The main purpose of this study was to identify and identify and analyze the potential and strategies for developing Goa Pancur tourism in Jimbaran Kayen Pati Village in improving the local tourism economy. First, what is the potential of Goa Pancur tourism so that it has differentiation from other tours. Second, formulating the right strategy to increase the number of tourists and third, what is the right development strategy in increasing the local tourism economy. The data analysis method used descriptive qualitative analysis. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the tourism potential of Pancur Cave is very large but its development has not been maximized, especially the Pancur Cave itself and the existence of a swamp in front of the cave which is very different from other tours. The development strategy in increasing tourists uses a porter approach in which tourism differentiation must be maximized, tourism cost leadership to be maintained and finally segmentation efforts need to be carried out in its development. The future development strategy to improve the local economy is the stability strategy,

Poverty is an interesting theme discussed especially among social scientists. Before getting to know scientific studies on the issue of poverty, the community has been running a tradition to respond to the problems of poverty in the form of giving. The "give" in its various forms is not limited in the form of money orgoods but also the work or efforts to ease the burden on the poor and improve their well-being referred to as philanthropy. With descriptive methods this paper seeks explain and explore how the link between philanthropy Islam (zakat, donation and charity) and poverty reduction that occurs in a country, so therole of zakat, donation and charity as an instrument of distributive justice can be felt by the poor.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of trade activities and the aplication of Islamic Sharia Values at az-Zaitun Sharia market and to know the efforts of it in realizing of local economic independence. A qualitative approach wa employed in this field research, the data collection techniques include observation and interview with the sellers and the founder of az-Zahra sharia market. The results of this study indicate that, firstly, the establishment of az-Zaitun sharia market aims to protect the consumers and to create an equitable price. Secondly, the sellers has implemented 8 concept formulated by the founder, but there have some obstacles. It is caused by the exixtence of illegal market around az-Zaitun. Thirdly, az-Zaitun sharia market can bedeveloped to realize a local economic independence by making the market as a product wondow for the communities.

This research focuses attention on accountability in the management of Village Funds Allocation (ADD) in efforts to improve the development of the village and community empowerment. This research is expected to be useful in efforts to improve the accountability of the management of Village Funds Allocation. The results of this research showed that the accountability ADD both technically and administration has een running well in accordance with the applicable rules with evidence of accountability in a transparent and accountable, so also in the management of village funds allocation, proven by the existence of Accountability Report (LPJ) the contents of which there is a cash book receipt, aiding, news events and other activities that have been documented through the pictures that are attached and physical development has been carried out the construction by constructing the irrigation water stones times. The realization of the report and report the realization of the implementation of Regional Budget Villages communicated to the society in writing and with the media information that is easily accessible by the community as shown by the existence of an attachment realization of that has been written. The planning, implementation, accountability for the development and empowerment of the village Dapurkejambon also has been done by the government of the village in accordance with the existing regulations, proven by the existence of the stages of planning activities can be done preparation in the form of the arrangement of the list of the Proposed Planned Activities (DURK) and Business Plan and Budget (RKA) that activities financed by the Fund Allocation of the village. However the purpose of the Fund Allocation Village in increasing community empowerment Dapurkejambon still deemed less than optimal because of the community less respond with good.

The focus of this study is to provide an understanding of the practice of management control systems in pesantren salafiyah. This study tries to provide an understanding of the practice of management control system from the perspective of social construction and Weberian charismatic leadership approach in pesantren salafiyah. Qualitiatif methods use a combination of the two methods through research; ethnographic and case studies selected as a research strategy. Location of research is pesantren (API) Tegalrejo Magelang. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results externalization, objectivation and insternalization held in reverence gave birth to a boarding API students against clerics who reflect management control system. Reverence is an important value for the creation of a stable social relationships within pesantren salafiyah.

Small medium enterprises is one of the perpetrators of the economic potential in Indonesia, both in terms of number and its contribution to the national economy. This event will be based on research by the large number of potential young entrepreneurs for small medium enterprises that develop among the students of business management Course Shari'a. However, the potential of encountering problems one is difficult because of the limited structure and capability still managing their finances. The purpose of this research is to know the financial competency mapping and owned by small medium enterprises run by young entrepreneur. Further based on the database used to compile the proper accounting training design. Primary data obtained from in-depth interviews, questionnaires and observation directly. Financial competence that is owned by young entrepreneurs for small medium enterprises can be seen from the source variable capitalization, turnover, business profits and the ability of the application of accounting in the form of presentation of the financial statements. The results showed that most small medium enterprises have difficulty in the sector as well as a good amount of capitalization capital structure. small medium enterprises operational views of the turnover and operating income showed a fairly progressive conditions for businessmen beginners. While the ability of drawing up financial statements still minimal, more that just make a simple cash flow report

Tourism is one of the largest service industries and provides opportunities and hope for any destination to capitalize on it, create jobs and support other sectors. The demographics of the young and large Muslim market, the rapid economic growth of Muslim-majority countries, Islamic values encourage the growth of Islamic business and lifestyle, the growth of trade transactions between Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) countries, are the motors of the growth of the global Muslim market. This is what encourages the emergence of halal tourism. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of destination image and consumer behavior on consumer decisions in choosing halal destinations. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis to examine the partial and simultaneous effect of destination image and consumer decisions on consumer decisions in choosing halal destinations. The results showed that partially the image of the destination and consumer behavior had a negative effect on consumer decisions in choosing halal destinations. Meanwhile, simultaneously, destination image and consumer behavior have a positive effect on consumer decisions in choosing halal destinations. This shows that simultaneously, the image of a destination owned by a halal destination and consumer behavior influence consumer decisions in choosing a halal destination, so it is very important to maintain the image of the halal destination, so that it really shows halal in the true sharia aspect. This study wants to find out how big is the role of Higher Education that provides Islamic Banking Management to produce qualified, qualified human resources, and according to the wishes of the Islamic Banking industry. This research takes a case study in the Islamic Banking Management, Faculty of Islamic Studies-Jakarta Muhammadiyah University, in order to get more focused research. In analyzing data, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. From this study, the researcher proposes that all Higher Education that have the Islamic Banking Management direct the curriculum required by the Islamic Banking industry.

The Qur'an is very concerned about ethics in business. The people of Medina are people who often cheat in measuring and weighing, so Allah SWT decreases the surat of al-Mutaffifin as a threat to those who cheat in business. Siddiq is very closely related to business ethics. Siddiq in modern business ethics is often understood by the word “integrity”. Integrity is an essential principle in business. Integrity itself is a way of upholding the values and ethics of business. The values and ethics in doing business clearly have a big contribution in doing business. Integrity in business alone must be invested in someone who wants to run a business or is running a business. Business people must make this integrity a basic principle in their business.Siddiq (integrity, honesty) is defined as the basis of speech, beliefs and actions based on Islamic teachings. So that it can be concluded that the nature of Siddiq is still very relevant to modern business ethics, or in other languages that the nature of Siddiq is universal business ethics meaning that it does not recognize the basic values underlying the ethics.
