Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of lecturers in Informatics and Business Institute Darmajaya. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the compensation effect on the performance of lecturers. The experiment was conducted in the environment Darmajaya Informatics and Business Institute. The number of samples is 79 respondents. Data collection techniques using direct interviews with a questionnaire listing guidelines. The analysis technique used is the classic asusmsi test, whereas hypothesis testing using binary regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis of binary, it can be concluded that the financial compensation variables with regression coefficient of 0.001 with significance level of 0.277, at 95% statistically significant effect on the performance of lecturers and Business Informatics Institute Darmajaya. Variable non-financial compensation with the regression coefficient of 0.809 with significance level of 0.035, at 95% confidence level was not statistically affect the performance of lecturers and Business Informatics Institute Darmajaya.Keyword : Non-financial compensation, financial compensation, performance of lecturers.

Abstract

PT. Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) is the company that moves on gardening side and packaging pineapples that located in Raya Menggala Street KM. 77 Terbanggi Besar, Center Lampung. Every company have the aim, one of them is the increasing creativity on working. By the goal from the company itself, so the company always tries to be better in order to the aim of the company will be reach. I used method of library research and filed research to help my analysis and arrange system information of data training employee in order to can help organization on doing their job with easily process. The result of this research is the application program that help employee on doing the schedule of training, personal data of training, and the score of training, searching of data, moreover serving the reports like the report schedule of training, the participant form of training, personal data of training, and the result of evaluation (score) of training, report data parting and report module of training.   Keyword: Training, Information

Abstract

The Acer Laptop got the market share decreasing significantly as 1,6%. This decreasing is a problem together with increasing of HP and Toshiba indentify the brands in Acer market share. The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of quality and price simultaneously and partially toward the Aspire 4752 type Acer Laptop at Sepang Jaya societies ward of Kedaton District Bandar Lampung. The research hypothesis is predicted that there is an influence significantly between quality and price simultaneously and partially toward consumers’ purchasing decision. The research result showed regression correlation Y= 12,645 + 0,126 X1 + 0,151 X2 is obtained too R square value is 12,6 %. While the rest is 87,4 % is influenced by other factors out from observed factors. Based on the simultaneous test (F test) that is F count variable and price simultaneously have a significant influence toward purchasing decision. Based on partial (t test) is obtained t count of quality variable is 2,976 is bigger than t table is 1,661 and price variable is obtained t count 1,559 is less than t table is 1,661, so Ho is received and Ha is rejected, it means that price variable partially has a significant influence toward the Aspire 4752 type Acer Laptop at Sepang Jaya Ward societies of Kedaton District Bandar Lampung.Keywords : Quality, Price and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

E-KTP program is now running in Bandar Lampung, the plan passes the E-KTP program was completed until April 2012 but until now many people have not implemented E-KTP program in their respective districts. Due to the administrative services in the district less than the maximum because the equipment is broken scanner, the Internet is often "crash" for hours cause the target of one unit of computer equipment reached 108 but only 70 reached the point that the process of creation of e-ID cards and the equipment stops just one for 90,000 people and things this is the "hot" because of their work time lost while waiting in line for too long in the district. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of public satisfaction index and determine the manufacture of standard operating procedures (SOPs) on E-KT program in each district as Bandar Lampung. Results from Tanjung Senang district to have the unit with the highest performance is Very Good with quality service and value IKM A 97.475. While Sukabumi district performing unit with the lowest predicate is Not Good with quality service and value IKM C 46.525. While the other 11 districts have a performance unit with the predicate B Good with quality of service and value that varies SMEs. While the results of SOP as a standard set of norms and allow members of the public and individuals know how the level of service expected/desired; standard focuses on the core and critical tasks that must be shown on the actual situation and in accordance with local conditions; standards improve efficiency and lead to resource utilization better power; standards improve staff utilization, staff motivation and standards can be used to assess the practical aspects of both the ground state and the post-basic education and training. Keyword : Community Satisfaction Index, Standard Operating Procedures, E-KTP Program

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a small business from the people who have contributed to economic growth through job creation and multiflier effect. Since 1997, SMEs have become one of the businesses that can save the country from economic crisis. In line with the contribution and economic savior is the government through regulatory policies to encourage SMEs to stabilize the economy. Related to Higher Education policies and service programs to encourage small and medium enterprises then, Sinar Alam one of SMEs engaged in the processing craft gemstone (bungur) managed for generations. This business is located in the village of the district of Tanjung star Srikaton South Lampung Lampung Province. This activity aims to: (1) the empowerment of the community and business partners in order to increase the motivation of entrepreneurs; (2) improve the understanding of the partner business planning and business management; (3) improve the ability of human resources in the production and marketing techniques; and (4) develop entrepreneurial networking Natural Light to support the development of creative economy. The results of this activity are: (1) increasing entrepreneurship group of SMEs; 2) miningkatnya ability groups in business planning (business plan); 3) increasing the ability of a business group Sinar Alam in conducting business operations; 4) increasing network (networking) business cooperation; and 5) business group Sinar Alam models serve as a model entrepreneur development of SMEs groups based society empowerment.Keywords: training, coaching, mentoring, industry, handicrafts

