Abstract

Adolescents development make themprone to conflict. In the juvenile stages happensconfusion between the role of adolescents and the demands of the surrounding community, so itmake adolescents involved in a conflict in their environment. This condition will be difficult whenadolescent do not have the cognitive skills in resolving the conflict. In this study aims to describehow the quality of adolescents in conflict resolution skills after participating in Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. The approach used is a qualitative approach with subjects examined wereparticipants in Basecamp Training TSOT PrigenPasuruan who are following Conflict ResolutionOutbound training. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. While thetools used are interview, observation and recording devices. Based on the research adolescents whohave followed Conflict Resolution Outbound Training demonstrate a constructive attitude in dealingwith interpersonal conflicts that they feel has a tremendous spirit (has power and energetic), feelmore able to act and act productive, have the ability to describe the strength of himself and others,find it more valuable to himself, feel closer to other people, and have a greater motivation to buildrelationships with others into a deeper relationship. Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of outbound training in improving interpersonal conflict resolution skills in adolescents. Subjects were adolescents outbound training participants with age ranges between 16-19 years old on the Team Survival Outbound Prigen Pasuruan. The design of this study was a true experiment, with 10 participants who were registered as outbound training participant was being assigned as experiment group and 10 participants who were not registered as outbound training participant was being assigned to control group Sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling by selecting participants with low conflict resolution score. Data collecting method used was interpersonal conflict resolution questionnaire which resulting in an ordinal scale and was analysed using parametric statistic with t-test paired sample and independent t-test. Obtained score was t = 9.635 and p=0.000 (p<0.025), which means that the research hypothesis was accepted. In other words, there were a significant difference between adolescence interpersonal conflict resolution score prior- and post-intervention (outbound training) in α = 0.05%. Obtained score was t = 5.069 and p=0.000 (p<0.025), which means that the research hypothesis was accepted. It can be concluded, that there were a significant difference between adolescence interpersonal conflict resolution score prior- and post-intervention (outbound training) in α = 0.05%. Based on those results, it can be concluded that an effective implementation of outbound training can increase interpersonal conflict resolution skill in adolescence.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan outbound training dalam meningkatkan kemampuan resolusi konflik interpersonal pada remaja. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta remaja outbound training dengan rentang usia 16-19 tahun The Survival Outbound Team Prigen Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan true experiment yaitu kelompok eksperimen adalah 10 remaja yang terdaftar sebagai peserta outbound training dan kelompok kontrol adalah 10 remaja yang tidak terdaftar sebagai peserta outbound training. Pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni mereka yang memiliki skor resolusi konflik interpersonal rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket resolusi konflik interpersonal yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk ordinal dan menggunakan statistik  parametrik dengan paired sampel t test dan independent t test. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai t sebesar 9,635 dan p=0,000 (p<0,025) sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Artinya, ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap skor resolusi konflik interpersonal remaja antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan outbound training pada taraf α = 0,05%. Diperoleh nilai t sebesar 5,069 dan p=0,000 (p<0,025) sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Artinya, ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap skor resolusi konflik interpersonal antara remaja yang mendapat outbound training dan remaja yang tidak mendapat outbound training pada taraf α = 0,05%. Dari data analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan outbound training efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan resolusi konflik interpersonal remaja.

Abstract

Abstract             His study aims to see the effectiveness of learning methods scl (student center learning) and tcl (teacher center learning) on intrinsic & extrinsic motivation student psychology UNTAG Surabaya Year 2014-2015. The research subjects took random sampling of 100 students from the class of 2014 and 2015. The intrinsic and extrinsic motivation scales used consisted of 21 valid and reliable items. The data were analyzed using Independent Sample T Test test which had previously tested normality and homogeneity. Based on the calculation result known Sig value. 0,946> 0,05 meaning that there is no difference of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation at UNTAG student of psychology class of 2014 and 2015 which received learning method scl (student center learning) and tcl (teacher center learning). Keyword: intrinsic & extrinsic motivation, scl (student center learning) and tcl (teacher center learning)

