Abstract

The Volunteer Registration Application for the Teman Bincang Community is a web-based application that is designed to make it easier for users to apply as volunteers in the Teman Bincang Community for specific positions. Teman Bincang is a community that provides online psychological services related to mental health education. The community was established in February 2020, and the people working there are volunteers with specific positions. The information on open positions for volunteering is still limited and currently only available through posts on the Instagram application. The application process also still uses Google Forms with limited features, which means that the information received by the applicants is still limited. The main objective of this thesis is to create a website that will help users to register as volunteers for specific positions in Teman Bincang, which consists of various sections and pages. The recruiters will also be able to view the list of volunteer applicants and other data on the website. The development of this web-based system uses PHP programming language, Bootstrap framework, and MySQL database. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall methodology is used for the development process, and the testing is done with Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing methods. The conclusion of this thesis is that the application runs well in terms of appearance and functionality, without any bugs or errors. Additionally, the application is very user-friendly, easy to understand and easy to use by the user.

Abstract

Inventory is an activity that includes goods owned by a company with the intention of being sold within a certain business period, or inventories of goods that are still in construction or production processes, or inventories of raw materials awaiting use in a production process. PT. X is a company whose scope of business includes the distribution of communication equipment, accessories, electronic devices. PT. X itself sells several kinds of electronic products such as printers, cellphones, barcode scanners, computers, and others. Currently PT.X is carrying out data management of PT. X still enters data manually into Microsoft Excel, even reporting data for bookkeeping is still done manually. So it is very ineffective and data can be easily manipulated and if an error occurs in the storage on the device or the device is suddenly damaged, the data that has been collected can be lost. Web-based Inventory Management application at PT. X which will be made later aims to be a system that will assist in recording incoming and outgoing stock of goods. The process of making applications that are made using the waterfall method, with object-oriented design methods using the UML method, and the framework used uses the Laravel PHP framework.

Abstract

Employees are a company resource to produce services or goods to meet consumer needs. To improve the performance of company resources, companies need to meet the needs of employees and give appreciation to employees who have good performance, one of which is giving bonuses. PT Fiture Teknologi Inovasi is a company engaged in the field of IT solutions. Determining bonuses still uses manual methods and there is no media or tools that can process employee ratings who deserve bonuses. Based on the problems above, the authors made a decision to support a web-based bonus system using the weighted product and weighted sum methods. The result of this system is one employee who has the highest vector v value of the two methods. From the results of the calculation of the data, then the percentage of the method's suitability with the data is calculated.

Abstract

PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. (Mayora) was founded in 1977 with the first factory located in Tangerang with the target market in Jakarta and its surroundings. Currently, Mayora needs a way to monitor the activities of distribution trucks or truck vendors, such as data on incoming and outgoing factory trucks, data on goods transported by trucks, and unloading goods from trucks to assess employee key performance indicators. Therefore the author proposes to design a dashboard for monitoring truck activity at PT Cipta Niaga Semesta using Pentaho and Grafana with the prototyping method and the nine-step Kimball method. Pentaho is a business intelligence software, while Grafana is a multiplatform open source analytics and interactive visualization web application. The feature that will be made is a dashboard that displays truck activity data with filter options to display the data you want to see.

Abstract

In the era of information technology development, which is becoming increasingly sophisticated each year, The emergence of advanced technology in the current generation has made B2C e-commerce transactions in Indonesia have experienced positive growth over the years, triggering the online tourism sector to gain major benefits and become one of the main drivers of B2C e-commerce in Indonesia. With the development of today's technology, competition between manufacturers to win the competition is getting tougher significantly. It is the above that builds a sense that in this problem there are opportunities that can be built to solve the problem. The emergence of online travel agents (OTA) in Indonesia makes it more difficult for conventional travellers or other small travellers to compete in marketing their products both domestically and internationally. This is what triggers the emergence of a solution that creates a product for this problem, where the solution is the author wants to make a website-based PT Fajar Buana Tour travel agent, using the prototype method and implementing The 7C Framework guidelines in its manufacture.

