Abstract

Form of partnership relations between universities and industry has become a necessity for allparties. Moreover talk about results that must be prepared by a college for graduates. With theestablishment of the relationship expected such an activity that needed each other and mutuallybeneficial. Through the co-op of DIKTI, STIENU Jepara has conducted activities partnershipwith company partner. The purpose of this research is to know implementation successprogram co-op ( cooperative academic education ) DIKTI in creating a partnership betweenDUDI and college (Studies of Co-op Programs at STIENU Jepara). Scope directed in thisresearch is research is descriptive qualitative, with respondents research is a student programparticipants co-op, colleges and UMKM partners program co-op STIENU Jepara, and as ayardstick success gainful partnership were the feedback systems between DUDI and collegesand student participants. The result of this research is the implementation of the program coopDIKTI received by STIENU Jepara very positive impact, good for students direct program, asof an offender lecturers as a mentor, the agency that accommodates as well as for the companyor UMKM partners program. Where via this program could raise soffskill of all the offenderwhether in respect to increase expertise, responsibility and corporateness.Keywords: The Co-op Program, Partnership college and DUDI

Abstract

Developing of small scale industry depends not only on the government policies but also the industrialist, it is the ability of the industrialist to compete their products (quality and quantity). So, the industrialist of the small scale industry have to follow the concrete steps to endure the existence of their business. One of the small and intermediate scale industry is Brodir Industry. Brodir industry has special characteristic, because it is the Indonesian culture which always exists consistency. Brodir belongs to consumer’s goods. It is shopping goods that belong to heterogeneous shopping goods, because the characteristic is more important than price aspect for the consumers. In other words, the consumers have different perceptions about the qualities and attributes. So, developing of Brodir craftsmen have to considers the relevancy between the craftsmen needs and the program carried out. Key Words: Craftsmen, Developing.

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to test the effect of individual characteristic, job characteristic, and job of situation characteristic to level of job satisfaction official employee. This study uses the entire population of the official employee CV. Karya Pemuda Semarang obtained 104 people. The data analysis technique used is linear regression. Results of research refer that the individual characteristic, job characteristic, and job of situation characteristic have an influence positive to level of job satisfaction official employee.Keyword: Individual characteristic, Job characteristic, and Job of situation characteristic,

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan pekerjaan karakteristik situasi untuk tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan resmi. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi CV PNS. Karya Pemuda Semarang diperoleh 104 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear. Hasil penelitian merujuk bahwa karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan pekerjaan karakteristik situasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan resmi.Kata kunci: Individu karakteristik, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan Ayub karakteristik situasi,

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of customer service competence to service quality, technical competence influence on product quality, influence the quality of service and product quality to repurchase intension of customers on Haekal Tech workshop. The research sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive random sampling method. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linearregression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant impact the customer service competence on the service quality, technical competence on product quality, and the quality of service and product quality to repurchase intention. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the the relationship between participation in budget making and managing performance. Results obtained from these studies have been done was not consistent and there was a contradition between one researcher to another. This study provides empirical evidence about the effect of publicness on the relation between participation in budget makingand managing performance in universities and hospitals both public and private. So that the budget can serve as a control, when compiling the budget should be noted that the parties involved in preparing the budget. One is that managers are directly responsible for managing performance in a public or private organizations. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. In this study, sample criteria are the managers who are at level two in their respective institutions. In the 70 private sector organizations and the public sector is 50. From the results of the study concluded that there are significant relationship between participation publicness in budget making and managing performance. Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of work stress on performance with social support as a moderating variable in the study Mover Team Empowerment and Family Welfare (TP PKK) Rembang. This research uses the entire population of the members of Team Empowerment and Family Welfare Driving Rembang year period 2010 - 2015 as many as 58 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results of research refer that the work stress have an influence negative not significantto performance TP PKK Rembang, while work stress have an influence positive sifnificant to performance when moderated by social support.Keyword: work stress, social support, and performance
