Abstract

The research is to study about longlive prison affairs in the society sistem. the research uses normtive judication. The result of research indicates that the policy of longlife person affairs with using a society system is not suitable and does not reach the criminal purpose. As country based on pancasila foundation, the policy of law must use pancasila foundation.

Abstract

The research studied about the arrangement of confiscated goods and country’s sweeping at Rupbasan klas 1 in Bandar Lampung. The research used normative empirical approach. The result of research indicated that the rule of the arrangement of county’s confiscated and sweeping goods started from the acception at Rupbansan, then it was noted in registration book, then, it was done a research such as to investigate, examine, and estimate the goods by a researcher. Finally, it was done storage and maintenance.

Abstract

The research studies about judicative body in Indonesia law system. This research uses jurisdiction normative approach. The result of research indicates that the role of judicative body as an independent body is free form government or political involvement, in the same rule as constitution of UUD NKRI 1945, meanwhile the inhibiting factors in reaching indevendence form jurisdiction body is not only from its law enforcement, law doer and also society in general who has not supported to create law country and law supreme yet.

Abstract

The research studies the prevention of criminal act of trafficking in women. The research methodology is normative jurisdiction (yuridis normative) and empirical jurisdiction (yuridis empirs) approach. The result of research indicates that the prevention effort was done by using penal and non panel facilities which were including police duty with repressive aspects, it has role as investigating officer and preventive aspect that police role gives protection, service, guidance, information, raid by police to society and reconciliation and also work together with related departments. The factors which obstruct this prevention effort are the followings as; a) law ordinance factors, b) law enforcement, c) society law culture.

Abstract

The reseach is to study about the coordination between BKKBN lampung province and SKPD regency/city in managing family planning program. The result of research indicates that BKKBN lampung province does the coordination in building and applying the family planning. in this coordination, SKPD regency/city still needs BKKBN lampung province,s support and a help because of limited budget of APBD regency/city.

Abstract

Abstract

The reseach is to study about the evaluation of government staff activities in bandar lampung city. The research metodology is normative juridiction and empirical juridiction. The result of research indicates that the government of bandar lampung city had productive human resource and it is hoped to give optimal contribution in the implememntation of regional goferentment. The government staff activities are well nowdays. there are six factors which influence the government staff activities such as the best model, job distribution, the objectivity of building government appliance, conducting reward/punishment, and specific skills (computer and english).
