This study aimed to obtained self-acceptance process in indigo person and to soughtfactors that play significant roles in the process of self-acceptance in indigo person. The methodused was qualitative method in the form of case study. Subjects in this study are two subjects. Thefirst subject was a 22 year-old women, while the second subject was a 20-year-old woman. Bothsubjects have special characteristics as an individual and ever done a photo indigo aura.The resultsof this study showed that both subjects have a different perception of the special characteristics theyhad. The first subject has a positive self-acceptance, described by how she understands hercharacteristics, free from shame or guilt, and has realistic expectations as indigo person. While thesecond subject did not have fully acceptance, she has lack acceptance regarding her characteristics.This was because the second subject was still confused, angry, and ashamed of their characteristicsas an indigo person. Factors that affect individual self-acceptance in indigo consist of thesupporting factors and inhibiting factors.Keywords : self acceptance, indigo individuals

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem, religiosity and thewillingness of women in polygamy. The population in this study were women who are notmarried and have been married. The research sample was 109 women, using purposive randomsampling technique. Results of research by chi-square analysis: 1) The relationship betweenself-esteem with a willingness polygamous, X2 values obtained by 29,329, with significant levelof p = 0.000 (p = 0.000 <0.01). 2) The relationship between religiosity and willingnesspolygamy X2 values obtained for 5,067 with a significance level of p = 0.079 (p = 0.079 > 0.05).3) This study shows that as many as 18.34% of respondents said it was willing polygamy. While56.88% said it was not willing to polygamy, and 24.77% said can not decided. .4) There areseveral reasons behind women willingness to polygamy, not willing to polygamy and can notdecide to polygamy..Keywords : Self-Esteem, Religiosity, Willingness polygamy

This research was aimed to evaluate effectiveness of problem solving training to reducecaregiving stress among family of palliative care patient. This research used quantitative approachwith pre-experimental method. This research was conducted on three family member of palliativecare patients At puskesmas in Surabaya. The researcher carried out caregiving stress scale andinterview as data collecting techniques. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 for windows with PairedSample T-Test statistic technique. Result showed that problem solving training can reducecaregiving stress among family of palliative care patients. although in a small number ofsignificance (p>0.05). These results indicate that there are several factors that influence theseresults include the emergence of other issues in the intervention.Keywords : problem solving training, caregiving stress, family of palliative care patients

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the intensity of watchingviolent footage and frustration level towards player’s aggression. The design of the study is using aquantitative approach. The population of the research is the futsal players in the league who playedin GOR Mangga Dua Surabaya. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique for 77respondents. Data collection uses psychological scale of intensity of watching violence footagevariable, frustration variable and aggression variable scale using in a questionnaire. Collected databeing analyzed using IBM SPSS 20 for Macbook. Regression analysis results of this study indicatethe simultaneous relationship between intensity of watching violence footage and frustration againstaggression. The partial analysis shows that the intensity of watching violent footage has a positivecorrelation with aggression. The effective contribution of 17.2% showed a significant relationship.Other factors influencing aggression is temperature, poverty, provocation and anger. Based onthese results, researcher suggested for coaches who wishes their player’s aggression is controllableto have a different coaching method for the player to have emotion composure. The purpose of this research is to improve life skills in children with Down syndromeby using modeling techniques. Subjects in this study 1 children. Subject (S) is a boy aged 11years. Asesment results show that the subject has the characteristics of Down syndrome, has thecognitive abilities that are categorized as moderate mental retardation, difficulty coordinatingmovement of the eyes and hands, as well as the ability of life skills is low. The results showedthat the intervention modeling techniques can improve life skills in the subject. Behavioraltherapy with modeling techniques provide a change to the subject in a positive though notoptimal. This research aim to know the relation between transformational leadership and workstress with work performance. To know that relation got obtained from 63 responder employee.Got data to be analyzed with double regression and correlation analyzed of parsial. The result ofanalysed got double regression F = 698.796 with p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) it’s mean there aresignificant relation between transformational leadership and work stress with work performance.Learn this finding indicate that hypothesis expressing said that there is relation betweentransformational leadership and work stress with work performance earn provenly was accepted.Result of parsial analisist show relation between work stress with transformational leadershipobtainedt = 0,137 dengan p = 0,892 (p > 0,05) that’s mean no relation between transformationalleadership with work performance. The relation between work motivation and work performanceobtained t = 6.067 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) that’s mean positive relation which verysignificant between work stress with work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of stress in adolescents who livein prisons Anak Blitar. The research subject is teenagers who are undergoing punishment inprisons Children Blitar number of 31 teens selected by random sampling. The data collectionstudy conducted by DSI Scale (Daily Stress Inventory) compiled by Brandey & Jones (1989),and self-report. The data were processed with descriptive analysis of the results show that 32,56% of adolescents in prisons Children experience stress levels are very high, 67.74% indicatesthat the category is quite high and there are no young people in prisons child who shows thelevel of stress in the normal category.Keywords : Stress, Adolescents, Prison of Child

