Jurnal Ilmu Komputer dan Sistem Informasi (JIKSI) diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Tarumanagara (FTI Untar) Jakarta sebagai media publikasi karya ilmiah mahasiswa program studi Teknik Informatika dan Sistem Informasi FTI Untar. Karya-karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan berupa hasil penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, perancangan sistem informasi, analisis dan perancangan progam aplikasi. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Januari dan Agustus.

Adanya penyimpangan terhadap kepemilikan hak cipta dan kebutuhan akan kapasitas penyimpanan sehingga dirancangnya program aplikasi penyisipan data ke dalam data audio dengan metode Spread Spectrum dan aplikasi kompresi pada data audio dengan metode Huffman dan Run Length Encoding. Program aplikasi tersebut, bertujuan untuk melakukan penyisipan data ke dalam data audio sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai tanda yang membuktikan kepemilikan suatu data. Program ini juga dapat digunakan untuk memperkecil ukuran data pada data audio, sehingga dapat menghemat ukuran data audio pada ruang penyimpanan. Audio yang diproses pada program aplikasi ini adalah audio wav mono 8bit 8000Hz. Dengan perancangan aplikasi ini dapat menghasilkan audio wav yang sudah disisipkan tanda dan audio wav yang telah diperkecil ukurannya.

The purpose of making decision support systems in the selection of study programs in Higher Education using differential aptitude test method is to help identify and determine the interests and talents of students. The methodology used in the development of this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the calculation method for measuring interests and talents of students using the method of psychological tests Differential Aptitude Test (DAT). DAT is a test of verbal, numerical and abstract thinking skills.To making this application uses two tools, XAMPP to run applications offline and to create a database, and Sublime Text to create coding. The programming languages used in this application are PHP and HTML programming languages.Based on the tests conducted, it can be concluded that by using this application time calculation results from Differential Aptitude Test will be far faster and can help teachers to perform computerized student data collection.

The property recommendation system is an application that is developed using Apriori and Topsis methods. this application will have the first 2 recommendations that will appear based on the results of user clicks on advertisements that are seen using the a priori method, this method will determine frequent itemsets based on the number of ads chosen by the user and will be eliminated with support values after which association rules will be searched produce a value of confidence, the highest confidence value displayed is a recommendation. The second is a property recommendation based on the criteria selected by the user using the topsis method, this method will look for normalized matrices, then multiplied by the weight of each criterion, followed by determining the positive and negative ideal solutions then looking for min max from each criterion, followed by calculating the distance of positive and negative ideal solutions, after we can find the preference value of each ad, the ad with the highest preference value that will be displayed followed by the order of 2 to sequence 5. The test is carried out using 50 property data obtained from PT. Ditra Manunggal Jaya.

Kegiatan bisnis perusahaan saat ini yang dapat didukung oleh teknologi informasi dapat digunakan juga untuk divisi customer service dalam melakukan pelayanan service. Salah satu bidang bisnis yang akan dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah program aplikasi customer service berbasis online untuk menghubungkan dengan teknologi informasi maka diperlukan dukungan kajian ilmu dalam pengembangan sistem informasi, kajian ilmu tersebut yaitu sistem informasi. Sistem informasi adalah proses yang menjalankan fungsi mengumpulkan, memproses, menyimpan, menganalisis, dan menyebarkan informasi untuk tujuan tertentu. Metodologi yang dipakai dalam perancangan applikasi ini adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dengan adanya aplikasi customer serivce yang sudah berbasis online dapat memudahkan staff bagian customer serivice dalam melakukan aktivitas menerima dan mengatur jadwal perbaikan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu staff customer service dalam mencatat permintaan perbaikan, jadwal kunjungan dan memberikan laporan tentang customer service yang terdapat di divisi customer service.

Application to classify the hobbies of final year students in determining their profession with the Minimum Spanning Tree is a method for classification. Tests carried out are to collect weighted data on hobbies obtained from users and later will be grouped based on the specified assessment table. There are 2 programming languages used to create this application, namely PHP and Python. PHP for user interface and python for calculations. Based on the tests carried out, it can be seen that the results of clustering testing of 21 sample data values for hobbies given by users who will be in the 7th cluster of intellectual intelligence can be concluded that the results of the cluster distance value are determined by referring to the 14 iterations carried out. After calculating the distance from each centroid, the cluster determination is carried out using the Minimum Spanning Tree which is represented by a graph, where the data points or vertices are taken from the minimum cluster distance in each iteration. Determination of clusters with the Minimum Spanning Tree is represented by a graph.

In this developing era, competent human resources are still needed. Therefore, human resources is one of the factor in determining the successful implementation of organizations and companies. Despite having facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources with expected performance, the activities cannot be completed as they should. Based on this, a company, organization and cooperative must be able to manage existing human resources so that they can be obtained as needed.C4.5 algorithm is a group of decision tree algorithms that have input in the form of training samples and samples. Training samples are sample data that is used to build a tree that has been tested for correctness. While samples are data fields which will be used as parameters in classifying data. C4.5 algorithm aims to reduce and minimize errors in the provision of credit worthiness in cooperatives to the wider community.In this process we need an algorithm that is used to manage credit worthiness in cooperatives in order to facilitate the credit worthiness process. With this algorithm C4.5, it can be easier for admin to assess creditworthiness quickly and accurately.
