Abstract

Memahami besarnya kegunaan yang diberikan oleh E-Government, pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2003 mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk implementasi E-Government yaitu Instruksi Presiden no 3 tahun 2003 (Hartono & Mulyanto, 2010). Instruksi Presiden tersebut adalah sebagai arahan dan pedoman dalam menerapkan E-Government, yang salah satu tujuanya adalah untuk mengikis kebirokrasian dan meningkatkan efektifitas di dalam instansi pemerintahan.. Untuk membangun E-Government yang sistematis dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dalam melakukan analisis perencanaan dan perancangan dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan framework Zachman.. Analisis dan perancangan penelitian ini akan menggunakan Zachman Framework. Zachman Framework digunakan karena jika dibandingkan dengan enterprise architecture lainya, Zachman Framework adalah yang paling lengkap untuk melakukan pendokumentasian (Christianti & Try, 2009).  Kelebihan tersebut akan dapat mengatasi masalah jika dikemudian hari ada perubahan pada salah satu atau beberapa bagian E-Government yang telah dibangun, tidak perlu merubah dari awal, cukup melihat pendokumentasianya, pada bagian mana yang akan dilakukan perubahan.

Abstract

Central Bureau of Statistics catalog of DIY Province in the book BPS : 1102001.34 " DIYYearbook " in 2009 in the field of Industrial , Energy , and Construction said that the totalnumber of SMEs in the DIY business units with as many as 18 367 division business areasinclude : food processing , clothing and skin , chemicals and building materials , craft andgeneral , and metals and services . Data obtained through the SME Database Official webDisperindagkop obtained data for DIY types there are only 3 Gypsum SME business unit . Whilethe survey states that in some industries Gypsum Gypsum today began much-loved communitybecause it has the impression of a clean , luxurious , and provide a cool atmosphere in additionto its affordability . Abstract

Aplikasi Scheduler dan Reminder Untuk Kelompok Profesional dapat mencari beberapa alternatif waktu yang tepat untuk diadakan rapat pada hari H yang telah ditentukan oleh pimpinan kelompok. Aplikasi ini akan mengirimkan pesan SMS untuk pemberitahuan akan diadakan rapat setelah pimpinan kelompok menentukan jadwal rapat dan sebagai reminder jadwal masing-masing anggota kelompok dimana pengirimannya dapat diatur waktunya sebelum jadwal tersebut terpenuhi. Metodologi rekayasa perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi ini adalah GRAPPLE yang meliputi Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, dan Deployment. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan pada segmen Development adalah Java dan JSP (Java Server Pages).Application of Scheduler and of Reminder For Professional Group can look for some right time alternatives to be performed a meeting on H which have been determined by group leader. This application will deliver message of SMS for notification will be had a meeting after group leader determine meeting schedule and as schedule reminder of each group member where the delivery of can be arranged the time of before the schedule fufilled. The methodology of software engineering who was used to develop this application was GRAPPLE. The segment of GRAPPLE (Gidelines for Rappid Application Engineering) methodology are Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, and Deployment. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an e-CRM application that serves as an Internet-based services for customers or patients to provide information needed by the customer or patient without being limited by distance or time. With the increased competition and technological development is rapidly increasing, then every hospital strives to provide the best service to customers, or patients with a hope to get customers or new patients and retain old customers or patients. One solution that appears is electronic-Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) is applied by using the Internet and SMS technology. The method used is waterfall method which includes, analysis and systems engineering, requirements analysis, design, programming, testing and maintenance. This application was built using the programming language PHP and MySQL to design database.Hasil achieved from the writing of this research is the application of customer service or patient that provides information (schedule doctor's office, clinic services, patient medical records, consultation and sms notifications check-up), provide member features pages to provide personalized services to customers or patients. With the application of e-CRM customer service Internet-based hospital is expected to maintain good long-term relationship with its customers.

Abstract

AbstractPT. Angkasa Pura I branch Sepinggan, Balikpapan still uses the web with a little interactive (browsing or searching for certain information). The system still has some constraints between, the data searched only in accordance with the origin of the sender of the letter. Information gleaned from web searches will make it hard for users to find other broader content, consequently if the search keyword does not match the text contained in the information, the information will not appear. The method used is semantic ontology method, and use protege as ontology design, then use netbean and library Jena as interface design. The methodology used in this final project is the methodology methodology of Guidelines for Rapid APPlication Engineering (GRAPPLE). The GRAPPLE methodology is a simplified framework of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method. GRAPPLE methodology is a system development methodology that each stage consists of several actions, and each action produces a UML diagram. UML is a good modeling language to apply in development. UML has the benefit of providing an overview of systems that are easily understood by developers. UML also makes it easy to translate diagram form into coding. The results obtained in making this application shows that the new application can cover the constraints existing in the previous application, so as to increase the effectiveness of searching a letter. Comparison of test results proved that new applications more minimize the constraints that occur. Keywords: Semantic Web, Ontology, Protege, Letter

