Abstract

In general, traffic control has been using traffic lights regulator. Use of Traffic Light has the disadvantage of setting the vehicle is not based on the real-time condition of the number of cars but by time .Utilization of digital image processing technology can be applied to the traffic light system is to detect the number of vehicles on each side of the road . The detection number of vehicles using edge detection is a way to detect the density of vehicles. This method is an object filtering method to retrieve information about the edges of objects in the form of binary data. While to produce a long time to be provided on each side of the traffic light then use fuzzy logic to the Min-Max method, as a parameter which is based on a comparison of solid vehicle of each side of the road.The results obtained, namely the amount of time lights of traffic light at each segment based intensiveness of vehicles, the solid vehicle, the green light lit up time is getting longer.keyword: Digital image processing, edge detection, fuzzy logic, real-time, traffic light.

Abstract

STISIPOL DHARMA WACANA evaluate the performance of qualified lecturers and have good skills useful for the determination of the subjects that are taught each semester. Constraints faced is a the lack of system specifically to provide support for the Head of Department at the Department of Public Administration in the decision making. In addition, the supporting data is needed as a basis for decision making comes from part or another agency that the decision making process takes a long time. Based on these constraints, required a method for determining the course lecturer uses a method that is technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria in determining lecturer in the DHARMA STISIPOL Discourse is the assessment of the Department, BAAK, and a questionnaire from students. This research resulted in Decision Support system as recommendations for decision makers determining lecturer membuthkan subjects so that not a long time.Keywords: Decision Support, TOPSIS, Lecturer Course

Abstract

Aktifitas penelitian mahasiswa dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan dan mutu pendidikan di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan maka perlu berkembang dan bervariasinya tema penelitian, sehingga tidak monoton pada masalah tertentu saja. Banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa yang mengajukan judul tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan praktik membuka peluang data yang serupa, penjiplakan laporan tugas akhir, skripsi dan laporan kerja praktik serta kesulitan dalam menentukan pembimbing yang sesuai. Abstract

Higher Education is an institution whose main activity is conducting teaching and learning activities. This main activity can be done well if supported by the administration that is orderly and run well too. One of the most important administrative activities is in the management of student college payments (Student Payment). During this time the process of paying college students conducted without involving students and guardians of students to participate actively in the system. This resulted in many students experiencing late payment and impact on unilateral leave or students who then went out or moved to other universities.  This research will try to make an application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the form of student payment to bring universities, students and guardians as entities that have the same role in the system. The expected result is this application can help the college in maintaining good relationships with students or guardians as customers/partners who have a big role in the progress of college. Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human mindset called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. This research uses the method of inference of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system in determining the placement of midwife of the non permanent employee. Where to get the output is done stages The establishment of the Fuzzy set, Application function implication, Composition rule, and affirmation (Defuzzyfikasi). A non-permanent midwife is a midwife who is not a civil servant, appointed by an authorized official to carry out the task in the course of implementing a government program. Software development method in this application using Waterfall method with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. This application aims to assist the Dinas Kesehatan in selecting prospective midwives of nonpermanent employees. Abstract

Refill of electronic phone credit is a method to do an electronic phone credit transaction to a hand phone number through electronic. The refill of phone credit through an electronic can be done by sending short messages using short message service (SMS) technology. The message will be sent with the format determined by the phone credit server. Every phone credit server has a different format or operator code. The seller (user) has to memorize specific codes so that it is apt to making errorssuch as in inputting the operator code or the amount of phone credit inputted is not correct. The application design used the development of software waterfall and Blackbox testing as the testing method. The phases done at the waterfall method are analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application has several advantages such as platform used was based on android. Another advantage was the integration of other facilities in this application. Besides as an application of phone credit application, there was useful information like phone credit information, phone credit transaction information and also daily or weekly phone credit information can be obtained easily. Users can select the available content menu in the application such as phone credit menu, balance ticket or change the pin without having to type the manual format such as having to memorize the code of each operator, so the level of errors in this case human error can also be minimized.Keywords:Phone Credit Transaction, Android, Waterfall.

Abstract

Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics has the main task that covers the planning, procurement, management, maintenance and security infrastructure in the IBI Darmajaya. This bureau has been utilize the information technology, especially in the Logistics Section already has an application that is designed specifically to facilitate the work that is associated with procurement. It is not quite ideal, given the complexity of the existing work in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics. Integration and sharing of data between relevant section in the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics can not be done well. The method in this study used 5 stages of ADM TOGAF in the process of planning the development of this information system. Based on the results of the implementation of the TOGAF ADM framework, information systems architecture consisting of 19 proposals generated application that will be used to support the work of the Bureau of Asset Management and Logistics IBI Darmajaya. The results of this research is a blueprint for asset management information system and the integrated logistics so we expect that the resulting of information system to facilitate the implementation of existing business processes and meet the different needs in that area.Keywords: Asset Management , Integration , Data Sharing , TOGAF ADM

Abstract

Academic Information System Management that is not managed properly will result in low quality of service, low levels of customer satisfaction / student, so it can affect the level of stakeholder confidence in the institutions. The foregoing can be addressed by monitoring / evaluation periodically the implementation SIAKAD. With the monitoring of the implementation process SIAKAD expected to improve any shortcomings and weaknesses of the current system become better and in accordance with business objectives institutions. Methods used are the stages of auditing information systems, namely : Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting, Follow-up. Tool use is Framework COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) issued by ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association). Based on the result of the calculation on any IT processes contained in the domain of Planning and Organization (PO) and Delivery and Support (DS) normally located at level 3 (defined process), so that the whole IT can achieve the level of desired doneness (expected maturity level) in level 4 (manage) then all procedures required in each process should be met. To achieve level 4 (manage) then each IT process must have a written standard procedures and communicated to all parties involved in the academic information system, that is to the managers and users of the system. Such procedures should be documented and updated periodically. From the results of the gap between the maturity level of IT governance is now at a level of maturity to be achieved, it is known in the domain PO and DS priority repairs done at the PO7 (managing IT human resources).Keywords: Audit, Information Systems, COBIT 4.1

Abstract

Genetic algorithms are search algorithms based on natural selection mechanisms and natural genetics. Initially genetics is used as the algorithm for searching the optimal parameters. But in its development, genetic algorithms can be applied to various other problems such as learning, forecasting, searching for the shortest path and so on. Genetic algorithm is widely used in the field of soft computing to obtain optimal parameter values on neural networks as well as fuzzy systems (Suyanto, 2011). Optimization and search techniques based on genetic principles are called genetic algorithms. The genetic algorithm allows a population of many individuals to evolve based on certain selection rules to the maximum fitness state (minimal cost function). Genetic algorithm is one solution that can be used in solving the problem of scheduling the course. The genetic algorithm is based on the mechanisms of natural selection known as biological evolutionary processes such as natural selection, crossover and mutation. Application of this algorithm will save time and cost incurred by the parties.Keywords: genetic algorithm, scheduling, soft computing