Abstract

Prestasi akademik menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga perlu menjadi perhatian untuk mencari predictor dalam menentukan peningkatan prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan secure attachment dan problem solving ability dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian menggunakan 130 mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2016-2018 namun kemudian diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa tergolong dalam kelompok secure attachment yaitu memiliki skor tinggi pada aspek close dan depend serta skor rendah pada anxiety sebanyak 19 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan skala adaptasi adult attachment dari Collins (1996), skala adaptasi problem solving ability dari Independent-Interdependent Problem-Solving Scale (IIPSS; pronounced "ipsus"; Rubin, Watt, & Ramelli, 2012) dan data indeks prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara secure attachmen dan problem solving ability dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa dari nilai Sig. 0,365 > 0,05. Namun ada hubungan antara secure attachment dan prestasi akademik dari nilai Sig. 0,044 < 0,05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi akademik mahasiswa dapat dikaitkan dengan secure attachment.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the effectiveness of the model outbound conflict resolution training to improve interpersonal conflict resolution skills in adolescent self . The population was 198 adolescents aged 16-18 years who waitinglist follow the activities of outbound training in TSOT Group Prigen, purposive sampling is done by taking a low score scale resolution of the conflict as much as 30 teenagers who will be divided into two groups: the control group and the experiment group. Calculations made from gainscore value obtained from the pretest and posttest control group and experimental groups with nonparametric statistical Wilcoxon Signed Rank test . Based on the calculation obtained by the Sig . ( 2 tailed) is 0.001 < 0.05 , the obtained results of Ho refused and H1 accepted that there is effectiveness of outbound training model of conflict resolution in improving interpersonal conflict resolution skills in adolescent self.

Abstract

AbstractThe legal objective this research is to protect the public as consumers of service users, against arbitrary actions if there is authority in health services that causes harm, then there must be a party who is legally responsible, namely the hospital. Patients as users of health services are legal subjects whose rights and legal status must be protected. Hospital as a type of health facility is a work place for professionals in the health sector who uphold professional ethics and the law that produces health service products that prioritize good service and do not prioritize other decisions, such as costs. The research method uses normative juridical law by interviewing (interviews) with related responsibilities, related to the practice of health service responsibility. The results showed that good and quality services on an ongoing basis, in fact, show the implementation of comprehensive services which are related to one another in such a way as to provide excellent health services. The therapeutic contractual relationship between doctor and patient results in legal responsibility among all, each legal subject strives to provide the best solution in disputes over health care problems where patients are more protected as users of health services. Hospital as a health facility functions to make efforts to provide basic health services or referral health, and/or support health services.Keywords: hospital service; protection lawAbstrakTujuan hukum penelitian ini adalah untuk melindungi masyarakat selaku konsumen pengguna jasa, terhadap tindakan yang sewenang-wenang bila terjadi penyalahgunaan kewenangan dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang menimbulkan kerugian, maka perlu terdapat pihak yang seharusnya bertanggung jawab yaitu pihak rumah sakit. Pasien selaku pengguna layanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu subyek hukum yang harus dilindungi hak dan status hukumnya. Rumah Sakit merupakan sarana penyedia layanan kesehatan sekaligus tempat bekerja bagi para profesional di bidang kesehatan yang menjunjung tinggi etik profesi dan hukum dengan bentuk jasa layanan kesehatan yang mengutamakan pelayanan yang baik dan tidak mendahulukan putusan yang lain umpamanya biaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan hukum yuridis normatif dengan wawancara (interview) dengan pejabat yang berwenang, terkait praktek tanggung jawab pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jasa layanan kesehatan pada dasarnya terbentuk atas pelaksanaan pelayanan yang menyeluruh antara satu dengan lainnya saling berkaitan sedemikian rupa sehingga mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang prima. Hubungan kontrak terapeutik antara dokter dan pasien berakibat tanggung jawab hukum diantara keduanya, masing-masing subyek hukum berupaya untuk memberikan solusi terbaik apabila terjadi perselisihan masalah pelayanan kesehatan dimana pasien lebih dilindungi sebagai pengguna jasa layanan kesehatan. Rumah Sakit sebagai sarana layanan kesehatan yang berperan dalam melaksanakan usaha dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan dasar, pelayanan kesehatan rujukan, maupun usaha Pelayanan Kesehatan penunjang.

Abstract

The main challenge for educational institutions in the middle of the pandemic is fostering students to maintain character strengths in poor conditions. Various difficulties come quickly, such as changes in the online learning system, strict health protocols that apply to the threat of viruses that are scary all the time. Character strengths have a broad impact on life satisfaction, subjective well-being, friendly relationships, and academic success. This study aims to determine the condition of initial student character strengths, especially those who have just entered college, as positive traits used in dealing with changes during the COVID-19 pandemic and contribute to the development of character strengths theory. Peterson-Seligman. The research subjects were 145 students who filled out the 72-item VIA-IS scale online and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most early students had high character strengths (68.3%) and responded to change by highlighting their signature strengths of kindness, humor, love, honesty, and gratitude. This research is expected to describe the strength of character as an effort to adapt to change in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic.
