Abstract

The increase in unit cost of BOS in the year 2009 is significant evidence of government commitment in carrying out the mandate of the Constitution regarding the 20% budget for education. The commitment of this government must also be followed by increased government commitment and community participation in monitoring programs and funding. Based on this, the in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is required by the school principal and the school treasurer. It is necessary to an understanding of Microsoft Office that includes: Ms Excel. The aim is for school principals and treasurers to process data based computer applications in accounting / finance, especially financial management BOS to BOS with the orderly administration implemented, transparent, accountable, efficient, timely, and avoid deviations. Abstract

Nowadays, many wireless transmission media have been used. Laser can be used as one of data media transmition. Laser can work on the spectrum of 620 nm – 750 nm.  The choosing of electronic component responding time determines data transmission process, both the distance and speed of data transmission. The electronic components chosen in this research are those with responding time measured in ordo nano second and the data communication protocol uses C. In the research, there is a negative correlation between the speed and distance of data transmission. The average farthest distance observed in the research was 313 m with the transmission speed of 9,600 bps. Keywords: protocol, wireless transmission

Abstract

Lampung province has development activity orienting on source potential in the agricultural sector mainly food crops. Yield estimation of food crops is one of the things crucial problems in the agricultural sector, because of the farmers' lack of knowledge about the bountiful harvest, and climate change big impact on the yield of food crops. Then it was needed to be developed modeling to prediction system of food crops by data mining, with Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) which expected will give information and can use by the farmer and industrial food crops. On classification, progress attributes that use there is the temperature (°C), humidity (%), rainfall (mm), photoperiodicity (hour), and production result (ton) as a class attribute. The data of research that getting there are climate data and yield of food crops by data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) from 2010 to 2017 at Lampung Province. Data of food crops used in this research there are paddy, maize, and soybean. The research results about the average accuracy of modeling that development using the 10-fold cross-validation method, that had an accuracy value of 72.78% and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) there is 0.438.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to developed modeling to prediction system of food crops by data mining, with Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), which expected will give information and can use by the farmer and industrial food crops. Methods: On classification, progress attributes that use there is the temperature (°C), humidity (%), rainfall (mm), photoperiodicity (hour), and production result (ton) as a class attribute. Abstract

Geographical Information System technology (GIS) uses a document database (JSON) as an object that can be applied to geographic information systems using object data in the group of women farmers (KWT) in Lampung Province. The distribution of KWT in Lampung Province can be done using a geographic information system. The use of relational databases can be replaced by using the document database as a database on the distribution of KWT in Lampung Province. There are 3 data markers for example KWT in Lampung province using google maps. By using a JSON document as a document database as an object it is possible to serve as a geographic information system database.

Abstract

Abstrack - PT. PLN (Persero) Sektor Pengendalian Pembangkitan Bandar Lampung has powerhouse unit that produces B3 waste (hazardous and toxic substance). This company has a job to keep the environment from production impact that was produced by managing B3 waste that was created by every single powerhouse unit. K3L sector office staff and LK2 powerhouse unit staff face difficulties in doing the data reporting process and monitoring of B3 waste that is done by directly visiting sector office and powerhouse unit due to the distance that should be taken is quire far and takes a long time. The purpose of this final project is to create a web-based B3 waste data reporting and monitoring application to ease the reporting process and monitoring B3 waste data. The method that is used in this final project is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the stages of requirement planning, user design, construction and cutover. Keywords - application, B3 waste, monitoring, reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan membandingkan kinerja fungsi kernel algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) pada klasifikasi penyakit tanaman padi. Fungsi kernel yang dibandingkan adalah : linear, polinomial, RBF, dan sigmoid. Tahapan penelitian: 1) Pengumpulan data penyakit tanaman padi, 2) Melakukan data embedding, 3) Pembagian data testing dan training yang dikelompokkan dalam beberapa perbandingan yaitu: 60%:40%, 70%:30%, 80%:20%, dan 90%:10%, 4) Evaluasi menggunakan matrik konfusi, untuk mendapatkan nilai akurasi, presisi, dan recall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai akurasi tertinggi 89% pada fungsi kernel linear untuk komposisi data 70%:30% dan polinomial untuk komposisi data 80%:20%. Nilai akurasi terendah pada fungsi kernel RBF dengan komposisi data training dan testing 80%:20% dan 90%:10% senilai 38%. Presisi terbaik pada fungsi kernel linear 90% untuk komposisi data 70%:30%. Nilai presisi terendah pada fungsi kernel RBF dengan komposisi data training dan testing 80%:20% senilai 41%. Untuk recall terbaik 89% pada fungsi kernel linear untuk komposisi data 60%:40%, 70%:30%, dan 80%:20%. Nilai recall terendah pada fungsi kernel RBF dengan komposisi data training dan testing 80%:20% dan 90%:10% senilai 38%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SVM dengan fungsi kernel linier memberikan hasil yang baik untuk klasifikasi penyakit tanaman padi.

The Application Academic Information System based WAP is very needed in order to implement Information Technology into Teaching-Learning Process in University. By Using Emulator WAP as aid-equipment for simulating Academic Information System, will result an optimum output in developing Information System based WAP.
