Jurnal Ilmu Komputer dan Sistem Informasi (JIKSI) diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Tarumanagara (FTI Untar) Jakarta sebagai media publikasi karya ilmiah mahasiswa program studi Teknik Informatika dan Sistem Informasi FTI Untar. Karya-karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan berupa hasil penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, perancangan sistem informasi, analisis dan perancangan progam aplikasi. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Januari dan Agustus.

This application was made for the selection of futsal fields in the city of Depok. This application was made using the Agglomorative Hierarchical Clustering method which aims to recommend criteria for rental rates, distances, canteen facilities, toilet facilities and changing room facilities. This application will provide the recommended criteria based on the distance between the customer and the futsal location. Futsal place data is taken from futsal places in Depok City. The results of the Agglomorative Hierarchical Clustering method are the criteria values placed on the futsal field information.

This paper reports our work in using Collins’ parser for parsing Indonesian language. Collins’ parser using in question answering system for make a sentence which is the final answer. Question ansering system made to answer the questions directly. Used Stanford NER dan Vector Space Model for information retrieval. Trained with 500 documents, 50 questions and three type of questions. The accuracy of this system is 66%. Key wordsCollins Parser, Sistem Tanya Jawab, Stanford NER, Vector Space Model.

This system is built to help candidate of motorcycle buyers to determine which motorcycle is fit for them depending on criteria and their needs. This system uses 9 criteria in purchasing a motorcycle and uses the ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite) method to produce the best alternative of motorcycle for candidate of motorcycle buyers. The result of making this system are taken based on the average score obtained from the results of the questionnaire distributed to 7 testers. The average score is 40 out of a maximum score of 50 or in percentage is 80%. The accuration of ELECTRE method applied to the system is 100%. From this score, it concludes that application ELECTRE method in this application can quite help candidate of motorcycles buyers to determine best options of motorcycle to be purchased according to their criteria and needs

Tools and application programs that created is a tool that is integrated with the microscope to capture images of blood cells automatically and calculate the focus of the image automatically with Contrast Measure method and an application to detect and do a recognition in the white blood cells. Images taken from a single slide preparation can be the image of red blood cells and white blood cells. To distinguish red blood cells and white blood cells detection is carried out based on pixel image . The recognition is done by calculating characteristic values with the co-occurrence matrix. Based on the results of testing auto focus system is able to run properly to determine whether focus or not the image with successfull percentage at 100%. While the recognition of the red blood cells are less goes well with the biggest successfull percentage at 81.96%.. Digital image processing is a branch of engineering informatics. image processing is an attempt to change your photo or image into another by using certain techniques. The process of changing the image data into digital data by using a computer known as digital image processing. The purpose of this application is to improve the image quality of the water using test images and imagery training, to train image by image is in the water, while the test images by using the image processing Dark Channel Prior. The image that was in the sea water murky and foggy be processed and then do a comparison with the image that is not in the water. The design is made in the form of software applications to improve the quality of the image using the Dark Channel Prior. In this study, created by using Visual Basic 2013.

Game “Pahlawan Masa Depan” adalah sebuah game 2D bergenre Quiz dan single player. Game ini berisi sejarah kerajaan Hindu – Budha di Indonesia. Game ini dapat menjadi media belajar dan sumber informasi tentang sejarah kerajaan. Game ini dirancang dengan Unity 2D. Perangkat lunak Adobe Photoshop digunakan untuk pembuatan background dan asset game. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode blackbox testing, alpha testing oleh dosen pembimbing, dan beta testing dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 33 responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa game yang memiliki gameplay menarik dan mudah dimainkan.

Distributed System Development At Toko Emas Makmur Based On Desktop and Web Applications is an application used to allow users to store to report all transactions and data items. This application uses three (3) platforms, the Desktop and Web applications are distributed using the Web Service. This application was built using Visual Studio 2015 software on desktop and web applications, as well as SQL Server 2015 as the database of the program. This application involves three (3) the results of which will be a report that sales transactions, purchase transactions, and Data Products. This application uses the UAT (User Aceptence Test), and Blackbox testing in the testing process. From the testing that has been done shows that desktop applications can be connected or properly distributed to the web through the Web Service.

“Serenade Tower” is a hack-and-slash game build for PC platform. Player will play as Hero to slay monster and destroy a tower called Serenade Tower which cause misfortune. “Serenade Tower” use keyboard as the main control to character movement such as moving, attacking and using skill. This game created by Unity game engine with C# as the programming language. Testing has been done by Black Box Testing, Alpha Testing by lecturer and Beta Testing by sharing and doing survey to 30 respondent. The results is the game have neat and nice user interface with balanced gameplay.
