<![CDATA[Salah satu faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja pada manusia ialah stres dan kelelahan (fatique). Stres yang berlebihan akan berakibat buruk terhadap individu untuk berhubungan dengan lingkungannya secara normal.Shift kerja dapat mempengaruhi berbagai perubahan fisik dan psikologis tubuh manusia diantaranya ialah kelelahan. Akibatnya kinerja perawat menjadi buruk dan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap organisasi di tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis hubungan antara shift kerja perawat dengan stres kerja perawat di ruang Instalasi Rawat Darurat Medik BLU RSUP Prof Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat obersevasionalanalitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study design. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Rawat Darurat MedikBLU RSUP Prof Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang yang signifikan kuat antara shift kerja perawat dengan stress kerja perawat di Ruang Instalasi Rawat Darurat Medik BLURSUP ProfDr. dr.R.D. Kandou Manado dengan kekuatan hubunganr = 0,514, pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 5%) p value= 0,001 <0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan kuat antara shift kerja perawat dengan stres kerja perawat. Disarankan kepada pengambil kebijakan dan keputusan di Ruang Instalasi Rawat Darurat Medik BLU RSUP Prof Dr.dr. R.D. Kandou, supaya mengatur jadwal shift kerja perawat dengan memperhatikan akibat stress kerja pada perawat]]>

Psychological problem that happened continuing age one of them trouble of psychosocial. Trouble of psychosocial natural continue age like depend on others, self insulation or with draw from activity of social. Target of this research is to identify group activity therapy of stimulation censori, identifying trouble of psychosocial continue age and to know influence of group activity therapy of stimulation censori to trouble of psychosocial continue age. This research type use device of quasi design experimental. Non design group control equivalent with technique in take of sampel that is sampling purposive to 20 divided into responder 10 lansia for the group of experiment an 10 lansia for the group of control. Technique data collecting trough interview and observation. Data processing use SPSS version computer 16. Result of research through result of test of variance (Anava) got by value for the group of eksperiment – 2,800 with mistake level 0,05 and trust storey level 95 % hence f value = 0.000 < 0,05. While at control group assess f = 0,000 wit mistake level 0,05 and trust storey level 95 % hence f value = 1,000 > 0,05. By comparing capacities value test two side mean p niali for the group of experiment < assess p control group. So that comparison of this value can be told is ha accepted and Ho refused. <![CDATA[Anxiety or anxiety often experienced by virtually all humans are subjective in nature and pathological . The feeling of fear is characterized by diffuse , unpleasant , often accompanied by autonomic symptoms such as headache , sweating , palpitations and excessive gelisah.Respon emotions experienced by any patient with pulmonary tuberculosis because of the threat or danger of the disease that can cause distress and disruption activities of daily living even kematian.Tb Lung is the second leading cause of death in Indonesia after the 2010 Jantung.Tahun disease incidence rate of TB adalah189 / 100,000 population and population mortality 27/100.000 ( Sudoyo , 2007) The purpose of this study was to determine the profile level Pulmonary tuberculosis in patient anxiety Irina C BLU RSU . Prof . Dr. . R. D. Kandou Manado . The study was descriptive , to describe the anxiety level of TB patients Paru.Penelitian held in July of 2012.Populasi research is Selufuh Pulmonary tuberculosis patients totaling 25 people who were taken by means of purposive sampling.Instrumen data collection using questionnaires according to the Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety ( HRS - A ) to determine the level of patient anxiety paru.Pengolahan TB of data was done manually by using a percentage formula The results showed that of the 25 respondents obtained mild anxiety level 1 respondent ( 4 % ) , anxiety was 1 respondent ( 4 % ) , severe anxiety 11 respondents ( 44 % ) , and panic 12 respondents ( 48 % ) . Based on the results of this study concluded that the level of anxiety experienced by patients with pulmonary TB is the most severe ( 44 % ) and panic ( 48 % ) , summed as much as 92 % . This occurs because the patient gave a negative magna and that excessive pulmonary TB disease is a disease that is severe and difficult to disembuhkan.Padahal Lung disease can be cured so long as the patient's regular medical treatment . It is therefore suggested to the officer that there was in theHospital provide health education to patients and families clearly about the care and treatment of patients who should be run regularly to get the necessary treatment kesembuhan.Disamping psychologically to cope with the anxiety response experienced by patients and their families . <![CDATA[Informed consent is a term which pointed on process of deciding action by patient after receives complete information about medical action given by doctor. This research aimed to