Abstract

The idea of examination and health evaluation with the use of telecommunications network software development is increasingly rising, due to advances in the field of multimedia, imaging, computer, information and telecommunication systems one of which is telemedicine. Along with advances in computer technology and digital systems at present, the development of telemedicine is growing. Medical equipment can produce digital images directly, but it also can convert video images into digital images. Now, the use of telemedicine is very widespread until now applied in the United States, Greece, Israel, Japan, Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Jordan, India, and Malaysia. In Indonesia, the development of telemedicine technology is hindered due to lack of infrastructure and information technology services owned inadequate. Abstract

Advances in communications technology is growing very rapidly, especially mobile communication technology. In addition to the hardware technology continues to evolve, technology software applications are also progressing very rapidly. One form of the advancement of mobile communication technology and the growing popular today are Java-based applications on mobile phones using J2ME (Java 2 Micro Edition).The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement an application program on mobile games using J2ME, so it can apply the application that is the result of a game development on mobile phones so that the resulting game interesting. Abstract

In the normal course, a teacher can not teach that sometimes does not give the info first. Either directly to the field of teaching, students are appointed as class representative, or attach the previous announcement. Regardless of the reason for the absence of a lecturer during teaching hours, either because of forgetting or any unforeseen events, it is necessary that certain information about the status of lecturers coming, both to the campus or to students in real time. If we notice, communication devices that are the most portable and almost everyone has a cell phone or who is often called by mobile phone. This communication tool we can use to communicate verbally (call) with others, send short messages (SMS), multimedia messaging (MMS), internet access (GPRS), and even capable of streaming video directly (3G). Of some features of the mobile phone, the most frequently used feature is the SMS facility. This may be due to the ease of use and more importantly because of its economic value. Abstract

This study aims to build a sound intensity measuring instrument (noise), which is equipped with the tools perakaman recording data so that data can be processed if necessary. This research was completed with the descriptive approach, which describes the process of making the sound intensity measuring instrument (noise)-based computer. The data obtained were analyzed by correlation of the variables obtained. To calibrate the intensity of sound measured in dB and the output measure in binary form. Abstract

Electronic Learning (E-Elarning), especially Web-based learning or intelligent tutorial system has yielded information about the interaction between students and the system. This information is stored in a database in the form of a web log. Within a certain period it will be a large amount of information. From the collection of large amounts of data that can be explored using data mining methods to generate new patterns that can be useful for improving the effectiveness of computer-based learning process. This paper will discuss how data mining can be utilized to improve the effectiveness of computer-based learning process. In its application the data will be processed in three stages: the collection, transformation, and analysis. Abstract

Multiple inheritance is the ability of the class to provide more of a super class. Multiple inheritance in a programming language to support a program to be structured as a collection of inheritance lattice of a collection of inheritance tree. Multiple inheritance recognized to be an important structuring tool. It is as well as the recognition that multiple inheritance is a fairly difficult / complex in a programming language, is difficult to implement, and costly to run. Abstract

E-store template is a simple sales systems that run the web based online. E-store is almost the same as e-commers who have been circulating on the internet but the e-store is more simple and suitable for businessmen who developed the business. While the template is one of the web system to facilitate maintenance of the web itself. Based on observations at the web address (site), which operates in the same field, most of the web address of the web has not set prices affordable by the community. Abstract

The need for access to data across the network has now become one of the primary needs PT. Indonesian Tobacco.Purposes of data access can be realized if the company has a public IP functioned to access internal applications, vpn and cctv. The problem occurs because the public IP obtained from the internet provider is dynamic (always changing) so the impact on the configuration of the client-side gateway.the method that implemented is to change the public IP address to a fixed domain, the domain used is a domain that is free with no-ip.org with address iticmalang.no-ip.org. Abstract

Java Media Framework is a multimedia application program used to enter data audio and video media into a java application player. This multimedia application serves as an audio player and video player. With a java-based multimedia applications, computer users can easily play and use these applications with multi-operating system, not just the windows operating system, but also support other operating systems such as rheumatic pain. Therefore, computer users have no difficulty in running multimedia applications based on the java media framework. Multimedia player application makes it easy for the users computer as a media player audio and video applications as well as useful in the IT world for the java programmers to manipulate within the range of multimedia applications. From the results obtained that the player java application makes it easy for Java programmers to be able to develop a java program framework. Abstract

Expert System is an Artificial Intelligent system that combines a database with niferensi system. Expert systems can be implemented into various areas of agriculture one of the study aims to create a system that represents a specialist in identifying diseases of horticultural crops as well as control measures based on physical characteristics of plants. The expert system is expected to help farmers in pest control so that crop failure due to pests can be minimized. The design of Expert System draws from existing systems and data used are already using data from experts, is intended for the validity of the diagnosis.The software for this expert system designed by using Borland Delphi 7.0 programming Windows-based, as adapted to the changing times. Besides, it is also easier for the operator to operate the application, because basically the way the operation using the Windows operating system.
