Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential map that expected to give the direction for development program policy in Gunem District. The method used in this study is regional approach with SWOT analysis. The result of the study show that Gunem has potential commodities of corns, mangoes,banans and cows. Based on socio-cultural potency, Gunem has large population. In economic, there are many businesses in the form of home industries. The human resources potency shows that Gunem society has high motivation to reach education and large amount of productive labor. The development program is carried out to improve the productivity of commodities, able to suppress the population growth, suport the business development, and the program is oriented in increasing society’s knowledge and skill that support to be advanced intelligent and skilled people. Key words: development planning and program, SWOT analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of financial performance and firm size to firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. Sample in this research is the firm of manufacture which enlist in Indonesia Stock Exchange from periode 2008 to 2010, obtained sample is 28 sample with 84 observation. The data analysis used is regression analysis moderation. Results of research refer that the financial performance have an influence on positive to firm value and the size have an influence to firm value. CSR is not able to strengthen relation the financial performance with firm value, but able to strengthen relations firm size with firm value. While GCG able to strengthen relation the financial performance and firm size with firm value.  Keyword:    Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, firm size, firm value, financial performance

Abstract

AbstractContingency theory arose in response to a universal approach which states that the optimal control design was acceptable to all regulatory and company. System contingency form an unbroken circle of implications and affect each other. Contingency factor is determined by the managers decision, and the factors - other factors determined in accordance with the external conditions. Organizations choose Diman market there is competition and strategy is done. One of the difficulties in studying Management Control Systems is the presence of ambiguity and contradictions in defining the control system. Abstract

Applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) , required the selection criteria and alternatives , and calculate the weight of a survey questionnaire to decision-makers or users of the system in a place / location associated with the object to be careful . After that , test the consistency necessary to test the validity of the results obtained , and define alternative with the greatest weight as an option . Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) is able to analyze the selection criteria so as to produce the best ranking in a decision support system determination of employment options . Expert choise is a software that can be used to implement the AHP method . After doing the calculations manually and detail , obtained scores of weight composite PT " A " is greater than the other option , which is 0.3222054 This means, aggregation / combined value of all criteria (Salary , Career , Facilities , Working Environment ) , PT " A " is in first place , followed by PT " D " PT " C " and PT " B " . Based on the criteria weights are implemented through Expert choise , obtained a job selection priority : PT " A " 33.1 % ; PT " D " 28.4 % ; PT " C " 19.8 % ; PT " B " 18.7 %, Because the consistency ratio ( CR ) is 0.01798 , which is ≤ 0.1 the calculation of Consistent.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Decision Support Systems, specify job options, Expert choise

Abstract

The research aims to test the effect of managemet development, working environment, and communication to employee performance. This research uses the entire population of the SMP Negeri 2 Kaliori as many as 37 people. Results of reserach refer that the managemet development have an influence positive but not significant to employee performance, while the working environment and the communication have an influence positive significant to employee performance. In addition, the results also refer that managemet development, work environment and communication have an influence positive significant together to employee performance.Key word: Managemet development, working environment, communication, employeeperformance

Abstract

Abstrak Komposisi Komposisi Dari Penelitian Suami Adalah UNTUK menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap biaya kos terbenam guru Yang dikelola Kecerdasan emosional. POPULASI Penelitian Suami sejumlah 243 responden Yang merupakan guru TK di Distrik Apex. Yang Data terkumpul dianalisis DENGAN menggunakan alat analisis regresi dioperasikan melalui SPSS. Hasil Penelitian bahwa menunjukkan inisial Efek positif Yang signifikan Pelatihan Terhadap biaya kos terbenam karyawan, Yang berarti, Pelatihan Yang Lebih Baik Dari biaya kos terbenam karyawan JUGA akan Lebih Baik. Emosional hati intelijen Penelitian Suami Terbukti Menjadi Efek positif Yang signifikan Terhadap biaya kos terbenam karyawan, Yang berarti Semakin Baik biaya kos terbenam karyawan Kecerdasan emosional JUGA akan Hobi Baik. SEMENTARA Pelatihan dimoderatori Diposkan Kecerdasan emosional Terbukti biaya kos terbenam karyawan TIDAK signifikan.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Emotional Intelligence, Dan KINERJA

Abstract

Abstrak Kebutuhan manusia selalu berkembang dengan perkembangan lingkungan terjadi. Walaupun memiliki sumber daya yang terbatas untuk memenuhi dan mengikuti kebutuhaan tersebut. Pendidikan sebagai produk jasa menghadapi masalah yang sama, yaitu kebutuhan pendidikan tumbuh dan sumber daya pendidikan yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip ekonomi, yaitu: (1) memaksimalkan hasil proses berorientasi dan meminimalkan risiko, (2) efisiensi, dan (3) menggunakan perhitungan ekonomi. Pendidikan Ekonomi disiplin pendidikan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi untuk menganalisis kegiatan pendidikan. Sumber daya yang terbatas dan bahkan kelangkaan relatif menyiratkan bahwa setiap penggunaan sumber daya memerlukan pilihan hati-hati dari kelompok terbatas mungkin pilihan. Ada dua jenis pendekatan dalam tingkat efisiensi pendidikan, yaitu: (1) pendekatan manajemen, dan (2) pendekatan ekonomi. Satu unit pendidikan dapat mencapai efisiensi dalam pelaksanaannya (berdasarkan pencapaian pendidikan seorang manajer) yang terdiri dari (1) efektivitas biaya (cost-efektivitas), dan (2) efisiensi eksternal (cost benefit atau manfaat biaya).Kata kunci: Kebutuhan, Sumber Daya, Efisiensi