acknowledge any correlation of knowledge with agreement implementation after explanation or informed consent (IC) on patients in IRDB BLU of Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou Hospital. Research method which being used is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach by using 70 respondent in IRDB BLU of Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou Hospital as research respondent. Data gathering been conduct by respondent, in form of filling out prepared questioner and chi square test with mean level (p) 0, 05. Research result shows that from 70 respondents that being examined, as many as 61 respondent or 87, 1% with fine knowledge and 64 respondent or 91, 428% agreed and signed agreement after explanation. Conclusion of the research shows that knowledge of someone very affecting him on making decision. It is being advised for this research to evaluation of agreement implementation after this explanation and can explain content of agreement after this explanation with understandable language by patient and family so they can take decision according to acquired information]]>

<![CDATA[The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus in North Sulawesi ceached 8.1% well above the national rate of 5.7%, and Diabetes Mellitus patients who visit the Endocrine Poly BLU RSU Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado totaled 862 peoples. Family support represent one of the factor which influence patient ignoring in running treatment if medication. Patient compliance means that the patient and family have to spending a time in experiencing required treatment. Purpose of this research is to knowing the relationship of family support with medicines compliance of patient with Diabetes Mellitus in Poly of Endocrine of BLU RSU Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. This research was executed with cross sectional method, sampleselection by using purposive sampling. Amount of sample are 100 responders. The instrument used was made by the researchers, in the from questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using computer assistance using the Fisher Exact TEST WITHSIGNIFICANCELEVEL (????= < 0.05). The result f this research indicate that good family support counted 88 peoples (88.0%) while less support 1 peoples (12.0%). For the medicines compliance of patient with diabetes mellitus in obedient category counted 87 people (87.0%) and is not obedient 13 people (13.0%). From statistic test result with the value of Significance (P) = 0.001 smaller than (????) 0.05, thusH1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Concluded in this research there were between family support with the medicines compliance of patient with diabetes mellitus. <![CDATA[The quality of nursing service is proffesional attitude from the nurse giving comfortable feel to the patient who follow the recovery treatment. Jamkesmas is a government program to increase the quality service and the satisfaction from under society but the reality shows that not all society who use jamskesmas satisfaction with its, that all because they feel the server attitude lack of friendly, lack of communicative, and there are the different service between the patient in first class and the member of jamkesmas.The aim of this research is to know the correlation between a nursing service quality with satisfaction level from the jamkesmas member patient in the Irina E Blu prof. Dr. R.d. Kandou hospital Manado. This research is analitic survey with cross sectional. The all populations are the patients parents whose members of jamkesmas and have been treated in hospital at least 3 days, they are 35 peoples that accept to be the responder.The sampling technique use purposive sampling and the data were analyzed by SPSS program 17 version with Chi-square. The result show that the statistic analysis for acception, attention, communication, relation, and responsibility are Ho refused and Ha accepted it mean that there are relations between acception, attention, communication, relation, and responsibility with the level of satisfaction from the parents of patients who follow jamskesmas program.The conclusion is a nursing service quality has relation with satisfaction level from the jamkesmas member patient in the Irina E BLU Prof. Dr. R.D. <![CDATA[Based on global estimates around 1.8 million people died from diarrheal disease and 90% of them are children under five years and many occur in developing countries. Diarrhea is a collection of symptoms resulting from several factors, such factors as water supply, personal hygiene, and the knowledge factor, but how large proportions and do not clearly known. The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with the incidence of diarrhea in Public health centers North Bolaang Mongondow Bintauna. The method used is descriptive analytical cross-sectional study design. In 50 samples with data collection conducted by questionnaire. