbukti sangat efektif dan mempermudah segala aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pertukaran data atau informasi.    Informasi yang berbentuk citra umumnya mengandung jumlah data yang besar, baik dilihat dari jumlah pikselnya maupun dari besarnya jumlah bit yang digunakan untuk pengkodean nilai gray-level atau pengkodean nilai warna setiap piksel. Semakin besar ukuran citra semakin besar pula jumlah data yang dikandungnya, sehingga membutuhkan media penyimpanan dengan ukuran memori yang besar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas, salah satu solusinya adalah dengan cara memampatkan atau mengkompres data citra tersebut sehingga memiliki jumlah data lebih kecil  dari jumlah semula dengan tanpa mengurangi isi atau kualitas citra itu sendiri.

Abstract

Scheduling at the College of Information Management and Computer Pradnya Paramita Malang (STIMATA) is a routine that is always done at every turn of the semester. One of the scheduling assistant in the laboratory. Currently scheduling lab assistant in STIMATA is still done manually. Students who wish to register as a lab assistant, must submit a schedule of lectures and lab courses specialization are available. Coordinator / Lab administration then choose which of the candidates for an assistant who register to be placed in the laboratory according to the specialty. However, if the schedule constraints often occur in conjunction with the lab assistant lecture schedule as a student STIMATA. Therefore we need a system that can automatically schedule the deployment assistant fast and easy and can solve problems in the manufacturing schedule. Genetic algorithm is a method often used in the search for the best solution of the many solutions, especially in the case of scheduling. Therefore, it is expected through the facility / application might help solve the problems at the lab assistant schedule preparation STIMATA as a case study in to provide the optimum solution using a genetic algorithm. Abstract

In this study the author focuses on graphic design as a complement output tabular output for a recapitulation applications sales selling PT. XYZ. This is consistent with the goals of PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that is developing, for that needed output as parameter manager within retrieve decisions development marketing area. Besides also there another destination namely simplify monitoring achievement mostly sales. Design of output in the application recapitulation sales salesman is based on direct observation and interviews with relevant parties. Abstract

STMIK Pradnya Paramitha (STIMATA) is one of the private universities in the city of Malang. In mid-2008 , STIMATA campus occupies a new building that is on the road Admiral Adi Sucipto . Quite a lot of people who do not know exactly where the location of the new campus Stimata , especially those residing outside the city of Malang . One reason is the location of the campus is located quite far from the center of the city of Malang.Of these problems , solutions that can be applied is to develop an application on a mobile device that can be a signpost on Stimata campus locations . The application can be put on the official website Stimata so it can be downloaded by anyone who wants to know the location of the campus Stimata easily . Manufacturing applications such directions would be more attractive and easier to use if built using Augmented Reality technology.This study aims to build and develop applications on mobile devices by utilizing Augmented Reality technology that can be used as a pointing device for its direction . Applications will be implemented on a device built Android smartphone operating system . In operation this application uses GPS coordinates to two points , the coordinates of the location coordinates of the user and Stimata campus , while the implementation of Augmented Reality technology on the application will be used Mixare engine . Abstract

Student Identity Card (KTM) currently more widely used than as identification of any student, but the KTM development is expected to be used as a tool that has many functions, such as cards such as campus computer labs and perhaps as a payment card as an ATM card. Utilization KTM to access the on-campus facilities such as computers in the lab can be done by adding lines of code on the card and the barcode sensor which is used as input devices to capture lines of code. The catch line of code is then processed by using software control system switches off the personal computer on which is then used to turn on and off the computer at the laboratory according to a predetermined time. Switch on-off control system is not only a personal computer in the form of software, but also comprises a control computer and the relay driver circuit in charge of moving the switch on off personal computers. To integrate the computer controlling the relay driver circuit, used card PPI (Pheripheral Programable Interface) as interface 8255. Abstract

Abstrack: Breast cancer is expressed as dread disease for women in the world. Citra mammography is the image that can be used as a tool to detect keberdaan disease. The existence of the disease indicated in the characteristics of the object kanker breast tumors which appear in the image of mammography. In peper was presented algorithm segmentation morphologi with the process of opening and closing for the detection of breast tumors that appear in the image of mammography. Abstract

Android technology development is very fast these days , people used to support activities in various fields , one of them in the field of sports . To maintain the condition of your body to stay healthy in the midst of a solid activity , some people take the time and costs more to exercise in the fitness center . But they often feel bored because there is always exercising indoors , it makes some people choose sports that can provide fun , lively sports are cycling a few years.In the fitness center , the user can exercise bike burn calories by looking at the calories spent on the tool , because by looking at the results of the sports activities we can evaluate how adaptable our sport . With the issues that needed applications that can help people to still be able to evaluate and monitor their cycling activities such as speed , mileage , travel time , and calories burned on the go . Android is a rapidly evolving technology that today, almost all mobile products now have the android operating system , and many are using this technology . Burned calorie counter application is based on android that can be used anytime and anywhere they are cycling, so as to save costs.The results of this study are expected to be more motivated people to live more healthy by exercising , people can evaluate their cycling activities whenever they are cycling , also exercising with a happy heart because it is supported by android technology that they have. Keywords : calories burned, android, application, sport bike

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a system of Java language dictionary online. Programming languages used are PHP, and MySql database system to perform data manipulation process. The results achieved are getting the equivalent word from Indonesian to the Java language with a category All, Krama Inggil (the language of the Alus in the Java language), Krama (the language is in the Java language), or Ngoko (the most abusive language in the Java language ). The results of the product is in the form of a web-based dictionary that can be implemented in the Internet network. Equipped with facilities for web administrator to add vocabulary.