This study with purpose, investigates the effects of good parent skills training to decreaseverbal aggression by parent. The experimental design-using pre-test, post-test with control group isapplied. Subject this sudy is 80 parets from GFC School Juanda, Sidoarjo East Java. 80 parentsgived pre test examined with verbal aggression questionnaire, 40 parent who received high score intest verbal aggression were randomly replaced in experimental and control groups. Each 20 parentsin experimental and 20 parents in control groups. During good parent training in experimentalgroup received about verbal agression and impact, comunication skills, and management stress in 3sessions of 5 hour in three weeks Then both experimental and controlgroups are measured withverbal aggression questionnaire post-tests. The results shows the deferences betwen mean pre testexperimental group and mean post test experimental group is 41,3500 P = 0,000 (< 0,05) that goodparent training has leaded to decreasing verbal aggression by parents.Keywords : Verbal Agression, Good Parent Training

Adolescents development make themprone to conflict. In the juvenile stages happensconfusion between the role of adolescents and the demands of the surrounding community, so itmake adolescents involved in a conflict in their environment. This condition will be difficult whenadolescent do not have the cognitive skills in resolving the conflict. In this study aims to describehow the quality of adolescents in conflict resolution skills after participating in Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. The approach used is a qualitative approach with subjects examined wereparticipants in Basecamp Training TSOT PrigenPasuruan who are following Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. While thetools used are interview, observation and recording devices. Based on the research adolescents whohave followed Conflict Resolution Outbound Training demonstrate a constructive attitude in dealingwith interpersonal conflicts that they feel has a tremendous spirit (has power and energetic), feelmore able to act and act productive, have the ability to describe the strength of himself and others,find it more valuable to himself, feel closer to other people, and have a greater motivation to buildrelationships with others into a deeper relationship. The purpose of this researchwas to determine the relationship between knowledge aboutpregnancy and family support with anxiety in primigravida (first pregnancy) in facing labor.Themethod used in this research is the quantitative approach. Data is collected using questionnaires,regression analysis using a sample of 54 third trimester pregnant primigravida womens who carryout checks on Private Midwives Practices belong Vivi Umamiyanto, at Jl. Jambangan Surabaya.Theresults of the partial regression analysis between knowledge of pregnancy with anxiety showed at t= 0.715 p = 0.478 (p> 0.05), which means there is no significant relationship, as well as the resultof family support with anxiety showed t = 0.188 to p = 0.851 (p> 0.05), which means there is nosignificant relationship. The study also showed that simultaneous regression analysis coefficientshowed F = 0.315 p = 0.731 (p> 0.05) meaning that there are no significant relationship betweenknowledge about pregnancy and family support with anxiety. Effective contribution amounted toonly 1.2%. Meaning there is no significant relationship between the knowledge of pregnant womenabout pregnancy and family support with anxiety.It can be concluded that the results of regressionanalysis showed that there was no relationship between knowledge about pregnancy and familysupport with the anxiety of pregnant women. For further researchers is expected to select anothervariables are possible correlation with maternal anxiety in the face of labor.Keywords : Knowledge of Pregnancy, Family Support, Pregnancy Anxiety
