Abstract

Unemployment (including unemployment educated) give a negative impact to the community and economy of the State. So that negative impacts do not occur, then the necessary action to resolve them. Many government policies have been published and one of them is the implementation of Concept Based Curriculum in college. Institutions of higher education as an operator in the implementation of Competency Based Curriculum. But it is still a bit that has done it. Among those who turned out to be not implemented fully. A limited resource constraints. So the government gives grants based Curriculum Competition began in 2013. If the Competency-Based Curriculum concept can be implemented in full and by all higher education institutions in Indonesia, the increase in the number of educated unemployed can be resolved. Therefore, implementation of the concept of curriculum-based curriculum in higher education institutions is a form of concrete role of higher education in addressing the increasing number of educated unemployment is very important. Keywords: Unemployment, Competency-Based Curriculum, Higher Education

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Return on Asset (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS), Inventory Turnover (ITO), dan Price to Book Value (PBV) terhadap return saham. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam Indeks Saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2004 sampai dengan 2006. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengujian dilakukan dengan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Current Ratio (CR), Earning per Share (EPS), dan Price to Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan variabel Debt Ratio (DR), Return on Asset (ROA), dan Inventory Turnover (ITO) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel rasio keuangan mampu mempengaruhi return saham sebesar 23%, sedangkan 77% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian.Keyword: Current Ratio, Debt Ratio, Return on Asset, Earning per Share, Inventory Turnover, dan Price to Book Value, return saham.

Abstract

AbstractThe maximization of customer satisfaction nowadays cannot be fulfill only by price strategy and product quality. Some new approaches can be implemented as a solution. One of these approaches is Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM used by company to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by giving easier information accessibility and create a new relationship which is more intense and more personal, also to build customer’s trust through added more services to the customer. This idea is well-applied because it supported by information technology which can help in storing and classifying the information (data warehousing), or to track and get the data in details:economic, demography, lifestyle, physiography, and more interactive elements of the customer. Commonly, if CRM is well-applied, the information (data) of customer interaction will be recorded in details. Hence, this approach will assist the company in developing more ideas in order to give products and services which are more suitable to the customer’s needs, and the most important is to fulfill the customer’s satisfaction.Key word: Customer Relationship Management, customers satisfaction, customers loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential map that expected to give the direction for development program policy in Gunem District. The method used in this study is regional approach with SWOT analysis. The result of the study show that Gunem has potential commodities of corns, mangoes,banans and cows. Based on socio-cultural potency, Gunem has large population. In economic, there are many businesses in the form of home industries. The human resources potency shows that Gunem society has high motivation to reach education and large amount of productive labor. The development program is carried out to improve the productivity of commodities, able to suppress the population growth, suport the business development, and the program is oriented in increasing society’s knowledge and skill that support to be advanced intelligent and skilled people. Key words: development planning and program, SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Abstract The proportion of local revenue (PAD), Rembang against budget on average over three years from 2005 to 2007 was low, amounting to 6.79%. Thus, Rembang dependence on central government is still very large which is reflected in the amount of fund balance averaged over the three years 2005- 2007 amounted to 88.66%. In the year 2007 Apex district budget deficit, so we need alternative measures to reduce the level of deficit and dependence on the center include: policies to increase local revenue and spending policies are more selective with based on performance.Keyword: Regional Shopping Revenue Budget, Rembang District

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to test the efficiency of capital markets and the Single Index Model in Indonesia, related to the an- nouncement of fuel price rise on May 24, 2008. The sample in this study as many as ten stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and actively traded on 10 (ten) days before and 10 (ten) days after the announcement of fuel price rise on May 24, 2008, or by a window period of 21 days. The results showed that in the event that the announcement of fuel price increases announced by the government on May 24, 2008 are no differences in average abnormal return of between 10 (ten) days before and 10 (ten) days after the announcement. In periods of negative abnormal return ob- servations occurred before the announcement of fuel price increases, which means there have been leaks of informa- tion, where the issue of fuel price increases have been in- formed by the previous government. This shows that the In- donesian capital market is not efficient in this case. The study also found that the SIM does not apply to the period of obser- vation, because of the variability of the beta is not followed by the variability of stock returns or in other words there is no linear relationship between beta and returnKey Word: Efficiency of capital markets, Single Index Model

Abstract

Form of partnership relations between universities and industry has become a necessity for allparties. Moreover talk about results that must be prepared by a college for graduates. With theestablishment of the relationship expected such an activity that needed each other and mutuallybeneficial. Through the co-op of DIKTI, STIENU Jepara has conducted activities partnershipwith company partner. The purpose of this research is to know implementation successprogram co-op ( cooperative academic education ) DIKTI in creating a partnership betweenDUDI and college (Studies of Co-op Programs at STIENU Jepara). Scope directed in thisresearch is research is descriptive qualitative, with respondents research is a student programparticipants co-op, colleges and UMKM partners program co-op STIENU Jepara, and as ayardstick success gainful partnership were the feedback systems between DUDI and collegesand student participants. The result of this research is the implementation of the program coopDIKTI received by STIENU Jepara very positive impact, good for students direct program, asof an offender lecturers as a mentor, the agency that accommodates as well as for the companyor UMKM partners program. Abstract

Abstract In order to achieve accountability and transparency, the au- dit function is very essential. The audit results will provide feedback to all parties related to the company or organiza- tion. Audit opinion is not received a positive response be- cause of the possibility of behavioral deviation by an auditor in the audit process. Dysfunctional behavior includes audi- tors Underreporting of time, premature sign-off (PMSO) and Altering/replacing of the audit procedure. This behavior is caused by the locus of control (locus of control), personal performance level of employees, the desire to stop working, self-esteem in terms of ambition, and commitment to the organization. To overcome the impact of this behavior should KAP strict supervision of all auditors, and improve commu- nication within the audit team.Keyword: Dysfunctional behavior auditors, Audit quality

Abstract

AbstractThe main goal of performance assessment is to motivateemployees in achieving Company’s goal and to obey the behavioralstandard in order to produce actions and resultsneeded. The performance assessment system chosen bycompany, in general, is only related to financial perspective.In this globalization era recently, financial benchmark is nolonger appropriate to asses Company’s performance becauseof their lack of information. Based on BalanceScorecard approach, the executive financial performancemust reflect the performance in satisfying the customerneeds, productive internal business process and cost effective,with/out the development of productive and committedemployees. Further, Balance Scorecard will analyze throughthose four key areas to assist traditional accounting assessmentin order to evaluate the successful of the company anddetermine the company’s direction. The perspective areaswhich include in Balance Scorecard are financial, customersatisfaction, internal business process and learning and development.The Balance Scorecard combination of the fourperspectives mentioned above, will assist the managers inorder to distinguish all relations which drive to the developmentof decision making and problem solving in the company.Key word: balanced scorecard, performance.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of financial performance and firm size to firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. Sample in this research is the firm of manufacture which enlist in Indonesia Stock Exchange from periode 2008 to 2010, obtained sample is 28 sample with 84 observation. The data analysis used is regression analysis moderation. Results of research refer that the financial performance have an influence on positive to firm value and the size have an influence to firm value. CSR is not able to strengthen relation the financial performance with firm value, but able to strengthen relations firm size with firm value. While GCG able to strengthen relation the financial performance and firm size with firm value.  Keyword:    Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, firm size, firm value, financial performance
