Abstract

TB disease is one of the contributors to the highest cause of death in Indonesia, this is because of late handling, late handling will be avoided if it can be done early detection of TB disease, this research tries to make alternatives that can be used for early detection TB disease. Case-Based Reasoning has been widely applied in various artificial intelligence, both in the form of expert systems and decision-making systems that help decision makers to make informed decisions. The use of CBR to diagnose illness has also been done by some previous researchers. Case-Based Reasoning works by studying previous cases collected in a General Knowledge that will be comparable with the new case, Case-Based Reasoning has four stages: Retrieve, Reuse, Revise and Retain, this is a very powerful way to create an expert system created into a learner engine, which automatically adds or revives knowledge automatically into the general knowledge. Expected by the implementation of Case-Based Reasoning in this system can help decision makers in this case early detection of TB disease, this sample was chosen because the number of sufferers of this disease is quite large in Indonesia. Keywords: Case-Based Reasoning, Profile Matching, Expert System, TBC

Abstract

Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is the latest method in object recognition which is the development of Multilayer Percepton (MLP). CNN has a special layer of convolution layer and layer max pooling to process feature training hierarchically from data, with spatial data inputting. As a method of handwriting recognition method, CNN method is the best compared to method or similar model at this time. Therefore the CNN method is used in this research, for the recognition of Lontara script handwriting character. Using the CNN M8 model and TensorFlow open-source library for Lontara script image data training. After that made simple android interface as a medium of input Lontara script write hand through canvas for performance evaluation. From the test results obtained accuracy of up to 90%, by testing as many as 30 forms of Lontara.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat membuat institusi pendidikan harus dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat, kebutuhan akan informasi yang update tidak mengenal waktu dan tempat. Perpustakaan sebagai unit pelayanan teknis disebuah perguruan tinggi, sangat penting untuk menyediakan informasi untuk proses belajar mengajar. Proses pendaftaran mahasiswa menjadi anggota perpustakaan dilakukan dengan memasukkan data mahasiswa ke dalam sistem informasi perperpustakaan. Proses pemasukkan data mahasiswa kedalam database perpustakaan akan mengakibatkan terjadinya duplikat data, antar data mahasiswa pada database sistem informasi perpustakaan dengan database sistem informasi akademik.  Sistem informasi akademik merupakan layanan untuk mengelola semua data-data akademik, termasuk data mahasiswa yang ada di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Selain itu data mahasiswa yang tersebar rawan terhadap perbedaan data, apabila disalah satu database dilakukan update status akademik mahasiswa sedangkan di database lain tidak. Karena hanya mahasiswa dengan status akademik aktif saja yang dapat melakukan transaksi peminjaman buku. Web service memungkinkan terjadinya pertukaran data dapat menangani masalah tersebut, data mahasiswa dan status akademik mahasiswa di perpustakaan akan diambil langsung dari database sumber sistem informasi akademik dengan teknologi REST.  Selain itu, banyaknya mahasiswa yang terlambat mengembalikan buku, karena beberapa mahasiswa beralasan masih menggunakannya atau menghilangkannya. Hal ini, tentu akan mempengaruhi jumlah koleksi buku dan kondisi buku. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem informasi yang dapat mengingatkan waktu pengembalian buku dan melakukan perpajangan waktu peminjaman.

Abstract

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is the instrument used to manage and process certain activities which are able to be followed, controlled, ensured, and actualized so that the performance is implemented. KPI of each department is one of the benchmarks to know the quality of a university. This program is used to provide solutions for considering the KPI of each department in order to be implemented quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it does not require a long time and can be done anywhere.In this research, this application was built by using Waterfall method as the software development method including 5 stages: planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. In addition, the programming language used in this research was PHP and HTML. Moreover, the website display used in this research was CSS. Besides, the database used in this research was MySql with Notepad ++. Furthermore, the tool and editor used in this research were Notepad ++ and XAMPP. The result of this research generated the website-based application for KPI in the Informatics and Business Institute Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. The advantage of this application was providing convenience in considering KPI of each department, particularly for the head of each department as the user. Keywords: Key Performance Indicators of Department, Waterfall, Website

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik (SISKA) merupakan salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berupa layanan perangkat lunak dalam dunia pendidikan termasuk didalamnya proses informasi akademik yang dirancang oleh perguruan tinggi IIB Darmajaya. Standar COBIT 5 digunakan karena merupakan  panduan paling lengkap dari praktik – praktik didalam manajemen TI dikarenakan COBIT 5 memiliki kompromi yang cukup baik dalam keluasan cakupan pengelolaan dan kedetailan proses – prosesnya. Capability level performance pada penilaian user berada pada  level 3 yaitu Established Process, dan capability level expectasy berada pada  level 4 yaitu Predictable Process. Sedangkan capability level performance dan expectasy pada penilaian manajemen berada pada level 4 yaitu Predictable Process. Dengan adanya jarak kesenjangan antara capability level performance dengan capability level expectasy diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat meningkatkan kembali layanan teknologi informasi agar mencapai target yang diinginkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop decision support system in determining the selection of the best hijab mode among teenagers in Pematangsiantar city. The research data is sourced from a questionnaire quiz in the form of a questionnaire of 100 teenagers. The alternatives used are 3 hijab modes and 7 criteria as the best hijab modes assessment among Pematangsiantar city adolescents, ie price criteria (C1), material (C2), size (C3), motif (C4), quality (C5), color (C6 ) and face shape (C7). The research used MFEP (Multi Factor Evaluation Process) method. This developed system shows that the best hijab mode that teenagers use for everyday life is Square Four. With this system, adolescents can choose the best hijab mode that can be used daily in a more objective way.