Abstract

Determination of the minimum spanning tree are widely used to solve optimizationproblems of finding solutions to problems that require minmum. In the electricity distributionnetwork, minimum spanning tree (MST) is used to find the minimum length of cable forelectricity network system becomes more optimal. Minimum weight of a MST primarydistribution power network is strongly influenced by the geographical conditions of a region inthe form of contour data. This research was done by designing a model of primary distributionpower network graph in accordance with the data obtained. In finding the minimum weight foreach side of the network graph should include parameters elevation, high point / node, and thedistance between points / nodes. Furthermore, the graph is done by computer calculation andsimulation to get the electricity distribution network primary MST using Prim's algorithm with thehelp of ArcView GIS 3.3 program through the avenue script.Prim's algorithm included in the category of good or efficient algorithms, because theshape of polynomial time complexity in n, where n is a measure of the number of vertices orsides. Based on the test results have shown that the algorithm Prim MST ability to determinethe primary distribution grid is much better if based on the geographical conditions of a region.In addition, Prim's algorithm graph computation time in generating the MST based on the datathat is not based on the contour and contour data are quadratic.Keywords: minimum spanning tree, prim's algorithm, contours, complexity time

Abstract

The difficulty in determining the classification of students final project theme often experienced by each college. The purpose of this study is to provide a decision support for policy makers in the study program so that each student can be achieved in accordance with their own competence. From the research that has been done text mining algorithms using Support Vector Machine ( SVM ) and K -Means as the technology used was produced a better accuracy rate with an accuracy rate of 86.21 % when compared to the SVM without K -Means is 85 , 38 %

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a pharmaceutical company that manufactures both pharmaceuticals and herbal medicinal chemistry. The drug is a vital necessity to society, therefore, the drug production process must be maintained so that its performance can be met drug availability. One way to maintain smooth production process is to maintain engine performance. An engine production facility that is vital and requires periodic maintenance or at any time in case of damage. Each performed maintenance or repairs due to damage, an engine needs replacement parts for the machine to run as before. To support the maintenance activities, PT. XYZ has a warehouse used to store spare parts. During this time, parts storage system in PT. XYZ is not based on consideration of the appropriate classification of its characteristics, but each part has different characteristics, both in terms of price, suppliers, materials, usage, and so on. Due to the large number of stocks and the importance of spare parts, the supply system must be considered in order not to cause any harm to the company. The present study will attempt to analyze the system parts inventory in the warehouse by using MUSIC-3D View of Spares. MUSIC-3D View of spares in the analysis using a 3-dimensional approach that values consumption, availability and critically. The third dimension is represented by the three approaches, namely System ABC, VED, and SDE. Based on the results of the analysis of MUSIC-3D Views of Spares in mind that parts each having a different classification, so it requires a different treatment according to their classification. Keywords : spare parts, supplies, MUSIC-3D View of Spares

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi tugas akhir di prodi S1 teknik kimia selama ini masih secara manual. Hal ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti ketidakpraktisan dan kendala dalam pengarsipan data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah suatu sistem administrasi tugas berbasis teknologi informasi. Sistem administrasi ini melibatkan semua pengguna yang berkepentingan seperti: mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing, dosen wali, koordinator tugas akhir, hingga pengurus jurusan. Hal ini agar manfaat sistem administrasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan secara luas. Sistem administrasi dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang dibangun dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Sistem administrasi yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan rancangan awal. Namun dalam pengujian masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan untuk implementasinya.

Abstract

The design and implementation of a software used as a tool aid to crease a transportation model which is equipped with a fuzzy cost parameter by using genetic algorithm. Waterfall methodology, which comprised of analyzing, designing, implementing and testing processes, was used in the software engneering. One way to deal with uncertainty in making such decision is by using fuzzy principles. The software is applied in the programming language environment of Borland Delphi. The solution transportation problem can be solved by heuristic approach using genetic algorithm. The analysis of programme value shows that the process on evaluation case straight proportional with the result of the multiplication of the source of depot total and the destination depot corelation coefisien 0.89. The analysis shows that the amount of population is straight linear to each of the case evaluation towards the process time with correlation coefisien 0.99. Telah dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi suatu perangkat lunak untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan transportasi dengan parameter biaya fuzzy, menggunakan algoritma genetika. Perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metodologi Waterfall, yang terdiri dari analisa, desain, implementasi serta pengujian. Suatu cara untuk menangani ketidakpastian dalam pengambilan keputusan pada sistem transportasi tersebut menggunakan prinsip fuzzy. Perangkat lunak diimplementasikan di lingkungan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi. Penyelesaian masalah transportasi dapat diselesaikan dengan pendekatan secara heuristik menggunakan algoritma genetika. Analisa hasil program menunjukkan bahwa waktu proses pada kasus uji berbanding lurus dengan hasil kali jumlah depot sumber dan depot tujuan dengan koefisien korelasi 0.89. Analisa juga menunjukkan bahwa banyaknya populasi adalah berbanding lurus atau linier untuk masing-masing kasus uji terhadap waktu proses dengan koefisien korelasi 0.99.
