Abstract

The reaserch studied about political low of land provision arrangement for public needs building. the research used empiric juridical approach. the result of study indicated thet the political law of land provision arrangement for public needs building had been changed. perpres no. 65 year of 2006 and UU no.2 year of 2012 referred to the land provision by loosing the righets on behafs of land, and it tendend moderately and can honor society righets on behalf of lands.

Abstract

The research studies about judicative body in Indonesia law system. This research uses jurisdiction normative approach. The result of research indicates that the role of judicative body as an independent body is free form government or political involvement, in the same rule as constitution of UUD NKRI 1945, meanwhile the inhibiting factors in reaching indevendence form jurisdiction body is not only from its law enforcement, law doer and also society in general who has not supported to create law country and law supreme yet.

Abstract

The reseach is to studied about the arrangement of excellent serfice at information field trough claimed service mechanism. The research used normative-empirical jurisdication. The result of research indicated that of excellent service at infomation filed through claimed service mechanism, had the solution of claimed process during ten workdays and it can be solved in oral claim directly by a license applicant.

Abstract

The research studies about the formulation if criminal low toward the effort of criminal act prevention in the ordinance program of anti pornografi and lowsuit (Rencana Undang-Undang Anti Pornografi dan Pornoaksi/RUU APP). the research uses normatif-empirical jurisdiction approach. the result of research indicates that criminal policy in the ways of criminal act prevention included in RUU APP that is through panel and non panel lines. executive body which establishes a constitution has arranged RUU APP included its panel sanctions, so the orientation of the policy uses more panel priority in criminal act of pornografi and lowsuit prevention

Abstract

The research is to study about longlive prison affairs in the society sistem. the research uses normtive judication. The result of research indicates that the policy of longlife person affairs with using a society system is not suitable and does not reach the criminal purpose. As country based on pancasila foundation, the policy of law must use pancasila foundation.

Abstract

The study investigated the oferlap of authority in the managemen of the sea. research using normative judical approach. the result showd that need to be estabilished maritime law as "legal umbrela" in managing the marine waters of indonesia. formation of legislation on water management must accommodate legal ideals of lifing in society and legal culture. therefore, the law must be humane, so that awareness of the law will reach the stage where internalization was born confidence in the purpose of the rules in question, regarrdless of influence or values of the group or the holders of power and control.