Abstract

Health is a very important thing since it affects daily activities. If we have health disturbance, we certainly do not like it. One of these disturbances is skin disease. When we want to identify skin disease we usually visit a doctor. However, we sometimes find a problem in handling this skin disease identification which may be influenced by the high cost of visiting doctor. Because of this reason, an expert application system is needed as consultation assistance to replace doctor’s role in giving solution toward problems related to skin disease.This study uses Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method, of which CBR is one of knowledge based approach methods to study and solve problems according to problem experience in the past to be stored in a system called case-based. In this case, there are 44 different symptoms and 14 kinds of skin diseases. The management of data similarity uses attributive value with the closest margin. These values are calculated by using Nearest Neighbor method in order to find out the highest similarity value among existing 14 old cases. In accordance with the input result from the existing case example it shows that the result of manual calculation and system calculation are the same. This system can assist in diagnosing kinds of skin disease by taking conclusion obtained from the highest similarity value from the existing cases based on some symptoms which are input by the users (patient), and the system can also give solution in handling the problems. Keyword: Skin Disease, CBR, Nearest Neighbor

Abstract

Abstract - Currently in the world of network is being focused on computer network system, the dangerous and dangerous things from within the network itself. It requires techniques to secure the resources available in computer networks by using Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) or intrusion detection systems, using an intruder detection system that enables preventive network and information systems (IPS) or backharming systems that will prevent intruder. In this research applied Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) as detection and prevention system when intruders on computer network server, using Snort as rule based as alert to do security on computer network. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) implemented on Linux operating systems and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) will be implemented with firewalls or iptables. From this research, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) system testing and response time analysis with 3 models of TCP flood attack, UDP Flood, and ICMP Flood. Results issued by the IDS system with 1 client and 2 clients simultaneously perform an attack that produces the same alert accuracy value with an average value of 99.98%. The average value of response time obtained from credit with 1 client is 0.53 seconds and when using 2 clients get an average value of 0.32 seconds. So in conclusion when an intruder detection system (IDS) is shared with 1 client or 2 client performs an attack, the system is able to detect well and produce the same performance in detecting attacks from 1 or more clients. And the results of the intruder deterrent testing system (IPS) is able to block Internet Protocol (IP) by filtering the attacker IP well.Keywords - Computer Network Security, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Snort, IP Tables.

Abstract

Data Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2014 jumlah tindak kriminalitas pencurian kendaraan bermotor sebanding dengan laju perkembangan jumlah pengguna kendaraan bermotor. Tindak kriminal pencurian ini adalah salah satu permasalahan sosial yang cukup mengkhawatirkan dan perlu di tangani dengan serius. Permasalahan sistem keamanan pada penelitian sebelumnya masih ada celah bagi pencuri, karena pencuri masih bisa menghidupkan kendaraan bermotor dan masih bisa membawanya. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membuat sistem keamanan mobil dengan Authentication Access Control, sehingga mobil tidak dapat dihidupkan tanpa seizin pemilik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengurangi tindak kejahatan pencurian mobil dengan membuat aplikasi sistem keamanan mobil menggunakan Quick Response Code sebagai Authentication Access Control berbasis Android. Pembuatan aplikasi dengan menggunakan software MIT App Inventor 2. Pengujian aplikasi dengan menguji spesifikasi fungsional dari perangkat lunak menggunakan metode black box testing.  Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sistem keamanan mobil berbasis android (SIMMOBA).

Abstract

Redistribusi protokol routing saat ini sering dijumpai dibanyak kasus seperti penggabungan dua perusahaan atau ketika jaringan internal didalam satu Autonomous System (AS) ingin terhubung dengan internet yang terdiri dari ribuan AS yang berbeda. Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) adalah salah satu protokol routing Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) yang paling banyak digunakan, sementara Border Gateway Protokol (BGP) merupakan satu-satunya protokol routing yang digunakan di internet. Salah satu kekurangan BGP yaitu memiliki waktu konvergensi yang paling lambat dibanding yang lain [8]. Oleh sebab itu banyak penelitian dilakukan agar dapat mengurangi waktu konvergensi BGP diantaranya adalah dengan pengaturan keepalive dan hold time BGP. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi redsitribusi protokol routing OSPF dan BGP dengan mengatur nilai keepalive dan hold time BGP untuk menghasilkan waktu konvergensi yang cepat. Nilai optimal keepalive dan hold time pada penelitian ini adalah 30 detik untuk hold time dan 10 detik untuk keepalive yang menghasilkan rata-rata waktu konvergensi 28.86 detik yang lebih cepat dibanding penelitian sebelumnya [2].
