Abstract

KSK Group is an investment holding company engaged in insurance. KSK group was first established on February 16, in 2001. KSK Group is a state-owned company that is neighbor, Malaysia. The purpose of this scheme is to help insurance companies in distributing information to customers relating to the value of premiums, insurance policies through agent/broker related insurance and provide a sense of comfort and security to the insurance agent in the policy-making process is fast, easy and accurate calculation of premiums. Methodology to be used is the SDLC. Application programming e-Policy for the agent that is made has a back office. Application programming e-policy to the insurance agent on PT.Kurnia using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as database, server Apache XAMPP contained in the program and Macromedia Dreamweaver for web design. This system uses the method of testing black box testing and white box testing. The results achieved in this paper is an application program for the creation of e-policy on PT.Kurnia Insurance agent who can provide convenience to its users in making customer data collection, simplify reporting, and printing reports. Keywords: KSK Group, E-Policy, Insurance

Abstract

Blood is a fluid that in the body, in the blood there are platelets, red blood cells and white blood cells. White blood cells play an important role in maintaining the body's defense from viruses or bacteria. Many diseases are related to white blood cells, to find out these conditions you need to do an examination to identify white blood cells. Based on this, this design aims to detect white blood cells on images of blood preparations. The method used is You Only Look Once to detect white blood cells in images of blood preparations. The test results showed that the proposed method obtained an accuracy rate of 100% for the detection of white blood cells with stained images and white blood cells without stained images obtained an accuracy rate of 76.5%.

Abstract

Voice recognition is a method which can be used to identify the title of a song. Song title recognizition is a difficult process because not every song our brain can remember and sometime only a fragment of song's lyrics or just a part of tone that can remember. This software is made as a solution to voice recognition to find the title of a song with backpropagation neural network method. The first method of this application is to find resemble extraction for every fragment of a song to get important resemble and then BPNN are going to look the similarity resemblance from every song's fragment. Recognition is executed by looking for similiraty of song's fragment, the most similar fragment will decided as the title of a song. The result of voice that had been tested are the voice which already trained the degree of recognition up to 100% an the voice which has not been trained have degree of recognition up to 42.1% Kata Kunci:Pengenalan Suara, Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficeints, Backpropagation Neural Network

Abstract

Clustering is a process of grouping documents that will form into several classes. The difference between clustering with classification is the classification will determine the class of the new document and the result is the new document will be joined into one class. In this research, clustering or grouping is used to group documents into classes based on threshold values. Several experiment is conducted to get the optimal threshold value. The optimal threshold will be used to train data clustering for naive bayes. The results of naive bayes training is used to determine the class of new document in testing phase. Results of clustering and classification depends on the words in the document, the narrower the discussion, the more accurate the results obtained from clustering and classification

Abstract

Research and community service management web and mobile based is an application created to simplify submission report of research and community service. This paper presents a system for research and community service management to make report submission of research team easier by uploading their report through website, and help reviewer to do report assessment through website application. The web-based application designed with PHP programming language and Android for mobile programming language. Abstract

Aplikasi penawaran jumlah kelas mata kuliah merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode k-means dan k-medoids untuk menghasilkan penawaran jumlah kelas mata kuliah yang optimal. Studi kasus yang digunakan dalam aplikasi adalah penjadwalan Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Tarumanagara. Metode k-Means dan k-Medoids digunakan untuk memperoleh banyaknya kelas yang perlu ditawarkan pada semester baru. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Mysql sebagai basis data. Perhitungan yang dilakukan pada aplikasi ini diawali dengan menggunakan algoritma pooled untuk menentukan jumlah cluster yang akan di gunakan. Setelah jumlah cluster telah ditemukan maka perhitungan selanjutnya menggunakan metode K-Means dan K-Medoids, hasil perhitungan dari kedua metode ini dipilih paling baik menggunakan nilai varians yang paling kecil. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode bllackbox testing dalam proses pengujian. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil rekomendasi dengan hasil daftar kelas mata kuliah yang sudah berjalan pada semester Ganjil 2015 dan Genap 2015 memiliki beberapa hampir setengah data yang berbeda. Data yang dihasilkan oleh fitur penawaran jumlah kelas memiliki efisiensi pada jumlah mahasiswa pada setiap kelasnya yaitu tidak melebihi dari 40 mahasiswa.

Abstract

Phone or smartphone and online shop, there is something that cannot be separated with human. There are so many type of smartphones show up in the market that people are confused on which one to get on the online stores. Smartphones recognition is done by using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient to recognize shapes of phones, Color Quantization to recognize the color, and Local Binary Pattern to recognize texture of the phones. The output of the Feature Extractor is a feature vector which is used on the LVQ to process recognize through finding the smallest Euclidean Distance between the trained vectors. The result of this paper is an application that can recognize 16 phone types using the image with the accuracy of 9.6%

Vihara Metta is a monastery built from Sangha Theravada Indonesia (STI) which is located at North Palmerah Street Number 26, West Jakarta. Now the information dissemination activities performed at this temple is still traditional, still a lot of obstacles contained in the manual system. Abstract

Song identification dan query by humming is an application that is developed using Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm.The application purpose is to detect and recognize humming from the input data. In this application the humming input will be divided into two parts, namely the training audio and test audio. For the training audio, the training audio will be divided into two process stages, namely recognizing humming and searching for the unique features of a humming audio.To recognize the humming feature, the humming will be processed using the MFCC method. After obtaining a part of the MFCC Features, the MFCC features will be saved as a vector model. The feature that has been extracted will be learned by the LSTM method. For the test audio of the stages carried out as in the training audio, after the MFCC Feature is detected, an introduction will be made based on learning that has been done with the LSTM method to obtain output in the form of a song name that is successfully recognized and detected will be labeled by the application.

Abstract

The development of knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence so advanced, such as research on licenze plate recognition. The design of this application has the purpose to recognize the license plate number of the car. Number plate segmentation using Run Length Smearing Algorithm and introduction of each character on a plate by using Backpropagation. Input as the image of the front or rear of the car were taken with a digital camera.
