Abstract

Decision support system is a system that can help the Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives in making decisions with the ability to determine the quality of cooperatives using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), in which each criterion in this case the alternative assessment factors compared with one others so as to provide the output intensity value priorities that result in a system that provides an assessment of each cooperative in metro cities. This decision support system to the selection of each cooperative. With a selection value then it is useful to facilitate decision making on issues related to the tender auction, so we get the most viable cooperatives to serve as a quality cooperative. Abstract

In this paper we try explore artificial intelligent approach to detect poultry desease caused by virus. We built a web based expert system application to help veterinarian diagnose poultry whether infected by virus or not. In this work we utilize expert system to decide what kind of virus or desesase detected. Our work demonstrates that our expert system algorithm quite good eventhough the menu structure is quite simple. Application was built with PHP on windows platform since PHP considered as widely used tool for developing web technology programming. The system has also some advantages such as fast, eliminate data redundant, and accurate in deciding kid of virus detected. Keywords : artificial intelligent, virus, poultry.

Abstract

Nowadays, many wireless transmission media have been used. Laser can be used as one of data media transmition. Laser can work on the spectrum of 620 nm – 750 nm.  The choosing of electronic component responding time determines data transmission process, both the distance and speed of data transmission. The electronic components chosen in this research are those with responding time measured in ordo nano second and the data communication protocol uses C. In the research, there is a negative correlation between the speed and distance of data transmission. The average farthest distance observed in the research was 313 m with the transmission speed of 9,600 bps. Keywords: protocol, wireless transmission

Abstract

Based on directly observation in Central Library Lampung Province, it seen that the service for visitor particularly in departement of book circulation, book processing and procurement, and book maintenance are still done manually. Futhermore, it probably causing some problems, for instance, when visitor need some information, library staff can make mistake and the service is not fast. The alternative solution to solve this problem is the utilization of information technology in particular implementing database that base on computer to fullfill user or visitor need. By using server side program on Microsoft Windows System Operation, web base interface, sorting method, and search engine are hoped able to reduce the mistake and make user or visitor able to search the information about the book easly.  Keyword : Search Engine, Katalog Buku, Online

Abstract

Logic holds an important role in Computer Academic  is used as a basic for programming language, Data Base, Artificial Intelligent, Software Engineering, and etc. It can  be concluded that if we want to learn about computer, so it will be connected to logic. Logic is one of knowledge which can’t stand alone. It can be used to evaluate and organize the structure of arguments and statements which are collected from the study of the argument and formal system effect to daily human language. Quantifier is a sentence that conatains that quantity of expression involved eg existing objects, all, some, not all, and others. Quantifier consists of two forms Universal Quantifier and Existensial Quantifier. Universal Quantifier has the word -  a word that implies a general and comprehensive while Existensial Quantifier have words – words that contain some sprecial meaning. Domain of quantifier interpretation is very important to determine the type of quantifier which would be used and affect its symbol. Abstract

The process of tax revenue, and the Department of Revenue Lampung province is managed by two sub-sections namely kasi kasi taxes and levies. In managing data and tax revenue, there are problems that the admission process is only recorded in the receipt book so that the administrative difficulties in merekap report every day / month which allow for human error (human error) in the process perekapannya. To improve performance in data processing taxes and levies are necessary computer tools with software designed specifically for the sake of it. With this system the problems related to data processing tax revenues and levies can be resolved. These programs facilitate the search and the lawyer's input data related to the data receipts taxes and levies, as well as facilitate in making the report, so that the information provided relating to such data can be better. With the creation of data processing applications taxes and levies on the Department of Revenue issues related to taxes and levies can be solved by good and does not affect the reporting. Abstract

IBI Darmajaya has several times held a tracer study. However, because the tracer study was done independently in each department, then it’s aspects vary greatly according to the interests of each department. Tracer studies also can not be used as a representing IBI Darmajaya’s graduates overall. This study presents an instrument by applying a tracer study in charging mobile application. Mobile application is built using the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) as a content applications. The results of this study was obtained by a mobile software application that makes it easy for IBI Darmajaya’s graduates to fill out questionnaires of tracer study without experiencing barriers of distance and time.Keywords: Mobile Application, Tracer Study

Abstract

Generally, earthquake is measured with a seismometer, a device which is also known as seismograph  that works based on  detection of seismic wave in earth’s crust.  This research designs and implements an earthquake detection using frequency modulation method based on personal computer.  The research results a system and simulation. Simulation shows that in a normal condition the strength carrier is 2,5 % and before the earthquake occurred, the strength carrier is 55%. Frequency modulation method can be implemented  to detect earthquake by building some measurement stations at several   places.Keyword : earthquake, frequency modulation, seismograph

Abstract

The organization sustainability at banking industry is a good coordinate and relationship between all units around there. One of them is availability office writing tools which request to support their work. Office writing tools need quickly available from storage unit to distribute automatically to all unit around it. Integration system absolutely needs to improve the later system that cannot support availability office writing tools so quickly. The later system done by manual system that fills a blank form request then gives to the storage unit. Storage unit will check availability office writing tools that their request then gives back to the unit who request. This process have done to all unit who request office writing tools, so it can be make a long time needed that can be bad influence of working performance at this organization. Abstract

Puskesmas is the nearest place for people to check their health, on the other hand they are also have a duty to submit a report of activities that occur in health centers periodically to the health department. As one of the efforts to achieve these objectives, the need to build a system that can help the health center in the outpatient record data and generate reports. The system is built using multiuser technology that runs in a network of Local Area Network (LAN) architecture client / server applications are expected to be directly obtained information on the medical record in a relatively short time and can be has periodically. Data collection instrument using desk research, interviews, and documentation. While the software to build applications using MS. Visual Basic 6.0, MS. SQL Database server 2000 and crystal report 8.5. From the development of this system obtained a health information system with client / server architecture, so that the application can be run by multiple users at the same time.Keywords: information systems, health
