Abstract

The development of information technology has been absolutely used by various institutions and organizations. Library on SMP St. Louis is a unit that serves the students, and have a lot of activity such as borrowing books, serve the creation of a membership card, manage the available data books and every transaction that occurs in the library. For it will be built the library information system at SMP St. Louis. This system was developed by FAST method. The results of this study are Informs library system that manages the data in the library. Given this system will simplify the management of the library. Additionally this system will provide services to students to more easily get information about books in a library. With the existence of the library information system then reports all activity in the Library, as well as information about the existence of the book easy to navigate.  Keywords: FAST, Information System, library

Abstract

Violation of school rules is often done by the students, among others, the increasingly widespread irregularities norms of religious and social life which is manifested in the form of lack of respect for teachers, less disciplined with time and did not heed the order and regulations of the school, and others. This study builds a decision-making system sanctioning the violation of discipline that has the ability to analyze where each of the criteria in this regard and alternative assessment factors. In this case the students who violate the rules will be sanctioned or point giving priority output intensity value that results in a system that provides an assessment of the student. This decision support system to help make an assessment of each student, to change the criteria and point value changes. It is useful to facilitate decision-making on issues related to discipline. Applications that are created can be used to assist in data processing violations of school discipline, especially the violation of students at SMK PGRI I kedondong the District Kedondong Pesawaran District Lampung Province, and can simplify and accelerate data processing, the student disciplinary violations. With the decision support system is expected to relevant officials would have no difficulty in determining the student who commits an offense (indiscipline) school and for students who violate Rather, they will be sanctioned or point.Keywords: SPK, Violation, Discipline.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture Planning is a method used to build an information architecture. Literally Enterprise Architecture Planning or EAP is a method of data quality planning approach that is oriented to business needs and how the implementation of the architecture is done in such a way in an effort to support the business wheel rotation and the achievement of mission information systems and organizations. Basically EAP is not designing the business and its architecture, but it defines the business needs and architecture. In EAP, architecture describes the data, applications and technologies needed to support the organizations business. SMA Negeri I Sukoharjo, as one of the providers of secondary education, also did not escape the need to define business needs and information architecture so that the direction of organizational development policy strategy can be well planned. this research is expected to SMP Negeri 1 Sukoharjo can have a good blueprint architectur enterprise and can be used as a proposal material to develop the information system, that is by building Enterprise Architectur Planning by using Zachman Framework which will produce a roadmap implementation of information system that is structured. Keywords:  Enterprise Architecture Planning, Zachman Framework, system, and roadmap.

Abstract

Vending machine is one of hardware that the system was build using an object oriented approach. Almost half of human job related with it, then the development system of automatic machine getting fast to adapt human needed nowdays.Visual Modeling is the process of taking the information from the model and displaying it graphically using standar set of graphical elements. The standard is vital to realizing one of the benefits of visual modeling: communication. Communication between users, developers, analysts, testers, managers and anyone else involved with a project is the primary purpose of  visual modeling. We can use Unified Modeling Language when make visual modeling. UML is industry-standard modeling notation for object-oriented system, and is the premiere platform rapid application development. One of the primary advantages of the object-oriented modeling is the ability  to build components once and then use them over and over again. We can reuse a basic piece of object-oriented design code in desired system.All in all, visual modeling make easy in implementing software of vending machine those it can increase work time efficiency in developing a vending machine system especially, and generally fulfill human need nowdays. Keyword : Vending Machine, Unified Modelling Language

Abstract

Smart Building System is an application system that is a combination of technology and services devoted to the home or building environment with specific functions aimed at improving the efficiency, comfort and security penghuninya.Berdasarkan it in this study designed and made prototype automation system on building arduino web server. This system serves to monitor temperature, humidity, voltage detection and electrical current, fire detection, rain intensity detection, smoke detection, earthquake detection, flood detection, and movement detection if there are people who infiltrated the house or building. It also integrates with the electrical devices used to monitor and control the lights associated with a relay, and to move the servo that serves as a fence-opening and closing device. The Arduino Web Server is comprised of a combination of arduino uno and Ethernet shield, acting as an embedded web server that acts as both an overall monitoring and controller of the system. The system as a whole can be accessed anytime and anywhere through computers and smartphones in realtime using the browser. This system will also provide the latest information in realtime in case of unwanted things through Twitter and Facebook. Keywords: smart building, smart city, web server, arduino