Abstract

Lecturer is one of the essential components of a system in higher education. Lecturers have a role, duties and responsibilities in realizing the goal of national education. So that the lecturer is the most important component in the college. The main task is Tridarma college lecturers are arranged in standard faculty workload. career systems lecturer in private universities is not only contained in the Acts regulations No. 14 2015 on teachers and lecturers. professional development of lecturers through functional or academic position, while career development in a structural position of secretary courses starting up the post of rector. For private colleges in the determination of structural positions is done without seeing the competency of a person to be served, but it generally is someone who has an emotional connection, meaning not based on seniority, rank, and functional academics. Based on this, we need a system of career paths / career path for lecturers in a structural position to be more focused and measurable so that governance and academic atmosphere in the college better. KEYWORDS: Competence Lecturer, Lecturer Performance, Promotions Department.

Abstract

Tim pengabdi melihat sebuah urgensi dimana diperlukan pendampingan serta pengarahan guna kemandirian bagi anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen guna menghasilkan sumber dana secara mandiri. Kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan serta mengolah sampah atau limbah yang masih bisa di daur ulang maupun yang tidak dapat didaur ulang menjadi sumber dana untuk mendukung kemandirian anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen dengan membentuk Bank Sampah. Metode yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota aktif HIMA Manajemen tentang sampah dan sistem pengelolaan Bank Sampah dengan tahapan kegiatan antara lain : Pada tahapan pra-pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menjalin kemitraan dengan HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya. Tahap Pelaksanaan: Program yang dilakukan selama periode PKM dengan bermitra kepada HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya, yaitu: pertama, penyuluhan mengenai Bank Sampah. Kedua, pendampingan pembetukan kepengurusan Bank Sampah IIB Darmajaya. Ketiga, Pendampingan administrasi dan keuangan Bank Sampah. Keempat Pemaparan matrei mengenai pemanfaatan E-Commerce sebagai media penjualan online. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah terbentuknya Bank sampah bagi  HIMA Manajemen IIB Darmajaya. Bank Sampah sangat berperan sebagai dropping point bagi produsen untuk produk dan kemasan produk yang masa pakainya telah usai sehingga sebagian tanggung jawab pemerintah dalam pengelolaan sampah juga menjadi tanggungjawab pelaku usaha sehingga dapat menyelesaikan masalah sampah secara terintegrasi dan menyeluruh sehingga tujuan akhir kebijakan Pengelolaan Sampah Indonesia dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Bandar Lampung dan Lampung Selatan Darmajaya oleh Dosen Darmajaya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalau peningkatan pengetahuan serta keterampilan terkait digital marketing, total quality management dan laporan keuangan. Target dari pengabdian yaitu untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui website, meningkatkan mutu produk agar mampu bersaing dan meningkatkan kemampuan pembukuan. Kegiatan ini dihadiri UMKM dari Serikat Saudagar Nasional (SSN) yang berasal dari kota bandar lampung 45 orang, dan UMKM dari desa jati lampung selatan 15 orang. Metode pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu pertama Presentasi paparan terkait motivasi, kedua keterampilan memasukkan produk ke web dan ketiga membangun instrument peningkatan mutu. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dari tanggal 18-20 Desember 2021. Hasil Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan ada tambahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan melalui teori dan praktek UMKM terkait digital marketing menjadi 85%, Total Quality Management 80%, dan HPP menjadi 83%. Hasil realisasi pengetahun terlihat pada meningkatnya pemasaran produk yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan website jatiindahstore.com dan lampungberdaya.ac.id.Abstract: The community service carried out in Bandar Lampung and South Lampung Darmajaya by Darmajaya lecturers aims to increase competitiveness through increasing knowledge and skills related to digital marketing, total quality management and financial reports. The target of the service is to increase sales through the website, improve product quality to be able to compete and improve bookkeeping skills. This activity was attended by 45 people from the National Merchant Union (SSN) from the Bandar Lampung city, and 15 SMEs from the Jati Lampung village in the south. This service method is divided into three parts: firstly, presentation of exposure related to motivation, secondly skills in entering products on the web and thirdly building quality improvement instruments. This activity took place from 18-20 December 2021. The results of community service carried out showed that there was additional knowledge and skills through MSME theory and practice related to digital marketing to 85%, Total Quality Management 80%, and HPP to 83%. The results of the realization of knowledge can be seen in the increase in product marketing carried out using the Jatiindahstore.com and Lampungberdaya.ac.id websites.

Abstract

Self Efficacy needed to encourage employees to believe in his ability in the objectives andexpected results. Self Efficacy high and motivation of employees play a role in improving theperformance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy andmotivation to work simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at the DepartmentEditors Getting Unit Editor and Reporter at PT. Present Mandiri (Daily Lampung). To determine theinfluence of independent variables on the dependent variable partially, t test was used. Whereas todetermine the effect of simultaneous independent variables on the dependent variable used F testsample used in this study were 32 respondents.