Abstract

Mandiri Filter merupakan toko jual beli peralatan kebutuhan air (filter, mesin, carbon, dan lain-lain) dan juga mempunyai tenaga ahli untuk pemasangan atau melakukan service. Mandiri Filter masih menggunakan cara manual di dalam bisnisnya. Untuk catatan toko masih mengandalkan pencatatan. Pemesanan barang hanya dapat dilakukan langsung di toko atau via telepon. Penghitungan jumlah total pesanan masih menggunakan kalkulator. Selain itu biaya pengiriman juga masih sulit dihitung karena kendala dalam perhitungan estimasi. Dalam menjawab permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam tugas akhir ini, yaitu untuk mengembangkan sistem penjualan yang berbasis web yang dapat membantu Mandiri Filter dan para customers dalam melakukan berbagai proses transaksi yang efisien. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping dan perancangan menggunakan use case, activity diagam, sequence, dan entity relationship diagram. Dalam tahap pemrograman menggunakan HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, bootstrap framework dan MySQL. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah penjualan berbasis web sangat memberikan kemudahan bagi customers untuk melakukan transaksi dan staff untuk mengelola data-data yang penting.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a tourist attraction and is a tourist destination. Open trips are a trending vacation style, open trips are often also called combined trips. Community natural tourism or community-based nature tourism is a group or association of people who travel. The number of open trip fraud cases makes us have to be careful in looking for open trip events. The application of an open trip event information system and a website-based natural tourism community is an effort to promote trusted open trip events to tourists. This website provides information about open trip events and also community-based nature tourism in Indonesia and educational articles when traveling on open trips. All of this is provided so that the names of tourist destinations are more widely known and encourage interest in domestic tourism. This application provides information on domestic community-based natural and natural tourism trips and payments that are still manual. In developing this website using HTML, CSS, Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and for the database using MySQL.

Abstract

Suppliers are one of the factors that are very influential in the factory business, especially food manufacturing factories, such as one of the snacks in Bangka, namely crackers. Therefore, to be able to determine reliable suppliers for the quality of their goods, a system is needed to make decisions. The Decision Support System (DSS) uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which will be used to assist the AB factory in determining which suppliers whose raw material quality is suitable for use at affordable prices. Raw material supplier data is in accordance with the results of interviews and observations with the factory owner so that the system is made according to the owner's wishes. The resulting output results are also in accordance with the desired raw materials.

Abstract

Human resources are individuals who work productively for an organization such as an institution or company in an effort to achieve organizational goals that act as a driver and have value as assets for the organization so that their capabilities need to be improved and developed. Considering that human resources have a very large contribution to the company in achieving its goals and are an important capital asset for the company, therefore, a web-based e-recruitment information system in the process of recruiting and selecting prospective workers is needed by PT Pharos Indonesia to obtain qualified and competent human resources. The development of this e-recruitment information system uses the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. The database used by this application uses the MySQL database. The programming languages used are Golang and Javascript with the ReactJS Framework. Web-based e-recruitment information system can improve the recruitment process at PT Pharos Indonesia. Processing prospective employee data becomes easier, faster, and more accurate because prospective employee data is processed by computerization

Abstract

The development of science and technology is increasingly rapid in the field of information technology such as internet technology. In the education sector in Indonesia, almost all tertiary institutions are quite familiar with and make good use of internet technology. Such as services to find out information on tuition fees, grades, and so on. At the level of high school education (SMA). Not many schools are well acquainted with the benefits of this internet technology. One of them is SMA Pelita Kasih, this technology is only used as an additional facility to display simple information. This technology has not been utilized as the main media database, one of which is a valuable. Value data processing is still done manually, this process is considered quite slow and requires precision to maintain the accuracy of the data. Therefore it is necessary to develop a system to streamline time and maintain data confidentiality. In developing this system, the stages used were from the Development System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), namely, Planning, Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Operation, and Maintenance. While the programming language used by the author is XAMPP and Sublime Text 3.