Abstract

In accordance with Indonesian Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on Policy & National Strategy for Development of E-Government. In order to realize the implementation of a strong bureaucracy, professional, effective, productive in providing excellent service to the community is one of the objectives of good governance at the local government, especially in North Lampung Local Government. To achieve these goals, it is necessary to develop systems of management and work process and utilize services that use information and communication technology (ICT) is appropriate. Information technology infrastructure is a foundation that will support the entire information system which will provide IT services to the organization, so it needs an infrastructure planning. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that will be used as reference in designing the information technology infrastructure in North Lampung Local Government. The results of this study are: (1) From the result of design using TOGAF ADM candidate obtained 28 new applications are proposed to be developed in North Lampung Local Government. (2) Generate a fiber optic connection to the rest of SKPD connected to the metro-LAN or Metro Area Network (MAN). (3) Generate the concept of "Advanced Catalog" and PTSP online in support of public services. (4) The results of the analysis of applications and technology gap seen anywhere made the turn, maintained or integrated into the new system. Abstract

Diabetes or can be called with diabetes or blood sugar disease is a disease that is hard to cure but can be controlled blood sugar levels. This causes people with diabetes is increasing every year. This study aims to determine which algorithm that has the best classification accuracy, so that it can be used to assist in classifying whether a person has diabetes or not. The data used is the Pima Indians Diabetes dataset obtained from the UCI machine learning. Processing of data mining is divided into two stages, namely stage of data preprocessing and feature selection. Results of the research that has been done, C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy of 73.82% and increased to 74.87%, subsequent to the selection of attributes. While naïve Bayes has an accuracy rate of 76.30% and increased to 77.47%. The end result of this research is naïve bayes algorithm is better than C4.5 algorithms because it has a better accuracy rateKeyword: C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Diabetes

Adira Quantum Dumai branch is a business entity serving the community in the field of credit services that aim to meet the needs and desires of the community quickly which helps the consumer to have high-quality goods through fixed installment facility and affordable. But the company Adira Quantum branch Dumai this time not all runs smoothly and professionally because there are some problems in the process of data management, including in decision-making is often the incompatibility of the customer who gets the credit in accordance with the value of the criteria and the weights are determined by the company, the length of the submission of reports decision to the head of the company and customer information to make the decision-making process than the prospective customer credit beneficiary. Abstract

Acceptance of New Learners (PPDB) is an important process to attract new students according to the criteria and characteristics of the school. PPDB needs to be implemented in an objective, transparent, accountable and non-discriminatory because it concerns the public interest, that is education. Following the current technological advances, PPDB has been held online. With the online PPDB is expected to provide solutions to parents of students for the realization of PPDB is transparent, accountable and not discriminatory. By using the online PPDB system PPDB results can be seen by anyone and anywhere. In addition, with the online PPDB will provide convenience in the registration process and the selection process because registration and selection process can be done and viewed anywhere so prospective students or parents will be easier to register.This study aims to provide recommendations to parents in the implementation of PPDB junior high school in order to facilitate parents in determining the choice of schools in accordance with the circumstances of prospective students. In this study, the authors use the Naïve Bayes method and K-Nearest Neighbor which is the method used when determining the selection of schools in the process of acceptance of online PPDB. Naive Bayes will provide the school choice recommendation with the greatest probability of the calculation whereas K-NN sees the closeness of the data to the data of trying and the closest data to be used to provide recommendations to prospective students or parents / guardians. The steps of determining the probability of Bayes is to calculate the probability of a certain domicile, the origin of a particular school, again, the achievement of the data of student tryouts received at each junior high school SMP Negeri 1- SMP Negeri 10 which then the highest probability will be taken as a recommendation. While in K-NN use Euclidean distance equation to calculate distance data to data trying and take data closest to data trying as a recommendation.Keywords: PPDB, K-NN, Naive Bayes