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Bivariate statistical analysis by chi-square test with a significance level of alfa 0.05. Results, there is a significant relationship between knowledge factors with the incidence of diarrhea ( p = 0.000 ) , water supply factors with the incidence of diarrhea (p= 0.001), and hygiene factors with the incidence of diarrhea (p=0.003). Conclusion: factor knowledge, provision of clean water and personal hygiene significantly associated with the incidence of diarrhea. Suggestion: Increase the frequency of health education to parents/ community, held training on diarrheal disease in the nurses and health volunteers]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the relationship of type-D personality with clients coping acne vulgaris. The research method using descriptive analytic cross sectional design, the 120 respondents polytechnic nursing students of Department of Health MoH Manado, period study from April to July 2014. The instrument used was a questionnaire-type-D personality and coping questionnaire. Univariad analysis using frequency distributions are presented in tables and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square. The results of Chi-square analysis with significance level of 95% at α 5% (α = 0.05), obtained by X ² = 13.308 with p (asypm.sig) = 0.000, <0.005, means that there is a significant association between type-D personality in coping clients of acne vulgaris. Conclusion: Type-D personality proved significantly associated with clients coping acne vulgaris, and individuals with a type-D personality tend to have maladaptive coping. Suggestion: the need for student research development of type-D personality and motivation in facing the problem of acne vulgaris]]>

<![CDATA[Cataracts are opacities in the lens or loss of transparency of the lens resulting in a decrease in visual acuity. Which may occur as a result of hydration (fluid replenishment) lens, lens protein denaturation, or both, someone who had a cataract becomes hazy or blurred vision. One treatment of cataracts is surgery or surgery that often cause anxiety. One of the measures to reduce the level of anxiety is to prepare mentally from the patient. This research is analytic survey with cross-sectional approach, namely the relationship of knowledge to the level of anxiety in the client pre cataract surgery. This study aimed to determine the relationship of knowledge to the level of anxiety in the client pre cataract surgery. This research was conducted in Community Eye Health Center on 09 June to June 23, 2014 with a population of 75 people and the sample in this study amounted to 42 respondents. How to sampling by means of accidental sampling by using a list of questions (questionnaire). Research results with chi-square test assay values obtained α of 0.001 is smaller than α = 0.05. This shows that there is a significant relationship between knowledge with clients preoperative anxiety levels cataract, conclusion of this study is found that respondents who do not have anxiety with both existing Knowledgeable 2 (4.8%), respondents who have mild anxiety with knowledge well there are 15 persons (35.7%), respondents who have moderate anxiety with good knowledge there are 10 persons (23.8%), it can be concluded health education can reduce anxiety and increase knowledge in the preoperative cataract patients. This study nursing profession is expected to provide input for the nursing profession in developing an understanding of the client overcome anxiety preoperative cataract]]>

<![CDATA[Services / emergency care includes nursing services aimed suddenly be in distress or likely to become critical and threatened his life or / limbs (will become disabled) when not get help quickly and precisely. The results observed in 61.2% of nurses Prof Dr IGDM BLU. Dr R. D Kandou Manado not perform emergency patient handling in accordance with standard procedures, in which sometimes the patient has been in the ER room more than 8 hours, the primary assessment conducted after nursing actions performed and also when nurses perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, compressing the depth and position of nurses who do not comply with existing procedures and do not use the board when compressing resuscitation, airway exemption is not done (head tilt, chin lift, jaw thrust) and collaborative drug delivery is sometimes too late. The research objective of this scientific paper is to determine the knowledge of nurses in the management of emergency patients in the hospital room IGDM BLU Prof. Dr R.D. Kandou Manado. The benefits of this research is a scientific paper can be used as input for nursing personnel in the room IGDM BLU Dr Prof. Dr. RD Kandou Manado in handling emergency patients for improved patient care emergency. This research is a descriptive study. Sampling techniques using total sampling amounted to 31 respondents, the research instruments using a questionnaire of 20 statements and to use it ananlisa Data P = f / nx 100. The results of the description of the knowledge nurses in the management of emergency patients in the hospital room IGDM BLU Prof. Dr. RD Kandou Manado shows that of the 31 respondents surveyed respondents obtained knowledge in handling emergency patients in enough categories that as many as 19 respondents (61.3%), well as much as 9 respondents (29%), and less by 3 respondents (9.7 %). Based on these studies it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of nurses in the management of emergency patients is quite. It is recommended to nurses who served in the room to further improve the education and knowledge in handling emergency patients]]>
